First impressions mean everything. We got in on a late flight. Shuttle was there quickly and driver was great. Check in was fast. Our assigned room was on the 3rd floor and there were three trash cans in the middle of the hallway, or was full of vomit, the other two catching drips from the ceiling. The smell of marijuana permeated the hall and our room. I understand that MJ is legal in OH, but it stinks.. it was too late and I was too exhausted to complain. The room was fine but I was more than happy to check out

The room itself was clean, plenty of towels and very nice. We had a balcony which added to the appeal. The staff was amazing too, very friendly and helpful. The rest of the property was lackluster with one elevator being out of service over the course of the week, many dents in the hallways, the exterior doors not working with key cards and only being able to use the main entrance. Also the bistro was out of several items on their menu, and insanely overpriced. We ordered 2 glasses of prosecco, wings and an order of fries and it was $90. We spent a similar amount for full meals with an app and cocktails at a sit down restaurant the night before. I would stay here again, but these were some things I'd want other people to know when booking.

Clean room easy parking. Didn't care for the lady checking me in. She forgot to assign ny room out and a group of people tried using a key to get into tge room thinking it was empty around 2am then an employee used her entry card around 830 stating she didnt know anyone was assigned the room. Around 11 I received a call from front desk asking my name and when id be checking out. It was just a weird interaction.

Staff was great. Room was good, no continental breakfast instead you need to purchase breakfast from the bistro within if you want. Bistro didnt have anything we asked for on the menu not even coffee. so walked across street to McDonald's. Parking spots are in short supply.
