Courtyard Columbus Airport

I would have liked a free continental breakfast or complimentary coffee in the lobby but there was a bistro to purchase items and convenience stores/fast food within walking distance. We enjoyed meeting other folks at the outdoor fire pit for the music festival we came for. I'd probably stay somewhere that had breakfast next time, but otherwise this hotel was a home run. Everyone was super nice & helpful.

Guess I’m used to free continental breakfast at a minimum. Went to McDonald’s instead.

Restaurant listed wasn’t open for breakfast or dinner. No coffee in lobby even provided. Staff seemed annoyed people even stayed there. Room wasn’t ready until almost 4pm. Overall disappointing performance

I never stayed here!!! They gave away my reservation--- I had called and informed them I was arriving late, they provided transportation at 12:30 am, but when I arrived had no room, they secured a room at a nearby hotel, provided transport there and when I got there----they couldn't take me!!! I eventually arrived at a Hilton which took care of me and had a bed at 3 am! I understand things happen but this was a shitshow!!!!

Air conditioning was not working. It was making noise and no cold air was coming out. Reported to front desk on Saturday. Did not appear that they even looked at it. Let them know again at the time we checked out
