I called before I ever arrived and let them know someone else would be checking in before me as I was running late. When he arrived they told him they cancelled our room because we hadn’t shown up early enough. Check-in goes until midnight and it was only 7 pm. It was a busy weekend with people in town for a festival so they said they didn’t have any rooms. They eventually found a room, not the same as what I had booked, and charged us MORE than the original price for a room with less space. I’m not sure how they’ve changed their practices, but I’ll never be coming back.

Nice staff but bad area. Items were stolen off our vehicle overnight (antenna, hitch pins, anything not locked down)
