A pretty lively hotel even in the dead of winter, with a decent restaurant, friendly staff, and nice location close to town. The rooms was large and comfortable. Internet was fast and cable TV was extensive. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again during our next trip to Ely.

It was just beautiful! Clean , vey close to town absolutely wonderful food! Even my children 7 and 4 kept saying how good the food was! Great service. We drove 5 hours to stay the weekend and we definitely will make our way back again!!

Eat at the restaurant at the hotel. It was the best. I’ll never have better north woods biscuits and gravy. Chicken tenders, burgers, fries, ribs, chicken parm were also all so good. It was great.

This wasn't my first stay at the Lodge. I stay there when in Ely because it is definitely the best in the area. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is superb and amazingly affordable. I wish there was a Lodge everywhere I travel.
