My confirmed reservation at this hotel location was not honored was not honored when I arrived. My reservation was cancelled by them. They stated there would be no cancelation charge to me but I've yet to determine if my credit card was charged.

Hotel needs an upgrade. Starting to show age...The good - The staff was friendly, the beds were comfy, room was a nice size. The bad - The Rooms xtra turn knob lock would not lock for xtra security, only working ice machine was on the first floor and the breakfast was a joke...they did have a waffle machine but the hot meal that was served during our 4 nite stay was biscuits w/sausage gravy. the bread was stale and only 1 type was offered, the cereal was stale. We found eggs in the mini fridge when looking for butter for the toast but they were fried eggs in a container not hard boiled. I would never have known they were there and we were told we could microwave them. u can but they become rubbery and who knows how long they were in the fridge. Also, a lot of "smoking" going on so they need better ventilation.

We had a very comfortable time at the Ramada. The beds were great and the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay there again.
