Hotel was VERY dirty! Hair all over in rm and in bed!! Bathroom had old residue of soap all over the counter. The Staircase needed vacuumed and mopped so badly. Very little Breakfast, barely any options. There was NO Elevator either. Just terrible all around. I would nvr stay again!

The property online showed it was well kept and nicely updated. The room costed almost 100 dollars for just one day. There was mold in the bathroom and several things were broken in the room. Parking is odd and rather limited. The property is not in the best location but it did ok for a one night stay. Some rooms were being painted at the time of my stay but the property itself could really use a remodel. I would not stay again.

The check in staff was helpful. The hotel is two stories, however there is no elevator. No pool. There is very limited seating in the lobby area, so it really does not accomodate group eating. The breakfast offered is very limited. The rooms are old moldy and we saw bugs. The bathrooms are very outdated and feels unclean because of the wear and tear.

Overall Rating: ⭐️ (1 star) Review: Our stay was absolutely terrible. The rooms were dirty and smelled like mildew—there’s clearly a serious mold issue throughout the building. My brother’s room was entered by staff, and all his full Coke cans were stolen. Shockingly, the fridge was refilled the next day with bottles of Coke like nothing happened—completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had my 150-pound disabled dog with me and was forced to carry him and all our luggage up the stairs because the hotel has no elevator. The hotel is not accessible and extremely inconvenient. My brother and his two workers also had a horrible experience. The “breakfast” consisted of cereal only—this place is not what it advertises and should honestly be shut down for health and safety reasons. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Front desk warned me not to park at the far end of the hotel for risk of burglary. Bathroom was worn, dingy, towels were rough enough to use as sand paper. Flooring in the room was gapped and uneven collecting dirt and grime. Table surfaces were sticky and felt unclean. The curtains were cheap and could not blockout the intense light from the lights in the parking lot aka the crime deterrent!

The hotel is undergoing renovations and was missing a real breakfast room--had juice and muffins in front lobby but not great. The room was missing items like a telephone and sofa but they added them when asked and a new sofa was delivered on my second day. Staff were wonderful!

A lot of cosmetic issues. Two holes in the wall. Handle hanging off dresser. Two cracks in the shower that look like punch marks. Black mold in the shower. Black mold also seems to be on the ceiling in the shower. They changed the lock types and didn’t paint what the new lock didn’t cover. Towels and wash clothes need to be replaced. No longer white. We killed a few roaches. Coffee table look to be chewed up like I dog chewed at the bottom. Breakfast was limited and the drinks were already poured with no cover. Staff was okay. I took pictures of the major issues. I wouldn’t stay there again. It was a last min trip. I don’t think it was worth $80 / $100 with tax. More than $30/$35.

First the rooms were not cleaned well at all . The linen was stained and old . Shower barely sprayed out water due to being clogged. Towel were hard and old . The breakfast was non existent . Coffee waffle and a banana . Lobby was a construction staging area . I have stayed here before . It has plummeted in quality .

Stayed at this hotel during the hurricane evacuation and unfortunately this was the closest available hotel from my home in Tampa, Florida. My 9 year old son and I stayed in room #201 and the conditions were horrendous. There was black mold growing all along the ceiling of the bathroom walls. The refrigerator iced up and the toilet was partially clogged so it worked minimally. I advised the front desk and was told the hotel was booked and that they would advise the manager. I never heard back and finally spoke with the manager at 4:30am the 2nd day when I checked out early because of the dangerous conditions. This was a serious health hazard especially for my son who has asthma. Absolutely shameful!!!!!!!!!

The staff check in process was seamless and pleasant. However, walking to room noticed carpets needed vacuuming badly. Upon entering the room it smelled like urine or dirty mop. There was mold on the shower walls and corners were dirty. Dirt under the sheets as if someone put their dirty foot under the covers and linens weren’t changed. Dingy white towels. Dirt in and on window jam like never cleaned. Thick dust on lamps. Will NOT stay again!

Bed was clean and comfortable and air conditioner was quiet. Bathroom was missing a towel bar, hair drier was hanging off the wall. No phone to ask for another pillow, there were three on a king bed. We could hear neighbors. One banging on the door to wake someone up at 10:30 in the evening. Registration was easy and desk clerk polite. Breakfast was small.

Staff was friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated and shared. The window curtains do not cover the whole window, so the lights outside the window shine through the whole night into the room. Bathrooms had mold in the corner around the whole shower. The walls and window were so thin, you can hear everyone the whole night. Very noisy. Said “breakfast included”, breakfast was only cereal. Not even fruit or bread or anything. Very disappointing stay, definitely spend a little more money on a quality hotel if you want quiet, peace and good breakfast.

I had my reservation but front lady just repeated that they could not fnd my reservation in their system. She was so impolite. So I had to take another room at re eption. I was about double pay to hotel. Fortunately hotels.com worked fof refund but her attitude was the worst one ever.

I gave a 1 star because you had to give something to leave a review. They actually deserve a minus 10. I booked my room 2 months in advance for a graduation. I drive 4 hours only to be given a dirty room . Food on the skirt of the bed , dirty floors, bathroom sink was dirty, smelled awful, no clean bath towels. When asked to switch rooms the night auditor called the owner. Because they were over booked they could only refund my money. No other hotels had vacancies and they had no one that could clean the room. So I had to drive back to my home 3 hours and drive back to Albany for a 9AM college graduation of my granddaughter. My daughter also had 2 rooms both were not clean. The worse of the 2 she cancelled and covered the bed with towels to sleep on. She had to place a towel in the bathtub to use it. dead insets were on the floor and in the bathtub.This is unacceptable and will be given to the Better Business Bureau and Health Department.

This red roof inn had roaches in the first room rented then moved to a second room which also had roaches. Refused refund. Night shift manager has low energy and not concerned about residents need. The breakfast selection was waffles, muffins, and over ripe bananas, cereal. No toast, no bagels, no yogurt. After sitting for awhile to be sure nothing was broken, we managed to get his 6'3 frame out of the tub and dryed, he played on the bed for awhile. I inspected the tub and the anti slip application was almost non existent. I went to the desk to file a accident report was told they don't have one!. I asked if I could write an explanation on my receipt for someone to sign . Lady who said she was the manager said she would not sign anything.. there was no remorse is he ok? , or I'm sorry. No one was wearing a name tag

Again the room was great with regards to the quality, cleanliness and the overall price with comparison to other similar rooms. I've stayed here many times over the last 2 months. One of the main reasons in my coming here so often was because the gentleman at the desk during that time completely understood and did what he could to accommodate me in getting me into a room as soon as he was able to. I understand that they don't necessarily have to put me into a room before 3:00 p.m. I haven't seen him in the last couple of weeks. There was a new lady when I arrived at approximately the same time I have for the last 2 mos and she flat out said that they won't have any clean rooms until 3:00 p.m. as if somehow all the rooms become magically cleaned at 3:00 p.m. I typically have to start getting ready for work at 5:00 p.m. after driving in from South Carolina for 4.5 hours. I work 12-hour shifts. She didn't even bother to check to see if there were any clean rooms. I came and sat down in the lobby just shortly before 2:00 p.m. and watched the cleaning lady clean rooms 205 and 207 shortly after I sat down. I have stayed in both those rooms before on previous trips. At 3:00 p.m. I asked her again and she said she would have to check. She finally calls housekeeping only to put me into a dirty room. I drug all my stuff back and told her about the dirty room. I asked for 205 since I knew it was clean for at least an hour by then. I'll be taking my money somewhere else for now.

The property was ok a little outdated. Location was not bad Dollar General was right across the way which was good not far from restaurants if you have a car literally 7min drive. Tweet was a great help with directing me to restaurant called King Claw. But felt safe.

Front desk warned me not to park at the far end of the hotel for risk of burglary. Bathroom was worn, dingy, towels were rough enough to use as sand paper. Flooring in the room was gapped and uneven collecting dirt and grime. Table surfaces were sticky and felt unclean. The curtains were cheap and could not blockout the intense light from the lights in the parking lot aka the crime deterrent!

The property was very clean but we were disappointed with the breakfast. We were only there overnight to drop my Son off to college and were told there was breakfast from 5-9. There was really nothing there-not what we expected. No hot food or bagels, danish-etc.

First the rooms were not cleaned well at all . The linen was stained and old . Shower barely sprayed out water due to being clogged. Towel were hard and old . The breakfast was non existent . I chose this hotel because it was close to Albany State University and we had to be there at 830am. Let us just say, not what we are used to. We got almost no sleep. We slept on top of the blankets. The air conditioning did not fill the room.The bathroom ceiling looked like there was mold. The towels and washcloths were paper thin. The young lady who checked us in was very helpful and came to the room to help with the television. When we checked out there was no one at the desk, so we left the key on the counter. We were able to get apple juice before we left. Would I stay here again???? Absolutely not!
