Residence Inn Columbus Easton

What a great property- Carlos at the front desk was so fabulous and many staff we encountered were the same. We came for Arnold and walking distance to eating and shopping. Their breakfast bar was scrumptious . Lyft was only 15 mins to downtown. We are definitely booking here next year.

Værelse var pænt og relativt nyt renoveret. Kun en lille smule slidt på kanter af malede låger. Der er hvad er er brug for til at lave lidt mad selv. Pæne møbler og god seng. Badeværelse var pænt.

The staff

Staff very professional and very nice!

Extra clean rooms especially the bathroom! I have a thing about showers that I havnt cleaned myself. Usually I can feel a layer of soap scum if it hasnt been cleaned well enought but the walls of the shower in our one bedroom suite was pristine. We had a third set of towels even though there was only two of us. Breakfast was superb! Bagels, bread, toaster, hot fluffy scambled eggs with topping options, perfectly crisp bacon, optional oatmeal with tons of toppings yogurt and and a make your own waffle station. Everything was great and the staff was very helpful and just nice which not a lot of people are these days. The outdoor pool was closed for winter and we were there one night for a comedy show so we didnt do much around the hotel except eat and sleep. On sunday breakfast ends at ten and a wonder I have never seen before is that check out is at 12 (noon). After filling our stomachs we went back to the room and took a nap after our late night. We woke up a little bit late and each jumped in the shower taking turns gathering all of our stuff and didnt get the keys back to the desk until 1215 but they didnt charge us for a late check out. The blanket situation seemed a little flat but they had a spare set of linens in the closet so I grabbed the extra blanket and it was perfect and the pillows were thick and fluffy, i want one for home!
