Second time staying here. Literally nothing wrong. It’s cheap and nice. You get what you pay for, but it’s clean and tidy. Parking lot is noisy but that’s to be expected with the block it’s on. No complaints.

The place is what used to be a pretty seedy hotel renovated and rebranded. They did a great job with the renovations, and the place looks great with modern clean rooms. I would have liked vending machines on premise and cups in the rooms, though. Unfortunately, renovating can't fix everything, and the clientele is still... Let's just say we clearly heard a literal "B**ch, where's my money" conversation and what sounded to like a physical fight between a man and woman next door at 7 am on a Monday.

Hmmmm..... Not bad but i would definitely look into some other options before coming back here... Overall, i felt safe and it was very quiet but the room smelled like urine and they do not offer an iron or ironing board. The bed was comfortable . Firm but comfortable. Only problem is, they only had two pillows on a king size bed... If you're looking for a hotel thats affordable and offer some of the basic necessities , that's quiet and in a convenient location then this may be the place for you. If you need more, go somewhere else!!

Masters week price for this motel was $480/night. I guess that's to be expected as it's only a mile from Augusta National and supply/damand of this special event. The front desk experience was good, but the room was NOT CLEAN. Floors were sticky, TV screen had smears and nightstand was splattered with something. I don't know what, and I don't want to know, but for that price the room should be clean. Even on our second day, the room got made up but all of those dirty, sticky items still were, and towels had not been replaced.

The location was excellent and convenient to Augusta National! The room itself was not. The bathroom was not clean. My husband and I purchased Clorox and cleaned surfaces for peace of mind. It’s recently been remodeled. We were thankful for wood floors vs carpet.

The housekeeping staff was the only thing pleasant. The front desk seemed annoyed when you ask for anything. The bed had tiny gnats in it. The sheets were stained and there was trash behind the bed. The shower has mold/dirt lined near it like no one ever cleaned it and it leaked water all on the side.

Could see jight all aroun entry door. Shower leaked water on the floor due to door not fitting to bottom creatong a 1 inch gap between door and base. Bed was tolerable. Pillows were outstanding. Did not seem like a great area. Would not go out after dark. Staff was pleasant and helpful. For the price, it was adequate.

I had a quick overnight trip to Augusta, Georgia to visit the Masters. I was looking for a clean, safe place in Coke proximity to the venue. The cyber in check the boxes I needed for this trip. I wasn’t looking for anything with special amenities I just needed a clean place to crash for the night. I was happy they had an ironing board And the room was comfortable.

Everything was perfect, no breakfast as advertised but our stay was perfect. Pillows are small but did the job. Very nice man at check in.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've had. SCAM BEHAVIOR I booked this hotel through Expedia paid five days in advance for a work colleague. At 10:30 p.m., I called the hotel to let them know he would be arriving after midnight. The clerk confirmed the reservation and assured me late check-in would not be a problem. When my colleague arrived around 1:30 a.m., he was told there was no reservation. I stayed on the phone during the entire interaction. The clerk said he needed to contact Expedia to figure out the issue, leaving my colleague standing outside until nearly 2:00 a.m. talking through a small window. When my colleague politely asked if he could wait inside, the clerk became argumentative and falsely accused him of being rude. I called the hotel myself, explained I had heard the entire conversation, and the clerk hung up on me. I told my colleague to leave and get another hotel for the night. Expedia handled the situation professionally. However, when they contacted the hotel, the clerk falsely claimed my colleague had already been checked in and assigned a room, which was completely untrue. The entire experience was unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend this hotel.
