Filthy room filthy bedding. Horrible location limited access to anything I now know that anything that it has to do with Travelodge is off my list. We had looked to stay there for two nights and had to leave would have left the first night had we had another option.

I am not picky by far but this place was dirty. Bed linens were dirty. Floor was sticky. Spider crawling in the bed in the morning. Halls smelled of cig. smoke. Sketchy people in and outside of the lobby. Felt like a drug house!

This place is a cheap dump. Bed had blood stains on the mattress pad, bath towels were dirty, water pressure was minimal and the staff needs remedial English lessons: see photos. Only positive was the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We booked for two nights but could only handle one in such a place.

Bed & shower was clean. Staff very friendly. Found food left in fridge. Dog barking next door. Smell of marijuana was apparent in hallway. Bathroom outlet didn’t work. Breakfast was a bottle of water w/granola bar & apple. But we did get a good night’s sleep!

Door safety lock was broken. Floors were lifting up. Toilet was shaking, The bathroom light was only with the fan on it. I like to use the bathroom light as a night light but couldn’t. Toilet was very low to ground. Hotel was behind a dungey looking place. Overall place was very loud and felt unsafe

Overall it was medium to good. Bed and room as a whole was nice. Weird tv channel set up though. No toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom and the bathroom door did not have a latch plate so the door didn't shut/lock. Place was quiet enough and no real issues. A bag breakfast ( granola bar, fruit ) but I don't really care about breakfast. That's not a deal breaker for me. Front desk clerk at night was not very friendly, but not rude. Clerk in the morning was very chipper. Overall, location off interstate was great. I would probably stay here again. I travel a lot but typically a different place every day so I look for a clean room, a bathroom with a shower and quiet. This fit the bill

It was just an overnight stay along my trip. The mechanisms which unlock the doors were all out of order. It is a long building so I had to enter through the front entrance and walk, almost the whole length to my room. I have mobility issues and walk with a cane.

There is a one-piece TV stand with draws in this room. The problem is the TV is not located in there it on the desk and chair set. The TV stand is only there for the draws. This looks a mess. You can't utilize the desk because the TV is on it.

Bathroom was gross. Shower temperature and pressure were fantastic. The bathroom itself was just disgusting. HVAC system did not work. The room was unacceptably cold. The lock on the door didn’t function properly and there were about ten screw holes in the metal door frame trying to have made something work properly in the past. Halls are very noisy. Small children were loitering in the lobby and unruly at the lobby computer. The bed was clean and comfortable. The outlet behind the refrigerator was wildly overloaded. Location was excellent. The hallway was dirty and the carpets are in dire need of being ripped out and replaced.

For a lower-end (i.e., less expensive) option, the TraveLodge is good. It's right across the street from a major mall; there are plenty of dining options up and down Wolf Road. It's convenient to the highway. The staff was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond!

The lady running the front desk was awful upon my checkin. She was rude, loud and rather obnoxious behavior. Please train the staff to be kind and courteous to customers. I will never stay here again. And the room is dirty. I got bit.

The staff was very helpful and super Nice. Hotel was easy to find, check in was quick and easy. Everyone was very pleasant. Love Tara! She is a ray of sunshine!! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. It is an older building so the door sticks a little bit overall it was great and can’t beat the price. I would stay there again !!!

Do not stay here! Rooms are in horrible condition. Paint peeling and my daughter was actually scared to stay here. Property needs a major overhaul. You can only enter through the main entrance door while the side doors can open up just for you to exit. I was told there is a grab and go breakfast bag in the morning and not a hot meal that I was expecting. There was a guy sitting outside near check in with bags of items as if he was homeless and needing a place to stay. Very sketchy hotel and because it’s for one night I’d survive but I do not recommend!

You can only enter through the main entrance door while the side doors can open up just for you to exit. Hotel was clean and suited my needs for a bed to sleep in. Definitely not family friendly. The hallways reeked of marijuana and the parking lot was full of weed smokers. Didn’t bother me but parents with young children may take offense. Location is great, though.

Come experience the delights of the Travelodge in Colonie on Wolf Road! SEE the residents smoking blunts and hanging out in their cars! HEAR the families screaming at their children! SMELL the mildew on your pillows! FEEL everything in your room become damp if you turn off your a/c! You’re not going to eat, because there is no on site restaurant as advertised— In all seriousness, I’ve stayed in most of the cheap motels in the area, and this one is foul. The absolute worst. It’s a homeless shelter. Do not stay here.

I enjoyed staying there. The room was spacious and clean. The manager of the hotel is excellent. The workers are very respectful and hard working. There always is hot, fresh coffee made and cocoa. Breakfast is bars and oatmeal but that doesn't bother me who is not into breakfasts. If you are looking for a functional, clean, professional place, this is it, on Wolf Road. Highly recommended.

Had to reset my access key 3 times. The exit/entry doors didnt function. Had to use main entrance only. Breakfast was a frut, granola bar and bottle of water. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. The only good thing was that the room was clean.

Spent 2 nites (Fri/Sat). It was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot in the morning but like warm at nite when I needed it. There is no "continental breakfast." Coffee is available as is a bag with and apple/banana and water bottle. Outside of a dozen or so teenagers partying loudly in the parking lot, it wasn't a bad stay for $100/nite. I may try another place when I go back to Albany.

I stayed 2 nights. The room wasn’t very new looking and whether it was the bathroom or the air conditioner there was a definite musty smell. The linens and towels were of the cheapest quality but they were clean. Toilet got backed up once and they came right away and plunged it so the staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. If you’re looking for a place to crash for the night it’s serviceable. Not great, not horrible. Very middle of the road.

The room had no coffee maker, are you that cheap rhat you won’t offer cheap coffee or tea? And the room wasn’t swept or vacuumed, there was hair from previous guests all over the place.

Arrived at 1:30pm, wanting to check in a little early. However, THEIR policy is no check-in until 4pm. Even though the room was ready. I waited in the breakfast area, because they did not want me to wait in the Lobby. Waited 2.5 Hours! Because of there ridiculous policy. FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL, DONT STAY HERE.

Even though they say they have “renovated” it is still tired looking There was something substance on the nightstand that was disgustingly, the bathtub is missing enamel and the windows very thin allowing for outside noise. On top of that I was given a room right beside the upper level Exit door so people started letting it bang from 6 am as they left. For some reason I seems like you get their worst room and location when you book through Hotels.com or at least that is my experience. Location was great right across from a large mall but I will not stay again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
