Despite the property being listed with a pool as an amenity (which is why we chose this hotel being we are in the middle of a heat wave in Alabama), we discovered the pool was closed upon arrival. Neel Patel stated the pool has been closed since "the COVID". He also stated it was Expedia's fault for not updating as they have reached out to Expedia regarding the pool's permanent closure. He refused to refund the reservation stating it was nonrefundable. A refund would not have been requested had the amenities promised in the booking been available. The reservation was made under false pretenses during to false information provided in the listing. Quality Inn as well as Expedia will not receive any further business from this family.

Booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Both rooms had multiple stain on the cover, sheets and mattress. Pulled the bed away from the wall and there was so much dirt and grim on the floor. We immediately went to the lobby and canceled our stay. Too many body fluids to count. Blood, urine, poop, and more. It was gross. The lady at the bmdesk was very friendly.

The first room they offered smelled like an ashtray. The second room we took was almost as bad but we took it because we were tired. There was a fist sized hole in the bathroom door. There was someone else’s hair in the shower. The shower doesn’t get hot. There were cigarette or blunt burns on the bed spread. The air conditioner was off when we arrived so it was hot. The remote was taped together but it didn’t matter because it doesn’t work anyway.

The only thing that I like about this property is that they offer smoking rooms. What I dislike is that the rooms are being cleaned as customers book reservations. And they're not clean properly. They are dusty, refrigerator and microwave are dirty along with nasty sticky floors. Oh, and a major Net problem. Bed are worn down, sleep like a lounge chair instead of a Bed. And also, the people that are running the hotel is the ones cleaning the rooms. No regular employees.Amnd most of the time the Front Desk is always empty, because they are cleaning the rooms. Air conditioner units are leaking in most rooms they have towels underneath them to catch the water and that's not helping. Floor be full of water.

Filthy. This place is one of the worst places we have stayed...or should i say tried to stay. We left and got a refund. Dirty handprints on on the headboard. Floor was disgusting. Smell of smoke and musty. This all before pulling back the sheet that looked like they hadn't been changed. Looked like bugs and dirt. Run Away from this place!!

The beds here are no good. It's like sitting in a lounge chair. Head is all the way back and less are up in the air. This is an uncomfortable way of sleeping. If this can't be fixed I will not be back.

It smells illegal. The property is very dated and the beds are dirty behind the head board. I never got under the cover to sleep. It's quite and you can shower that's about it. On top of all that the breakfast is weak and they want a hundred dollar deposit in this economy. Get outta here.

The hotel Decor looked like the ones we stayed at in the 70's. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was obviously not high quality - it rustled when I moved it. Room had "new" vinyl flooring that popped in places (like concrete wasn't level). Bathroom vanity and sink were VERY low - I'm 5'6" and had to stoop to wash my face and brush my teeth. TV had no info about stations available - not list, no info on how controller worked (or maybe it needed new batteries, I don't know). Shower was a challenge - old shower head that needed to be decalcified. My room had a "shared" room and the door (or maybe wall) was VERY thin. Extremely loud cartoons woke me up about 30 minutes before my 6:30 alarm. So nope, won't book that hotel again - not at $104 per night.

The tub was horrible with cracked dirty non slip mat, faucet missing drain plug in sink, the cabinetry was all missing strips of the laminate covering. NOISY NOISY NOISY! Between service trucks and workmen loudly talking while standing around the rooms in the wee hours of the morning, you’ll never get a wink of sleep. I’ll NEVER stay in a quality inn again!

Well it is not the worst but it could definitely work on some upgrades. My only complain really was the bedding being clean but with stains from previous users, which makes the experience kind uncomfortable. The rest of the room seemed pretty neat. The WiFi it is kind slow, but nothing that will do may bad for you.

The reception was nasty and did no even give me time to talk. First the microwave was not working right. I called to explain but they told me that I can come down to heat up my food. When I got down. The reception started my asking me. What did I do to the microwave. I keep trying to explain my self. But he did not give me time.

Found a roach in my room. The customer service desk folks acted like we were an inconvenience. When I asked for an invoice they said would email which I never received. My credit card was charged by Hotels.com and the hotel. Now i have to get that straightened out. Worst experience ever.

Bed was uncomfortable and staff was rude and didn’t communicate. I was charged a different fee after check out. I contacted hotels.com and they didn’t reimburse stating they have to side with hotel partners policies!! The policy of charges and fees are subject to change. I’ll stay in Marriott from now own and pay full price before I deal with those people again.

Extremely horrible roaches were everywhere and people kept knocking on my door all night! Very drug infested area! I beg of you to please give me refund! I always use this site so I’m a good customer and deserve better

The room itself was fine but the bathroom cleanliness was very subpar. The access to the rooms is from the outside and I wasn’t aware of that before booking; I felt less safe with that set up. I wish I would’ve known that from the images on the booking website

Pictures are deceiving. Property is dirty and no maintenance. Rooms are old and outdated. I didn't feel safe. This is the Bates Motel.

The ice machine didn’t work. The microwave barely heated a small pepperoni roll after 3 minutes of heating. The breakfast consisted of one waffle maker, some instant oatmeal & some mass produced muffins & bagels. No fresh fruit or healthy choices. The room was very clean but the towels were skimpy & apparently only one per guest. It was an ok room for sleeping in but one wouldn’t want to do more than that here

The outside of the building is super rough. The breakfast was terrible, no eggs, no bacon. No protein. The man that checked me in was kinda gruff, not welcoming. It was 11:30pm.

It smells illegal. The property is very dated and the beds are dirty behind the head board. I never got under the cover to sleep. It's quite and you can shower that's about it. On top of all that the breakfast is weak and they want a hundred dollar deposit in this economy. Get outta here.

The room a/c was leaking on the floor,and i had booked the room for the pool and it was closed,but the room was clean and the breakfast wasn't all that

The property was clean even though the blanket on the bed had a couple stains, we bring our own when we travel so this didn't bother us too much. The person who checked me in was nice but when I called the front desk the next day the younger gentleman was rude when I asked how to get the TV off Spanish fortunately with out there help I fixed the problem myself. Breakfast was ok Saturday but non existent Sunday.

We got there late so we really didn't see too much but the rooms were nice the plane that's weren't bad the only problem was that for breakfast there wasn't any fruit so if you can't eat bread there's not a lot of choices staff was friendly I'd say again

This experience was the worst experience I ever had at quality Inn. They had roaches crawling in the room. And the trim of the wall was falling down and it was a musty smell in the room.

This hotel was trying to keep up appearances, but they did not pull it off. Right after entering my room, I noticed the quite literal layer of dust on the chair. I took a video of the chair and running my hand through it. This was followed up by walking into the bathroom, to have 2 dead cockroaches on the floor. Not being a fan, I walk back out to the room and see a live cockroach crawl from under the bed scurrying to get under the HVAC unit. I stripped the bed and went to sleep, as I was planning on being there for less than 8 hours. I went to get my breakfast the next morning, and they had almost nothing available. There was bread and bagels, with the only spread being cream cheese (no peanut butter, jelly, etc.). For the cereal, one was empty and other was full - they had Milk out (which I couldn't have), but it was sitting out in an area where the AC was out on a 90-degree morning already. That didn't feel safe. I usually go straight to the oatmeal - they said they have it daily - no oatmeal out, no packet out, nothing. So, they had bread and bagels with cream cheese, raisin bran with warm milk or a waffle...that was it. I cannot speak to anything else as it was a quick stop in and out (11pm until 7:30am the next day). Staff at the front counter were nice for the 2 times I saw them. Outside of the building looked good/clean, but the interior let you know what it was really like.

The place reeks of fabuloso in the front of the property needs to be mowed. The pool area was very sad with dilapidated chairs and a pool cover. It was 98° outside and they had the air conditioning cut off in the room. It took hours to get the temperature comfortable. I would not stay here again and the breakfast sucked.

It was convenient to the airport. Reasonable rate, and room very clean. The night employee was extremely rude with check in and had no people skills. I told him that.
