Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was cold and needs to be heated up.

It was ok stains on carpet. Ice machine broke. Pool cold. Breakfast was awesome.

Staff was excellent,always helpful... Toilet was not flushing properly, reported to ofc.... Went to use pool today and it was closed due to maintenance, disappointing but understandable... At check in was told breakfast was til 10, but only on wknd....went down today, labor day,but breakfast closed at 9....staff was excellent in offering danish and yogurt and juice....also coffee for my hubby...

Pool was not clean; chemicals were out of balance and the water was cloudy.

Toilet seat, broken found ants in the bed and around the sink area. One of the entrance doors was not working. Had to go around to the main entrance to get in. Lights are out in the breakfast area.

This property could use a face lift. The dining area was very tight for breakfast. Our shower leaked and there was a leak from the ceiling fan to the floor.Overall an average hotel.

Lobby closed at 7:30pm on a Saturday night because the TV is mounted on a wall next to someone's room. How about you move the tv? or don't put someone in that room until the hotel is at full capacity. Our group wanted to order pizza and watch OSU play in the lobby together. Instead, we had to try to find a place to go last minute (they told us this at 7:29). Also, pool was freezing, not cold...freezing.

Major construction going on in lobby, rooms older and outdated, AC wasn’t working right. Good hotel for the price, but definitely not perfect.

Service was amazing. Staff very attentive. Room was cleaned well and bed comfortable The only issue i noticed was mold starting on the wall in the sitting area. The firt room we had to be switched from because the air conditioning unit was full of mold. Location was close to everything

Room was generally clean except the carpet, a black spot and a sticky area that clearly was not new, I’m sure they have a steam cleaner. But it was nice and quiet that evening and the bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good.

Fold out bed was dirty and had blood on the sheets. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

There was a large roach in the bathroom and the man who checked me was not friendly at all. I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel and will not be staying again.

I’ve stayed in this hotel on multiple previous occasions. This will likely be my last. The quality has decreased with each stay. This time the room was musty, the carpet felt damp, there were cobwebs in ceiling corners, and the toilet ran after flushing unless you jiggled the handle. The front desk had no one present even at 5:30pm, and the breakfast in the morning was sparse and sad. It is a good location for our annual summer trip, but it’s just become too run down.

I thought it was ok. There was some mold on the ceiling in the room 212. Beds were comfortable.

When I sat on the bed it collapsed. They put it so I slept ok,but it still wasn’t right. I told them about it.

Great experience except for the Wi-Fi. It wasn't that it didn't work. It was that it kept going in and out so my device would connect and then disconnect and then connect again.

Overall our stay was perfect! Staff was super friendly! Hotel was very clean but outdated! In bathroom, toilet bolts were loose so when you sat down, toilet moved. In bathroom on ceiling there looks to be mildew spots from what I assume a previous water leak. Office chair in room was missing pieces of the pleather. Bed was super clean and very comfortable. Coffee machine, like Keurig was very very old! Breakfast was included and it was very generic. They had a waffle maker, sausage patties and eggs. It was not super hot, very bland. Had oatmeal packs with side of coconut and granola. May consider making fresh oatmeal, hot and ready. Parties/donuts were rock hard! Breakfast area very outdated..furniture old, dark walls! Adding a few updates would go along way! Staff even commented upon our arrival that the hotel is outdated and the owner refuses to invest. For the price, 97.00 a night, it’s what you would expect.

It was ok. I asked for non-smoking and room had smoky smell. I said something to the front desk so I didn’t get blamed. No options offered and was just told they would let management know. Staff was friendly though. It was ok but would I stay again, probably not.

My stay got off to a rocky start with the girl at the front desk. Maybe in her late 20's but not very welcoming. The toilet wasnt bolted to the floor securely and the bathtub diddnt drain fast enough to keep up with the shower. The desk chair looked like somebody's dog spent the weekend chewing on it.

Everything was comfortable but room was on third floor farthest from the reception area and internet service was horrible and most times completely unavailable.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was unacceptable. We were yelled at when we checked in and the breakfast wasn't set up properly in the morning when we checked out.

I am completely understanding of it being late, but I had specifically called by 6pm to let the facility know I was coming late. The door was still locked at 11:55pm, note was left I was getting there after 11. Not only that, the staff member just looked at me instead of saying anything to me. I said here for a check in, he then said okay. Without any conversation, he instructed me to “click no” — sorry, click no on what? I was not pleased with this. Not only that, I ended up on the SECOND floor as far as possible from the elevator when I know there were rooms available elsewhere. To end this, there was no new toilet paper in this room, and not refilled. I am a repeat customer of this hotel because of the parking situation, usually friendly staff, and service, but am considering moving venues due to this experience.

Our room has Pop corn on the floor. One roll of toilet paper emptied. Two towels in bathroom with 5 guests 2 adults and three children. How is anyone supposed to shower. Then I asked staff if they had towels. None were available due to being booked. None in the pool area. Two tissues left in tissue box. 😩 Then I was double charged for my stay? I have never been double charged for a one night stay. Staff was extremely rude when I brought it up. Next thing I knew she was gone for the day. No one knows anything. I suggest paying more at a 5 star rather than poor service.

Property was okay but bad front desk service, desk clerk was talking on a private phone call the entire time. He barely acknowledged us.

We got to the hotel around 11pm and the office person was wonderful to us! He happened to be on our floor after we unloaded our car and we couldn’t get our door key to work and helped us with it.

The staff needs upgrade, they are not welcoming.

The girl who checked us in was so rude. There was an elderly woman in front of us who they are lady had asked her if she wanted to be on the first second or third floor, and the elderly woman replied is there an elevator, and the lady at the reception desk answered her so rudely and said, of course there’s an elevator. It’s right there, well this was an elderly woman and I didn’t even see the elevator until I looked for it as well then our room keys didn’t work so we had to go get them recharged or get new ones and that was a problem for this girl as well. She obviously didn’t want to be at work and especially after someone has driven for 12 hours. The last thing I wanna do is have to deal with someone like her giving them a hard time.. And then check out wasn’t until 11 AM at 8:30 in the morning. Someone was vacuuming the hallway and hit our door with the vacuum. The vacuum noise alone Woke me up, but then when she was hitting the walls that was even worse. The only person who was nice was a guy who was working like midnights and we my daughter had forgotten her toothbrush. He was the only one that was nice. The continental breakfast was terrible the lady working in the restaurant area or kind of breakfast area said I have fresh sausage here and put it into the little craft and then when my daughter grabbed a piece of sausage for herself, she came and sat down and it was literally frozenOK we can microwave it. No big deal but this place just went downhill from the very begin

This hotel is a great value in every way. Easy access from interstate. Lots of restaurants near by. Quiet. Great parking lot too. Very comfortable rooms.

The property itself was nice, some of the staff were really nice like Ed, and the other two ladies who felt sympathetic for me and my bf because out of alll the cars in that property it was his they had to break into. Nothing was taken but ugh. Then on top of that a who car was stolen from the hotel next door at 8 in the morning.. that’s crazy.. That area is just bad, a lot of kids stealing cars in that ghetto part of Hilliard.. I would never live in Hilliard because of this stay.. I already knew that part of Hilliard was ghetto from the look of it.. yea never again. I’m also going to add that they charged me double after I left because a staff accused me of stealing their dirty sheets when I brought my clean ones

Nice hotel, comfortable room. The location was good, too, as there were a lot of restaurants in the area and access to I-70 was good.

Comfortable room. Quiet. Very clean. Good breakfast selection although I do wish they offered something other than sausage for the meat. My only complaint is that it's very difficult to find the drive to enter from the highway. Needs better signage.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was not great, very stale pastries, and our key cards for room door stopped working. Not a horrible hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we got to the room Got unpacked food in the refrigerator the settling down for the night. The toilet would not quit running. We tried to fix it. Then we had to get another room so we had to get everything packed back up and change rooms. Then for breakfast there was no muffins, they were out of quite a bit of stuff so was not really a breakfast. We had to go somewhere else to eat.

Breakfast was mostly carbs, and they didn't have any nondairy options.

Had a few cleanliness issue with the room. Breakfast attendant was jot very pleasant and was not quick to refill items. Overall stay was tolerable.
