A very friendly welcome from Georgios for whom nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast on the mountain view terrace was excellent and the room comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is a few steps from the main square but nicely tucked away from the bustle. We did not try the spa but the small pool was very refreshing - again with a great mountain view.

We loved staying in this hotel for two nights. We tried both the pool and the sauna, very nice. Breakfast was very well prepared with more than enough to choose from. Metsovo is a must-visit village in the mountains. George and the others in the hotel where beautiful people.

Very nice hotel with a great view, clean rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and delicious with self made products and a lot of variety. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi on the terrace. Highly recommend!

We were greeted with warm hospitality upon arrival. It was a quiet and relaxing stay. Enjoyed the lovely and homemade breakfast with great views to the mountains. We appreciated the underground parking :)

Fantastic comfortable stay at centrally located hotel with magnificent mountain views. Hotel is a woodwork masterpiece with rooms and communal areas nicely decorated in a traditional theme. Good breakfast is provided, which someone can enjoy on the outside terrace, and includes some local traditional produce. Guests have access to sauna, jacuzzi and a small outdoor pool. Chatty hotel owner, Giorgos, and his wife went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. Free onsite parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay again if in Metsovo.

A family run traditional chalet-type ski hotel with lots of pine and fires in the rooms which felt rather strange when the weather was hot! The view across the valley was fantastic, probably the best in the village. The rooms are small so we upgraded to an executive suite which was slightly larger with an extra single bed. The bathrooms are basic with a shower over the bath and little shelf space. The hairdryer was one of the pipe ones fixed to the wall. Breakfast was good if a little busy at times. There is a garage below for free parking, which was a bonus. The owners were great, omnipresent and very helpful.

The owner and his wife were as pleasant and helpful as could be. Both spoke English and Greek. The hotel is beautifully decorated. A warm welcome home feeling. Amazing woodwork inside and out. The common areas are so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and everything you’d want. The Nespresso machine was a hit with my husband. The homemade bread and locally made butter was to die for. The room was very clean and although a bit small for an American, it was perfect for the two of us. Had a good sized bathroom, fireplace, balcony with table and chairs where you get to take in the most gorgeous views of the mountains. I definitely will stay here again!

Located at the heart of metsova, near the townsquare, this is a cosy boutique hotel with wonderful views..we booked a family room which is two adjoined rooms with two bathrooms.. The breakfast was fantastic, comprising homemade spread of cheeses, breads, meat and juices.. The owners were very friendly and always there to help out with any queries. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The owner and his wife were as pleasant and helpful as could be. Both spoke English and Greek. The hotel is beautifully decorated. A warm welcome home feeling. Amazing woodwork inside and out. The common areas are so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and everything you’d want. The Nespresso machine was a hit with my husband. The homemade bread and locally made butter was to die for. The room was very clean and although a bit small for an American, it was perfect for the two of us. Had a good sized bathroom, fireplace, balcony with table and chairs where you get to take in the most gorgeous views of the mountains. I definitely will stay here again!

A very friendly welcome from Georgios for whom nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast on the mountain view terrace was excellent and the room comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is a few steps from the main square but nicely tucked away from the bustle. We did not try the spa but the small pool was very refreshing - again with a great mountain view.

We loved staying in this hotel for two nights. We tried both the pool and the sauna, very nice. Breakfast was very well prepared with more than enough to choose from. Metsovo is a must-visit village in the mountains. George and the others in the hotel where beautiful people.

Family vacation with a baby 8 months. We had 3-4 days stay a bit of season. The staff were super friendly, and helpfull with all our needs. It was our first vacation with baby, so it was so helpfull. Lovely place in Metsovo, with super views and very central for things. We were really happy with our choice of this hotel.

Geirge, the proprietor was great from the first moment we entered, welcoming us, sharing details about the hotel, local eateries, places to visit, and over all very friendly and hospitable. The room was wonderful, comfortable, great views, and very clean. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful! The facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, hottub, pool, available, clean and well cared for, great way to relax, and unwind.

Fantastic comfortable stay at centrally located hotel with magnificent mountain views. Hotel is a woodwork masterpiece with rooms and communal areas nicely decorated in a traditional theme. Good breakfast is provided, which someone can enjoy on the outside terrace, and includes some local traditional produce. Guests have access to sauna, jacuzzi and a small outdoor pool. Chatty hotel owner, Giorgos, and his wife went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. Free onsite parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay again if in Metsovo.

Room was cleaned but shower requires proper curtains. To give it a modern look, one suggestion is to remove the carpets. While the jacuzzi is nice but a shower would be more desirable also from a safety of stepping into/out of for senior guests. Property is well maintained and very hospitable to guests. Breakfast is amazing with lots of varieties. We enjoyed our 1-night stay. Metsovo is a beautiful village and it is worth visiting.

Our group of 5 couples recently stayed at the Archontiko Metsovou Boutique Hotel, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From start to finish, the hospitality was next-level. The owner truly went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. Right from our arrival, he was incredibly hands-on—even guiding us through the process of maneuvering and parking our cars in the hotel's underground parking lot, which is relatively tight. No matter what question or request we had throughout our stay, he was always there with a smile, ready to help. The rooms were excellent—immaculately clean, comfortable, and featuring breathtaking views looking out over the entire Metsovo area. Every morning, we were treated to a wonderful breakfast that gave us the perfect start to our day. Our entire stay was excellent, and we highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel. We will definitely return in the future!
