Great location, near commercial areas and a short drive to Ottawa. Property is clean and appears relatively newer, the only problem is that there is no elevator and we had someone in our group with mobility issue. A lady who works at the hot (Joumara?) helped us carry our luggage to the second floor and even showed us our rooms, she was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was a plus. I would consider staying again.

The cleanliness of the hotel is below par and the hotel seems to be not worth the price , the breakfast had limited options and and some of the food in the breakfast was raw and uncooked

Hotel clean and included breakfast was really good, water temperature and pressure were good. Bed was good.Scores restaurant was good and easy to walk to. Located near mall and Costco. Why I didn't give it 5 stars...the walls aren't insulated. We heard doors slamming all night. We could hear the person in the next room coughing in the middle of the night and their tv. We weren't interested in outdoor pool...thank goodness because it was green

Very rude staff. No sign of empathy. No understanding. My son was sick and I requested for a late check-out to which they gave me a time to leave, or they gonna charge me on my card for another day even for a matter of 20-30mins ONLY. Stay away, pay a lil more if you have to somwhere else, believe me, that you will pay for your peace of mind and a happy stress free stay.
