Godt hotel, men beliggenheden og så var der på en måde for mange mennesker. Både til morgenmaden og ved poolen. Der var tit kø ved elevatoren, så lidt følelsen af at være lidt klemt. Ellers var hotellet dejligt, flot pool på toppen af hotellet. Men må sige at jeg nok ville gå efter et andet hotel næste gang. Levede ikke op til min standard, men er nok meget forkælet med Bangkok hoteller. ;0) Morgen maden var heller ikke helt oppe på en standard for Bangkok. f. eks. var der skilt med to stykker bacon pr. mand...

L’hôtel est récent, élégant et bien entretenu. Nous étions au 7eme étage. Long séjour de 10 nuits. Le personnel est toujours très poli et disponible. Petit déjeuner intercontinental et tout le monde aux petits soins dès l’ouverture. Juste je n’ai pas aimé devoir patienter plus de 2h dehors à notre arrivée après un vol de nuit pour avoir accès à notre chambre (il faut noter que l’heure c’est l’heure) alors qu’on aurait pu nous proposer de rester au frais à la réception ou au 10eme étage et de profiter de la piscine pendant ce temps ou de prendre un rafraîchissement dans la salle de restauration. À part ce point, nous avons apprécié tout notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Accès reconnu et rapide en grab. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Pros. Big room, clean room, big windows good mattress. Cons. Cannot adjust room temperature. Asked front desk to change. Said okay, but nobody came. Location has nothing nearby. One 7-11, one food vendor. The worst coffee in the coffee shop on the main floor I have had in 10’years in SE Asia. 2 small washer and dryers . 1 dryer broke. 10 floor hotel with 2 washing machines. Not impressed at all. Maybe I was jinxed at this hotel. Strange management decisions , luckily just one night

Generally give a 5 star review for this hotel with the helpful service staff can communicate dual language, polite staff and clean hotel room Had encountered with air cond problem in middle night which 24H service counter provide prompt intervention some how management is required to look into this problem in order to maintain 5 star hotel recommendation

Check in was smooth and the counter staffs are very professional and patience in explaining things to us. There is also a Welcome Drink upon your arrival. Hotel provides a Buggy service to nearby Metro stations with schedule timings. There is a small restaurant which provides Buffet Breakfast Daily. There is a Gym and a Swimming Pool at the 10th floor of the Hotel with nice views. Room was spacious and has a city view. Aircon is really cold and things in the Room is new. Toiletries are provided as well. There is a Safe in the Room too. There is a 7-11 just opposite. Walking distance to Big C (10min to 15mins) and along the way, many eateries you can find to fill your stomach. There is a Spa and a Cafe right at the Lobby level. This area which is known as Saphankwai is not a traffic jammed area. The Hotel is located along Pradipat Road, very near to other Hotels like The Elizabeth Hotel, Mido Hotel and Pradipat Hotel.
