Ocean View in Palmas del Mar

Walking into the condo I was greeted with a fresh clean smell. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view from both the living room and master bedroom. We spent two days sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and view. There were a few issues, but the owner was quick to respond. The washer machine was still leaking and is very old. The owner accommodated us by having fresh towels brought during our stay. It was reassuring to have the owner in constant contact. The location was perfect! Having a store and restaurants on the ground floor made it easy to enjoy ourselves without having to drive any where..

Washer is old and flooded condo. Owner kept saying he’d get back with us but never did. Poor communication. Not much hot water. Could of been cleaner.

This is a great apartment. I love to come back!!!

Bathroom tub is not safe for persons with mobility conditions. Curtains are not allowed to sleep in the morning due to the clarity. Elevator in front of the apartment needs maintenance.

The amazing view and terrence. Needs new shower heads and controls. Only hot water in master and leaking while on in hall way bathroom
