I loved everything about Hampton Inn Columbus West. Definitelywillstay there againwhen visiting the area. I was just disappointed in not realizing I booked through a third party and not Hampton Inn..so I did not get my Hilton rewards for all thoughts nights I stayed.

Breakfast was decent, customer service was not great when checking in, front desk was not courteous or polite, but otherwise, on every oyher occasion, with different staff members it was fine. Room had broken cabinet and was a bit dated. Toilet was loose and move when using it.

Great location, staff was helpful and pleasant. Free Breakfast was good, and they had quite a few choices. We enjoyed our stay would definetly stay here again.

Roomhad a clean smell when entered, but shortly after we could smell an underlying odor. The air-conditioning was not working well and in the middle of the night seemed to not work at all. I believe that is where the damp musty oder was from.
