Convenient to main thoroughfares. Clean and basic. Parking was limited and cramped. Breakfast was packaged goods and coffee. Minimalist. Everything as promised nothing more.

I booked this hotel because it said free breakfast and all that was there was just granola bars. That is not breakfast in my eyes and I can’t believe we paid this much money and you don’t get free breakfast and you guys don’t even have a pool. I’m very disappointed with you guys description of what amenities you have and then you do not have them. We could have stayed at a different hotel nearby that had breakfast but when I read that you guys had breakfast, I want to head and booked with you. I’m very disappointed in the stay and I will not be staying at this type of hotel ever again! Please be sure that the head of this company reads this review.

You get what you pay for - standard, cheap, safe, reliable - that's all I wanted and needed and it's exactly what I got so if you want HILTON LEVEL SERVICE - this is not for you but if you want a decent, safe, spacious, WiFi enabled room with a good TV and fridge and microwave - THIS WAS PERFECT for me- desk staff have been very reliable and helpful and are generally available all day every day - weekend contact after 11 was challenging but still there - they cover 2 properties so it is understandable

Everything was very well, except i happened to stay when there was a water issue. Lucky all was explained and answered within reason.

This is a very basic property with really no amenities, but it is clean and all the staff with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for one night and it was so dirty and gross we immediately showered when we got home. Hallways and the elevator smelled and when we got into our room the carpet was stained. Shower area had hair on the walls and it clearly was not cleaned. I called down and brought this to their attention and I was told I they did not have another room and they would send someone to clean. No one ever came. The air conditioning unit was so loud we could not sleep, however, at least it drowned out the sounds of music coming from the outside well past 2am. There were people having a party in the parking lot and the hotel did nothing about it. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable but with everything else going on we were not going to get any sleep anyways. In the morning I went in to at least wash up in the dirty shower only to learn there was no hot water. I called down again and they suggested I wait longer for more water to warm up. The manager never contacted me to discuss this experience. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to stay anywhere else.

The breakfast and coffee in the morning was absolutely terrible. One option for breakfast, a very small prepackaged blueberry muffin. They were out of condiments for the coffee. Once it was set out in the morning, nobody touched it back up to restock or clean. Absolutely filthy and a very poor presentation. The rooms are very outdated and many things are heavily worn and used. The laundry room was an absolute mess no visible staff until you had to yell for someone, just sitting around the corner playing on their phone. The trashcan at the front entrance was overflowing upon arrival Sunday night and the same for Monday morning. Various people loitering around on the curbs and by the doors. I was not comfortable during my stay for various reasons. Very misleading representation.

I reserved this hotel for it's location near a very large shopping district and for convenience to freeway access. I was disappointed with the rooms appearance but i would say it was satisfactory. That said, I had to evacuate on the first night for a fire alarm which was due to some kind of hotel malfunction and the second night my car was vandalized. I was so upset that I asked to be released from the 5-day stay and get a refund. The hotel was apologetic and said they would allow me to check out and refund me back. My car was one of 10-12 cars in the lot to get vandalized that night. Sadly, this is a common pattern in Columbus, OH. Be careful with out of state plates at any hotel in Columbus.

The property is in a sketchy area with sketchy people. The bed feels like bricks with a blanket on top. Having a hot shower took about 30min of the water running for it to get warm enough to bare a shower. The staff was nice however.

The desk staff were friendly and helpful, but stretched pretty thin. My room had an overpowering cologne smell to it. I believe it was the plug in air freshener which I unplugged but still had to put it under the sink. The floor was not clean at all. My feet were black after a few minutes walking around the room. Desk chair was squeaky, hard and uncomfortable and much too low for the desk. I had to use the dining table and it was still a little too low for comfort. No coffee maker and no utensils doesn't seem "customizable", it just seems lazy. I shouldn't have to ask for basic amenities. Bed was comfortable. One pillow smelled faintly smoky. Lots of hot water and good shower pressure. Bathroom sink drained a bit slowly, might need to preemptively unclog. Towels were clean and there were plenty for one person, 2 nights. Nice deep drawers, but a quick vacuum warranted. There was accumulated dust and hair in the corners. "Breakfast" was extremely disappointing. At best it was Continental, but fell short of that. Packaged muffins, Nutri Grain bars and oatmeal packets are not breakfast. No juice or fruit at all, which would have helped. I will not be rebooking an Extended Stay America.

As for cleanliness, there wasnt any. The floors hadn't been cleaned in months. As soon as i arrived i noticed the kitchen & bathroom floors were sticky. In that condition i knew there was no sense going to the front desk, i got down & cleaned them with the hand towels they provided. The carpet was one big stain, having not been steam cleaned since 2004. You could feel the grim underfoot..

Upon arrival, we were walking in the hallway to find our room. While trying to find our room number, we noticed the room numbers not being in order, making it difficult to find our stay. There were kids toys left in the middle of the hallway. As soon as we opened the door to our room, there was an extreme smell of smoke and bo. The kitchen was dirty with crumbs and the bathroom had stains in the tub along with hair. The floors were dirty and the carpets were stained. After 10 minutes of being in the room, we had an uneasy feeling about our safety and cleanliness. We took our luggage and left the hotel and did not return for our stay.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly the hot water wasn’t working the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working either and I wasn’t notified of any of this before paying it was a really bad experience I’ll never go to another one

The area isn’t the best. People doing hard drugs outside on the property. Property not well kept. Looked like black mold in the bathroom. Dishes/utensils/pots and pans weren’t good quality. It was hard to cook with it. Tv is extremely small. Sink drain was clogged the entire stay.

There was nothing special in fact it was the worse experience of my life. We got transferred from a non carpeted dirty room to a carpeted room that smelled bad it was like a wet furry animal had stayed and they never steamed cleaned the carpet. The lobby & stairwell had a bad smell, like wet dogs. I found fleas in our 2nd room the next morning. Our door dead bolt didn’t lock so we used the hook latch and we slept with our clothes on. I ruined a brand new pair of white socks that turned black from the dirty carpet in the second room I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values their life!!!

We counted about 8 cockroaches over 2 days and had to go in by our own roach traps to feel comfy sleeping in there at night.

The Extended Stay America at 1-270 NE is fairly clean and fairly well run but the building must be made of papier mache and balsa wood. As I laid in bed, I regularly heard and felt doors opening and closing and people stomping above and on either side of my room and in the hallway. The sound of slamming doors was the background noise. It did lessen by 11 pm but started again by 7 am. The room above me seemed to spend several hours each evening rearranging the furniture or doing tumbling exercises. I could not believe how much activity human beings could engage in in one small hotel room. I didn't just hear it, I felt it. The vibrations came through the structure. I felt as if I was in a shared dormitory rather than a separate hotel room. The echoing sounds of yelling in the hallway were unnerving, too. The smells of food from other rooms entered my room a number of evenings. Some seen to be living at this hotel for long periods of time. There are a number of other hotels nearby, all more expensive but you'll get a decent night's sleep at one of them, as I did at the Hampton Inn. Some things are worth the extra money. Also, I did battle with the toilet in 205 every time I flushed it. The maintenance man said, 'don't flush it at night, there will be no one here to help if it overflows.' I had to learn to 'time' my bodily urges, if you know what I mean. It was exhausting.

I asked for a quiet room do to get some sleep. I was put in a room right by the entrance where everyone goes to smoke and talk all night. And the guest above me was up all night with the TV on and he/she was pacing most of the night. Never stay here again and would like a partial refund

My bed was so saggy I’ve had to see a chiropractor and osteopath because I’ve had electric back pain ever since I slept there.

The mattress was horrible! Had to buy a mattress topper from the store.

The hotel is sketchy and old. My room had chip crumbs on the floor so they clearly didn't vacuum. I'm pretty sure there was a prostitute hanging out at the front door. Fortunately, the location is really convenient to Easton which is really nice. But on that side of the road then neighborhood was pretty sketchy. I probably wouldn't stay here again. I was only passing through and there for one night so it was fine, but it's definitely not a nice hotel.

Just needed a place to crash for a night - can't beat the price. However: Fridge was positioned with door handles against wall - hard to open. No hair dryer. Would still stay again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Easton the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

Front desk staff when I checked in were awesome. Every time I come to this location, they greet me by first name.

Stayed for one night, booked for three. Checked out early due to noise, strange odors and limited amenities. One week after check out and balance of my refund has not been returned. Never again.

This location that I stay ant often has the two the best employees I’ve ever met Kacey and Mel. These wonderful ladies make sure I’m greeted by name and all my needs are taken care of. I couldn’t ask for better service than these ladies give.

It was perfectly fine. I just needed a bed for the night. Front desk was friendly, room was clean, location was super-convenient. Very much a no-frills place, but definitely better than a budget motel or something.

It was dark, and the breakfast was not like it was pictured online.

Terrible, jacked up rates due to local activities - room was sub-par, dirty carpet. People were smoking at the entrance at all hours - grab & go breakfast was terrible, cold bad coffee no non-sweetened creamer choices, old granola bars and blueberry muffins without blueberries. Water took a long time to get hot - paid about triple the regular going rate and I feel completely ripped off

Very disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable and the air unit was extremely loud. There were no dishes in the csbinets. I was told I had to ask for them. Breakfast was misleading. It was a bag breakfast.

stopped here to get some sleep on a trip back home. hotel was ok, not great, not the worst ever. our room and had ground up chewing gum on the carpet that was sticky and you can tell it had not be vacuumed. hair in the shower. bed sheets had a faint smell of smoke or it could have been the detergent. either way was not real pleasant. breakfast was coffee and granola bars and packaged muffins.

This was a poor location. I watched my car every night and I still woke to my bumper getting sideswiped. I also noticed wine corks and trash every morning in the parking lot. My husband is missing some pills that were in his nightstand. You only get once a week housekeeping service and we were there 10 days and had no housekeeping at all in our room. You have to go get everything for your room yourself at the front desk. I received evil looks if I dared to ask to have towels delivered to our room. For the price you pay you would expect more service. The stairwells and the second floor(our floor) smelled of weed. We had a questionable bug in our room.I believe it was a cockroach. Breakfast was coffee and a granola bar. But if you didnt get there in time there was nothing left. We were supposed to have a queen bed but we had a double mattress on a queen base. Would not stay here again.
