Hotel itself is huge, rooms are spacious, bed comfortable. The whole place though is extremely dated and needs a good renovation and cleaning. The amount of dust on the torn and dented light fixtures alone is appalling. Indoor/outdoor pool is nice to have but again needs renovated. Looks good in pictures but run down up close. Manager reception is great. This location provides a decent variety of snacks to go with free drinks from the bar. Bartenders are awesome. Both nights they were extremely friendly. The breakfast is really good too. Made to order omelets! I was also very impressed with the buffet. Fresh fruit and granola to make parfaits, pancakes AND waffles. Was a bit surprised they charged for parking. It wasn’t much but we had two cars so got charged for each one. This is not downtown and trust me there are plenty of spaces available.

I usually have a great experience at this location as a diamond member. However, my shower was horrible. Brown water resembling sewer water came out of the shower head. The smell from the shower water made me vomit. I was unable to shower my first night after flying in from Atlanta.The hotel was booked, and the guest downstairs were very loud, could be heard above the volume of my Tv well past happy hour. Cars got broken into the last night of my stay. I was moved to another room which was clean. But overall, i wasn't happy and uncomfortable wanting a full refund due to other things that happened.

Good! Rooms are looking a little tired! And, there is a parking fee that needs to be clearly explained. It’s not outrageous but if you have a wedding party or family reunion then it’s “real” money.

Pool was dirty, room was dirty, they allowed about fifty people to roam the halls, screaming, cursing, banging until 2:30 AM. No help or compensation despite speaking with multiple employees and emailing the manager. Do not recommend. Go to Dublin or another location.

This hotel was 145.00 per night. It was in terrible condition. They couldn’t even get us into our room until 4:20. The room was definitely not clean. There was debris on the floor, the bathtub was dirty looking and did not drain properly. You couldn’t really see out of the windows. The food in the restaurant was inedible. The 40.00 steak looks and tastes like it was boiled instead of broiled. The pizza was horrible and we didn’t even eat it after the first piece. You literally have to go up to the bar to order your food…with an 18% gratuity added! No server comes to your table! The redeeming quality was the bartender. She was super nice and efficient. There was a really nice front desk girl as well, I think her name was Kristine. She was super friendly and very upbeat. The pool area was very run down and very slippery! All in all, this hotel is really not worth the price at all. On a side note, the manager Derek did refund us the meal price at check out.

First room they gave us the bathroom was flooded, second room the bathtub drained really slow amd would fill up while showering. The pool was nice but little cold seems how its still connected to the outside portion and could have been cleaned a little better and made sure pool towels available. And being charged for parking each day was odd when they had a parking lot of there own.

Spent 2 nights , each in a different room. The first room we checked into was dirty there was no soap in the shower. It was empty. There was some sort of substance grow substance on the picture frame above the coffee maker. There was hair in the bathtub. The second room we stayed in was a little cleaner, but the soap was almost gone in the shower again. The staff in the kitchen were very nice and helpful.

The property was kept up okay. The heated pool was cold. Breakfast was absolutely too notch, everything was delicious. The kitchen staff was amazing. Room had a lot of things misses in cleaning. I found a sock in t h e bedroom on the floor.one of the glasses was dirty, obvious they only rince. My son found toenail clippings on the floor. We also found a chocolate covered pretzel half eatten by the couch. Overall staff was kind check in lady was irritated. d

This place has Bed Bugs. My son and I were bitten very badly by sleeping in one of the beds. And the Hotel did not accommodate us to any type of way. The hotel manager was even very rude about it. I would never stay here again!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The overall hotel lacked cleanliness. Elevator windows looked as if it had years of fingerprints. Outside of was dirty as well. Gym equipment was dirty, room was cleaned but had a bit of a stinch of dirty carpet/ embedded smoke smell. Overall hotel just needs cleaning.

I was completely blindsided by this property. I thought Embassy Suites would be a step above and it was not. Kids running wild with no staff intervention, filthy pool all 3 days, very stinky room and poor housekeeping(the bottom of my feet were black after walking around the room and the and the furniture in the lobby and common areas were stained and dirty. I was charged 5 dollars a day for parking, but apparently not for security. This morning we awake to many cars in the lot having broken windows from bricks being thrown through them. Our car was not vandalized, but many others were not so lucky. I am not a complainer, but this stay was a nightmare. The woman on duty Saturday night was trying her best and Sunday she moved us to another room a little less stinky which was appreciated. I'm sorry to be so negative, but I think corporate needs to step in and seriously review this property.

There were lots of people in the lobby being loud and obnoxious and smelling like weed. Our room was old and dated, the heat not working in the room with bed, there was lots of hair in the shower when we got there. Very dissatisfied with our stay

Everything about the room was old and dated…the furniture, bathroom, TV, key card entry. Room had a musty smell. The TV navigation was ancient (try finding a workable guide), and no smart features and apps (Netflix, etc). There systems were down so we couldn’t even check in at 3:30pm, and they never called me when the room was ready (they kinda lied and said they did). Lastly, we were charged $5/day to self park in the regular outside lot. Maybe this is a new thing but I hate new “just cause we can” charges. On the positive side, service was otherwise good and breakfast was great.

The overall stay was good. The hotel was very cold. Breakfast didn't stay hot. The phone in the room didn't work. And there was only one. Bathroom could use a little tlc. Grout lines need cleaning and the caulking need cleaning or replaced.

I thought the hotel room was great in terms of space (King Suite). However, some of the outlets were loose or not working. This was a little annoying when you travel with multiple electronics that require charging.

The room was nice but the two woman that were working the front in the evening were not so nice ,they were a bit disgruntled, but the women that were working in the morning we were checking out were very pleasant and engaged with the client .

Customer service was nice. Welcomed with a smile and offered water at check in and out for our travels. The breakfast was fresh. The rooms were nice and clean. The outlets for chargers were a bit too loose to hold chargers for our phones. I noticed on my bill that there was a 5.00 parking fee for each night we stayed. That I did not know about or like.

This hotel was 145.00 per night. It was in terrible condition. They couldn’t even get us into our room until 4:20. The room was definitely not clean. There was debris on the floor, the bathtub was dirty looking and did not drain properly. You couldn’t really see out of the windows. The food in the restaurant was inedible. The 40.00 steak looks and tastes like it was boiled instead of broiled. The pizza was horrible and we didn’t even eat it after the first piece. You literally have to go up to the bar to order your food…with an 18% gratuity added! No server comes to your table! The redeeming quality was the bartender. She was super nice and efficient. There was a really nice front desk girl as well, I think her name was Kristine. She was super friendly and very upbeat. The pool area was very run down and very slippery! All in all, this hotel is really not worth the price at all. On a side note, the manager Derek did refund us the meal price at check out.

Bryan made our check in easy and he was very informative about the amenities they had to offer. The whole staff there was so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely choose to stay here whenever I’m in town.

Hotel itself is huge, rooms are spacious, bed comfortable. The whole place though is extremely dated and needs a good renovation and cleaning. The amount of dust on the torn and dented light fixtures alone is appalling. Indoor/outdoor pool is nice to have but again needs renovated. Looks good in pictures but run down up close. Manager reception is great. This location provides a decent variety of snacks to go with free drinks from the bar. Bartenders are awesome. Both nights they were extremely friendly. The breakfast is really good too. Made to order omelets! I was also very impressed with the buffet. Fresh fruit and granola to make parfaits, pancakes AND waffles. Was a bit surprised they charged for parking. It wasn’t much but we had two cars so got charged for each one. This is not downtown and trust me there are plenty of spaces available.

Property was in a very convenient location if visiting either easton or polaris, as it is right in the middle of both locations. rooms clean, breakfast staff very nice and accommodating. Also appreciated the free water in the gym during my 5 am workout.

I figured this property would be cleaner for 200 a night. Also advertised as a full restaurant, and we were povided a limited menu of 4 appetizers and an overpriced special of three spare ribs, dry cornbread, with potatoes and Brussel sprouts for the low price of 49.00 per plate.

The indoor/outdoor is beautiful but also cloudy…the kids loved it nonetheless Breakfast is an awesome buffet style with Omelet bar. We picked the hotel specifically because they say they can accommodate gluten allergies. However the staff were oblivious to cooking gluten free. Offering to make the omelet where they made the pancakes and waffles so we didn’t trust that anything was gluten safe. The cook told us to go to vending machine…. Reception staff were so sweet and made us feel welcome as we came and went every day. Happy Hour, bar and main floor is really nice. Room is sub par, slight odor. We had the temp on 64 and it never came close to that. Stayed around 70-72 Overall 3/5 stars. Could’ve been so much better but not bad

If you enjoy a warm stuffy room with poor water pressure and almost no hot water, this is the place for you. The solution for the horrible ac was a box fan. The front desk staff was no help and just brushed off the ac not working like it’s a common thing.

Pool was closed with no notification. I found out when I walked to get in the pool with kids. Lady with the glasses was so rude and hateful for breakfast. She was slamming dishes down and told me to move and get going. The worst Embassy ever
