Courtyard Columbus Airport

Loved the outdoor courtyard and fire pit! On-site parking is free and convenient. The room was spacious and was perfect for my stau

The A/C unit was loud, loud, loud. The elevator was out of order...inconvenient since my room was on the 3rd floor. People in hallway talking loud and doors slamming for a period of time.

This is a great property to stay at especially when coming from the airport. The only issues we found were that the firepit was not working when we were there. However, it was not a huge issue for us!

I liked it only the firepit was broke that was not good or fair and wish they had a pool and free breakfast

We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and a bar. But, when we arrived, both were closed. No advance warning or reason given for closure.

We stayed from 6/18 to 6/22. The hotel experienced a power outage on 6/18, which caused our room to become unbearably hot, and the refrigerator stopped working, causing us to lose our food. We were in town for a convention, and the outage prevented us from participating in cosplay events, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, our toilet stopped flushing, though we were unsure if this was power-related. While we understand power outages happen, it was frustrating that hotels across the street had power. We also paid an extra $25/day for breakfast, but after the outage, we were told we couldn't receive a refund for the first breakfast. The elevator was also out for the duration of our stay, and as I’m pregnant, climbing three flights of stairs multiple times a day became very difficult. The staff's handling of the breakfast issue was frustrating. Despite confirmation from Hotels.com that breakfast was included, one staff member insisted we needed itemized receipts, which we didn’t have. Only on the last day did another staff member confirm that breakfast was part of our reservation. The only redeeming factor was the sweet server at the café, who was kind and efficient. We still haven’t received our refund for the first breakfast and are concerned the charges for breakfast might have been added to our room. Given these issues, we will not stay here again.

I wondered about safety of my car. Broken vehicle glass in parking lot spaces, like windows being smashed.

Check in was very disorganized. Representative wasn’t sure if our room was ready. No bags in the cans in the room, lights flickering above sink. Most disappointing was the outdoor fire pit was “under repair” according to might shift representative. The outdoor fire pit is one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel for our weekend getaway. The “restaurant” advertised online was far from a restaurant at all with very few options for the pre-paid breakfast.

We stayed here for a short trip to Columbus for a concert. The property and lobby looked newer. The employees were friendly. However the room was small and didnt seem as updated as the rest of the hotel. The bathroom didnt look clean. The lid to the toilet was dirty. We dropped off our things after checking in and left for early dinner before the concert. We found late that night that the toilet wasn't working and was clogged. We called the front desk first thing at 8am. They said they would send someone up with a plunger. 9am and no one came. I called the front desk again and no answer. I had to take my son to use the lobby bathroom because he had to go #2. Talk about inconvenient.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was really great. Even better than expected. Very clean and bed and linens were very comfortable.

Nakia, who worked the front desk, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful and the transportation service, mainly Tahlia, was on time, nice and informative. As far as the condition of the hotel, the rooms can use some up-keeping. The first room I was in had multiple fixtures broken. The screen door to the window was broken as if someone tried to pry it open, The AC unit shell was hanging off, the refrigerator was dirty and missing a shelf so I couldn’t even put my food in there and the shower was dirty while also missing its door handle. The second room they switched me too had dirty towels. In the process of unraveling one of the drying towels, there were multiple hard crusted up creamy substances on the towel. Not sure how that can be missed by someone folding towels cause it was very obvious. The sofas also were a bit stained

Facility seemed clean, well cared for and provided a good night’s rest. Would recommend a rubber mat for the shower as the smooth plastic floor was slippery.

Staff was nice. Room smelled like cigarettes, grounds were rough looking. Bedding was worn out and stained.

The a/c for the room did not work. Every time I contacted the front desk about the problem (a total of five times) they would send someone from maintenance to reset a breaker. The a/c unit would run and cool for a few minutes then shut down again. The temperature in the room was 78 degrees. It was cooler in the hall than our room. When I asked for a new room, I was told there were none available. At about 2:00am my wife and I had enough and checked out of the hotel. We were told by the front desk that there was nothing further they could do. So I payed for a stay in a room that was uninhabitable.

Beautiful room. Hallway smelled like marijuana from other guest. Quite, clean. Outside has very limited lighting. Being alone, I didn't feel safe.

The sleeper sofa was horrible to sleep on for our son he said he got very little sleep because it was so uncomfortable

Gorgeous room.

It was very difficult to keep the room a consistent temperature. The thermostat kept resetting, and I had to change it several times during the night.

Our stay was excellent from beginning to end. Smooth & efficient! Brandy was amazing so welcoming! When we return we will stay here again!

Avoid this place if you can. It looks nothing like the picture. We felt so unsafe to our entire stay. We felt stuck. It’s close to the airport but not worth it. Specially the morning stuff, I couldn’t believe the rudeness of the women by breaking area. They were out of coffee so I asked how long it will be she actually rolled her eyes and said “ they coffee will be out when it’s ready “

Horrible rude staff at my check in time. Took him 15 minutes to answer the phone at 12 midnight for me to request a shuttle! How busy can you be at 12am. Conversation went without welcome or any pleasantries “what is you name” when I answered the response was a scolding “SPEAK UP” no sir, no please… the rest of the check in went like this, like I was a major inconvenience for him in the middle of his night. Clean hotel and good location by the airport but a few rude unchecked staff ruin it.

We stayed for one night, and everything was satisfactory. It is close to the airport, and there are food options close by.

Clean room, nice bed, easy check in. However, the food service was OK. Breakfast was minimal, the coffee machine was broken so I was given luke-warm coffee, no tea available, and only one person working the counter after 8am.

Disappointing! Tiny fridge. No microwave. No free breakfast or coffee. Over priced Bistro. Only fast food w/i walking. No shower soap. No pool. Stains on carpet. 1x2" soap like you wuld get at motel 6. You have to reboot fridge every 2 hours to keep anything cool. Lost all the food we brought. Shows lovely firepit in photos but while we were here it was fullof water with a rarp in it. Run the dryer twice. No dressers which is nice to have if you stay more than a day. Overall Very Disappointing for the 163.00 .

The food was excellent, the staff was extremely accommodating and kind, and they ensured we got where we needed to be promptly.

We stayed at the Courtyard for a basketball tournament. It is convenient and clean. The ability to purchase breakfast or cocktails is a plus. It was quite popular with the soccer team crowd!

The hotel itself is fine. The room was clean and comfortable. A fire alarm got pulled at like 6:00 \\ 7:00 in the morning - thankfully no fire. I booked my stay through hotels.com. when I booked the room there was an option to get breakfast for two (I think that was extra but my receipt from hotels.com doesn't show that information) and I took that option. That doesn't exist at this property. They have a cafe but it is either pay there or have it charged to your room. So I think I paid extra on my booking plus having to buy breakfast. The first morning that we went down for breakfast I ordered it 8:30 in the morning, checked back with them at 9:00 a.m. to find out they hadn't made my breakfast. They said they were going to make it right then and there (eggs, bacon, toast). We ended up having to leave at 9:25 with no breakfast. I asked for them to reverse the charge off of my room. When I stopped by the front desk the next day I found out that they hadn't removed it from my room. The following day I grabbed a breakfast sandwich because they were ready-made and they just had to be heated up by the staff. Opened it up and the bread was moldy. To their credit they made me a fresh sandwich and threw in a muffin but it made me late to get to my event. We grab dinner there one night and it was perfectly fine. The flatbread pizza was really good.

I did not like that this property was surrounded by only fast food restaurants, while the property's onsite restaurant's menu was limited. Unfortunately I wasn't able to eat a healthy meal during my stay.

Will never stay here again. No free breakfast. The breakfast that was available was priced ridiculously alcohol drinks in the evening were priced ridiculously high as well.

What hotel does not offer free coffee in the morning. Very disappointed.
