A churrasqueira estava extremamente suja quando fomos utilizar. Pedimos que fosse feita a limpeza, porém a grelha foi mal lavada e ainda havia acúmulo de restos de comida e ingredientes. As louças também estavam sujas. Outro ponto negativo foi o estacionamento: não havia sequer pedrinhas no chão e, quando chovia, formava muito barro, dificultando bastante a travessia e o acesso aos carros. Além disso, o quarto apresentava goteira e os cantos estavam visivelmente sujos, demonstrando falta de higiene e manutenção. A experiência acabou sendo bastante prejudicada por essas condições.
