Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus

There was no hot tub like it said/showed. The rooms shower faucet squeezed a very high pitch noise that was horrible. Our alarm clock went off at 6am in the morning which woke us up and was not set by us. My parents who also had a room said their alarm clock also went off at 6am as well. When I mentioned to staff she just said she would let maintenance know. It’s frustrating when you pay that much for one night and you can’t get a decent sleep or peaceful shower. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly. I’m not sure though we would stay again.
