Need more parking

Every thing was good. Walking distance for food was nice. Parking was good. Only thing we didn't see is the pool.

There was no overhang to load our car and it was storming very hard. Would not stay there again.

Facilities great. Breakfast almost nonexistent.

Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that kitchens had no utensils, dishware, or cooking pans. They had to be requested and took hours to be available because the front desk was understaffed.. I'm not blaming the person at the front desk (she was kind and helpful), I'm blaming policy and lack of staff. Also, the advertised pool no longer exists.

Lost me at having no ice machine. Only hotel I’ve EVER stayed in that didn’t have an ice machine anywhere in the building. A small empty ice tray in the freezer doesn’t cut it. Didn’t have a turntable inside the microwave. A kitchenette with NOTHING in it to actually use because they expect you to call the front desk for every little thing you need for it. Had to call the front desk for extra pillow and blanket for the pullout couch because they didn’t already have one in the closet. Waited 1 1/2 hours, still hadn’t brought it. Called again, let it ring and ring, didn’t answer. Then suddenly they were finally at our door with them and said “Did you call us?” (They knew I did) “because we didn’t get it” if they didn’t get the call, how did they know to ask if I called? That’s a lie. This is why I don’t like to stay in places that you have to call the front desk for EVERYTHING. It’s nothing but a waiting game. The mattress on the pullout couch was so thin had springs popped up, no mini bottle of shampoo and conditioner in shower. Great double chocolate muffins for breakfast but no milk served. What kids like to drink coffee and water for breakfast? Only hotel I’ve EVER stayed at that didn’t serve milk even if it’s co to mental or grab and go. Didn’t tell me a $100 deposit was required. Got a message from Expedia letting me know before I got there. A hotel that worried about a $100 deposit yet don’t want to provide half of what you need. Haven’t checked to see if $100 is credit

Clean rooms. I stay here a lot . Some days it’s quiet and some days like weekends it not . Friendly staff. The back door alarm kept going off when I left . It’s broke . I would suggest cleaning the stairways ! They are bad . I take the stairs when I stay .

Smelled awful like wet dog in our room. Advertises a pool on google but it was cemented over. Breakfast is granola bars and oatmeal. Water pressure was awful in the shower.

This was my first experience with an Extended Stay property. My check in was pleasant enough. I think the property maintenance was somewhat less than ideal. The floor around the elevator and inside was kind of sticky. There was a wall torn out and exposed insulation and framing. It looked like it was in that condition for awhile. Limited number of luggage trollies available. Did not see any vending machines or ice dispensers. The room was ok for the one night stay but I don't think I would want to stay longer. The room is a suite with a cooktop, a microwave and refrigerator but not much else. No coffee maker in the room and no coffee available in the lobby after the morning grab and go breakfast. The air conditioning unit was noisy but all wall units are that way. However, the refrigerator was louder than the A/C unit. My stay was fine for an overnight. At least it was affordable but nothing stands out as exceptional.

Parking lot is very difficult. No place to pulloff to check in/out. Hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like marijuana. Grab&go breakfast is offered but selection is VERY LIMITED. Staff was friendly and able to answer questions. Area around the hotel has many options for food & shopping.

The room was not furnished well. Furniture was old and worn. The worst thing was it was infested with bed bugs. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. The little you may save is not worth it.

The hallways and our room smelled absolutely disgusting. We had to cut our trip short and leave a day early bc we couldn’t stand the nasty smell. Wished they would’ve offered out money back for the day we left but nope. They even knew the hotel smelled bad.

Unfortunately there were cockroaches in our room! Will never recommend or stay in this facility.

The hotel smelled absolutely horrid that should have been our first red flag to just leave. Then we got to the room and not only was it not clean you were welcomed with the smell of absolute death! It was horrible. We opened all the windows and it was still horrid. Went to ask for a different room and was told they were full. All I have to say is I do not recommend!

Bathtub was horrible! Not sure if it’s been cleaned in a long time. Smell of hotel and room was of dirty feet. Sheets in bed were paper thin. Heat unit rattled all night long. Floor was sticky. Never again!

Very dirty ! Room was ran down floornwas dirty, the kitchen only thing that worked was the refrigerator and the sink , had to call for new sheets on the bed the set thay it had in looked dirty and yellow , shower had hair and mold , not worth the 180 for the night , wouldn't recommend

When we got into our room there was dust, dirt, or grime in every surface. Additionally the room had trash in it from the previous guest and no trash can was provided even after we requested it.

The pull-out bed had used sheets, the floors and cabinets were filthy, smelled like urine. Literally did not shower b/c of how dirty the place was and b/c 1 towel was provided (for 5 people). One of the worst hotels I've ever been in.

Location was great, lots of great eating options...cleanliness of room not so good... pubic hair, urine splatter, at toilet, bug in bathroom.

The front desk was great but the room was very outdated with a very nasty tub. Coffee makers don’t already exist in room , you have to ask for one. The queen bed was very small.

Mediocre property. Probably would not stay again. It needs an upgrade on the property and equipment in the rooms.

Very clean, not soundproof

Place was clean as usual. Quieter this time even tho full. Didn’t get enough cooking and serving dishes. Dishwasher was hard to use. Wi-Fi was not working.

Snug, not spacious room; clean and simple but not elegant; decent value for the price.

The front desk clerk was very nice. Checking in was super easy. The room was very outdated and I could not get the heat to work…the temp stayed at 69 all night so that was a little frustrating. Otherwise the room was really clean and serve the purpose for my one night stay

stuff in room did not work, lots of repairs needed done, cracks and small holes in bathtub, tv had one channel. They only put one pillow on your bed. no ice, no little cups. No information pamphlets in room. This place needs some serious work done.

Staff were helpful (Ebony). Room as exceedingly dated, sketchy and worn out. Only the ads and posters in the elevator are modern. While in an area with modern competitors and strong commercial synergy, this property is being milked. Sad.

Nuce room. Smaller than i expected. Staff was gteat when you could find them. They had to many tasks for 1 perspn which kept them unavailable. Kitchen items were available upon request. I plan on staying again. The price is definitely unbeatable for what you get.

This place was probably hosting the worst customer service I have ever seen. The front desk person was extremely rude, short and unhelpful. We arrived late (12:10 AM) only to be rudely greeted like I was interrupting his TV time or something. No directions given whatsoever. We park and find our room only to realize that there are zero sheets in the room for the fold out sofa ( we have 4 kids with us -2 small in our bed and 2 seven year olds on the sofa ) so I call the front desk to ask. He said that the sheets were in the wash and wouldn’t be done for an hour (what hotel is washing sheets for sofa beds at 1AM?). When my husband commented in the background about how that’s not going to work, instead of offering a solution the front desk man quickly responds with what does he mean it isn’t going to work, it’s going to have to , anything else you need? Extremely rude. The main bed was fine , scratchy blanket and we used the duvet cover for the sofa mattress. Very noisy, even at 2 am. Breakfast was a joke. Basically lukewarm water for oatmeal (had to microwave it in a cup) a few muffins and a few granola bars and coffee. No bath towels either, just a hand towel and floor mat. Definitely not worth the “lower” price of $100. They most definitely would not win any customer service awards and I highly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to be treated like a burden.

Staff was great

The first staff I met was terrible. She addressed my concerns without care or courtesy and behaved badly toward her colleague. She put me in a messy, spider-web-infested room. Bravo to another aged front desk employee, she was understanding, helped me switch rooms, and made my stay almost enjoyable.

Fire alarm went off in neighbors room and they couldn’t get it shut off. Morning front desk team leader was rude unprofessional!

Came down for the Ohio State game. Well worth the money, convenient location and lots of food options nearby. Polaris mall is only a 2 minute drive which is also a big plus. Had no problems during the stay and would for sure stay again!

Room was clean but there was no breakfast as shown on the website. Only coffee and oatmeal bars.

No breakfast provided only muffins grab and go which is surprised as they mentioned including breakfast in the package of stay booking. Stay was good no issue for one night.

Oatmeal packets with no milk, muffins in celaphane, no juice isn't exactly what I'd call breakfast.

I only stayed one night here at the Extended Stay. The room was ok. It is showing it's age. The kitchenette needed a fresh remodel. The carpets need a deep cleaning. The sheets were clean. Would I personally stay here again, probably not. Also the breakfast option were only grab and go stuff like apples, granola bars, and coffee.

The breakfast menu consist of stale muffins, coffee, oatmeal, and tea. For as much as they charge your room, it should’ve been a full breakfast at least waffles, orange juice, milk,and cereal included.

Often stay at this property when visiting Columbus on business. Nothing fancy but great value in a nice area. Every restaurant you can imagine in the vicinity...some walkable. Muffins and cereal bars are the only food for breakfast. One odd thing, they didn't have any silverware for my Twin Peaks leftovers lol. Will stay again.

Staff did a great job in the check in and check out process. Everyone working there were very friendly. Please consider adding fruit, instant oatmeal, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs to gtab and go breakfast bar. That would help add value to the cost of the rooms.
