We have been staying in this hotel at least two days a year for several years and were always very pleased with it. Not this time. After several hours on the road for the second day we arrived and were told that the elevator was not working. Could they give us a room on the first floor? No. So my 76 year old husband with bad knees and me with my heart condition had to climb two flights of stairs to our room- with our luggage. No help offered. It wasn't right. When the toilet stopped up we called and said we needed a plunger. Did they offer to just bring one up? No, husband had to go down and get it...and climb those stairs again. Not good. We won't be staying again.

We have stayed here several times and haven't had many issues, but this time we found it to be less clean than previously. Also, the pool wasn't clean and the hot tub jets weren't working. We understand that happens and maintenance needs to be done from time to time. Doubt we will be returning.

Hotel was right off the main road…easy access to major highways. Lots of food/shopping options, near by. A couple restaurants were walkable. Indoor pool area was extremely warm…like a sauna. Definitely needed to be turned down, as we were sweating, when not in the pool. Rooms were simple, and included a refrigerator, which is always nice! Free bfast in the morning, was the standard cereal/oatmeal/eggs/meat/waffle iron/juice, that you’d expect. Staff was pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the jacuzzi room, it was dirty and a lot of the things in the room were broken. The lamp didn’t work, the AC unit although it worked well is busted up. They jacuzzi tub knobs inside don’t work and the tub itself doesn’t do very well as should be expected for a price of the room. Staff was friendly but that is about all I would give. Place needs updated and cleaned better.

They are in the middle of upgrading so I couldn't give it a 5 star. Staff was fabulous. The pool, hot tub and room were also wonderful. Breakfast was okay

The room was not clean. Dust on lamps and the vents in A/C were filthy. I had to clean with towels. Worst was not cleaning room or changing sheets until I demanded it on day 4.

The room was extremely musty smelling, bedding and pillows were damp, and the bathroom smelled so bad like urine which made the room smell so bad. It was so disgusting we only stayed a couple hours. To check out was a joke. I stood there for around 15 min to wait for someone to come check me out so I could get a printed receipt of my stay. 10/10 don’t recommend staying here.

Room was not very clean. Food leftover in refrigerator from previous guests, shower appeared moldy. Dirt and debris were in the corners. A floss pick was under the sink from previous guests. The halls were dim and dingy. Walls were spackled but not repainted.

Close to restaurants and had a pool and whirlpool. Our room was dirty. Crumbs on chairs and all over carpet. Bedspread stained and desks and dresser needed to be cleaned. Breakfast wasn’t good or coffee.

Room just didn’t seem clean. Opened the fridge and old ketchup fell out. Floor not vacuumed well, dirt in bathroom floor. People were nice but wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful for most things. The breakfast was good. The area around the hotel has a couple of good restaurants to eat at. When we arrived in our room, we were greeted by a live cockroach on the table. One of the blankets on the bed had visible stains on it. In the bathroom, there were spots on the walls and floor that looked a lot like dried blood. I used a wet wash cloth to clean that up myself. To make things even worse, we had to leave two nights early because hurricane Milton was headed towards our home in Florida. We asked about a refund for the two nights and were told no because we booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia on Friday after the storm went through and power was restored and the hotel told them no refund.

It was OK. Not terrible by any means. But I Have a 2 year old so I am more picky when it comes to Cleanliness. The carpet had crumbs that should have been vacuumed and the bathroom needed to be cleaned a little better.

We had a better experience with our room during our second stay. The lighting in this room was brighter and we moved a lamp to add lighting to the entry and closet. My husband would still not use the pool and hot tub because there were a bunch of people there.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions about where to have dinner. The room was okay, but the lighting was poor. Most lightbulbs were not bright enough for us to see and work effectively. The inn did not provide an office chair with rollers in our room - something my husband needs. The inn did serve a pretty good breakfast.

Room was spacious & provided everything needed.. my only complaint was that the bed wasn’t that great, it sank in the middle with my husband & I on it. Hotel it self & grounds were just fine. I didn’t expect luxury anyway

Everything was great—Lynne at the front desk was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. I love that Best Western keeps the bathtub option—so many hotels only have showers. Everyone should have a choice (I can’t imagine families with little ones having only a shower)…Food was great (breakfast buffet included in price)…hot tub was relaxing…I cannot complain!

We have been staying in this hotel at least two days a year for several years and were always very pleased with it. Not this time. After several hours on the road for the second day we arrived and were told that the elevator was not working. Could they give us a room on the first floor? No. So my 76 year old husband with bad knees and me with my heart condition had to climb two flights of stairs to our room- with our luggage. No help offered. It wasn't right. When the toilet stopped up we called and said we needed a plunger. Did they offer to just bring one up? No, husband had to go down and get it...and climb those stairs again. Not good. We won't be staying again.

The hotel seemed short staffed. I checked in, went to my room, and it hadn't been cleaned from the last guest. Went back down to the desk, and they gave me another room which was fine. The reception employee told me they were short staffed, so not all rooms got cleaned. The next morning, she told me that the person in the first room before me checked out early and didn't notify them?

The night staff was very friendly and polite but the TV didn't work and as I checked out I said something and the day staff didn't seem to care if I had a good stay or not. I was not offered a receipt of my stay only told that Expedia would get me a receipt. Customer service is a simple process

Hotel was right off the main road…easy access to major highways. Lots of food/shopping options, near by. A couple restaurants were walkable. Indoor pool area was extremely warm…like a sauna. Definitely needed to be turned down, as we were sweating, when not in the pool. Rooms were simple, and included a refrigerator, which is always nice! Free bfast in the morning, was the standard cereal/oatmeal/eggs/meat/waffle iron/juice, that you’d expect. Staff was pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I had a very nice overnight stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. I like the free breakfast and coffee that was available from 6 to 9 AM. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would have no problem staying here again on future trips.

It’s was just kinda ok. I wouldn’t stay again unless I had to. Carpet was not good looking. Breakfast was not good at all. Hot tub looked gross and I definitely wouldn’t get in there. The best part was the bed itself, it was comfortable and clean. I’m glad it had a fridge and a microwave. I went to a family member’s room at the holiday inn and wished I had booked there.

Breakfast got kind of boring as it was the same every day. Change up the meat from sausage to something else to mix it up a bit. Also put hot sauce out for the eggs.

I had an adjoining room and I could hear the guests talking (Loudly) in the late night and early AM. The cable TV had terrible reception. Other than that, the property is nice, comfortable and well maintained.

Room was clean & perfect temperature. Beds were comfortable. Slept the best that I have in the last couple of weeks when staying at various hotels. Love the thickness of the bathroom towels. The TV in our room when we turned it on we were able to see the tv guide and change the channel to what we wanted to watch. Once on that channel, there wasn't any sound or picture, but could see the information regarding what was showing on the bottom of the screen. We ended up shutting off the tv and trying again the next morning. It did the same thing again. We ended up leaving it on the channel about Knoxville with the weather and all of a sudden the sound and picture were working. We were then able to change the channel and keep watching the tv. We decided to leave the tv on all day incase it wouldn't work again. Did not use the pool or hot tub or workout area. Breakfast was okay. Have had better breakfasts at other Best western hotels that we stayed at. They must be fixing up the breakfast area as a couple of walls had new dry wall placed and still needed mudding and painting. Also must be redoing some of the rooms or areas due to construction materials in spots. Did not use ice machine. Did notice machine on our floor was out of order.
