NYC Urban Getaway 10 Min to Newark Penn Station

Ventilation bruyante et On entend les avions en haut car on ouvre a cause de la chaleur. Dommage cela altere le tres bon rapport qualité prix du bien. Manquait 1 serviette et 1 torchon cuisine. Tres bonne base pour visiter Manhattan grace aux liaisons

This was the perfect location for exploring. It was very clean and worked perfect for our group of 6!

Be clear about this listing - there is zero parking. We had 2 cars towed and one parking ticket in two days. No soap or shampoo, No Coffee maker Candy wrappers and trash under the bed, behind the trash cans and between the couches - ugh! Stairs are steep and dangerous. Chipped dishes, nasty sponges. I have never left a poor review, but feel I had to share for the next person considering this. On the upside, close to Newark airport and in a neighborhood with great restaurants.

This is just what we needed for our lengthy vacation with our teenage boys.....space! We had more than plenty of room to roam (after sharing a hotel room in the big city for 5 days), two enormous T.V.s so adults could watch what they wanted, and teens could watch what they wanted, a large dining room with emaculately comfortable dining room chairs and table to enjoy meals together (which we were able to cook with provided utensils, cookware, samsung stove, multiple near by stores in walking distance to buy fresh produce/groceries), and also enjoyed the nearby delicacies of authentic restaurants and coffee shops. Need to mention "lado e lado", as I cannot recall having such heavenly flavorful lattes ever before (I would strongly recommend the pistachio latte, but tried other flavors as well that were just as divine). Also a must....the empandas....every flavor....dont leave without trying all as you will truly be missing out! The customer service was impeccable, and speaking of impeccable service....another must do, supper at "Seabra's Marisqueira".....mouthwateringly appetizing! Everything mentioned within walking distance, as well as the train into NY.....which is exceedingly more economical than by car. Luke was always available, although I never had the need, he would check in via text or phone to ensure we had everything we needed, much appreciated! He also allowed us to check in early and out later to accommodate flight home time of departure. The Newark Airport is a very short car ride away, which was extremely convenient. New/modern washing machine and dryer (again, came from hotel stay) which ensured we all had clean clothes again! Thank you Luke for a most enjoyable stay:)
