I was very disappointed that they took the hot tub out. One of the reasons we picked this hotel

The hotel checkin and checkout were quick and beds comfy, but the property overall felt like it was in disrepair. The stairs to go to the second floor are very hazardous and unsafe. The request for more pool towels was ignored. The exterior of the building looked not so great. The breakfast was lacking. No creamer for coffee. Yogurt and bakes goods ran out. Eating area looked overall dingy with chipping paint and a stained ceiling. Hallway on second level also felt dingy with many carpet stains.

Good value. The gym can use a whole lot of love. One treadmill not working. No water. No cups in sleeve. Squeaking equipment which WD40 could solve. Stale sweaty smell. NO sanitizing spray or wipes.

Very small parking lot, very noisy rooms not impressed and Country Suites can do alot better

Easy check in and friendly staff. Parking in the evening is crowded. Not enough in my opinion. Guest sit just outside the main doors to smoke. Would be nice if they had a smoking area away from the doors. Breakfast was okay but attendant sat in her phone in the kitchen instead of restocking food as needed. Quiet area except for the fire truck sirens that were frequent.

Very difficult to maneuver in parking lot. Main entrance is congested because drive thru is front is closed off … you’ll seat I mean

Great stay, 2 hours from home, traveled for some appointments. Selected this place because it had a pool, a hot breakfast, and a Noon check out. The room was clean, one lamp didnt work, another flickered the whole time so we just left them off. Thats not reay a complaint although I think Housekeeping should regularly check those types of things. Pool is open to midnight which was very nive however we waited until 9pm to go for a swim and it was full of kids jumping, diving, splashing and the pool is very small, only 5 ft deep. Again no fault of the hotel just an issue with guests not following rules. The breakfast was one of the beat Ive had, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, wafflea, and much more. Breakfast ends at 9:30. Upon checking in I got a text saying if we need anything let them know, I didnt test it but it was nice. The next morning we got another text saying we could respond "OUT" when we were leaving and that would be considered a check out, also very nice because I prefer contactless, its just easy. However, this was my only complaint, as stated I selected because of late check out. We would be up late and wanted to have breakfast then sleep a little later before traveling. Housekeeping knocked on our door 3 different times to see when we were leaving, we left about 11:15 because with the frewquent checks from them it was difficult to go back to sleep and of course there wasnt a do not disturb sign.

Genuinely it was a good place to stay, the breakfast was okay, though the room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach when checking in. The pool was nice. Just could have been slightly nicer for the money, but you cant beat the convenience of where it is compared to the highway

No hot tub i want my money back. The only reason i booked this hotel was a hot tub. NO HOT TUB.

Due parent weekend at the University, most hotels were booked or two expensive, I had to stay here. First thing I noticed was the toilet was extremely dirty and had dried urine and other peoples hair on the toilet. The bathroom floor was not swept or mopped as it had other peoples hair on the floor. The Person at the desk did go up and clean it, but unfortunately that should have been done before new. People came in to the room. A few dead bugs on the floor in the room (Not cockroaches just Earwigs) But that tells me that the room was not swept or mopped. The only positive I can write is that the bed was super comfortable.

My room was dirty. There were crumbs all over the sofa, cigarette burns in the sofa, debris and stains on the floor as well as washable stains on the wall and doors. However, the bed appeared to be clean and changed, and since it was all white, I felt that I could see if it was not. I actually called the front desk, which is unlike me, to ask for someone to clean the floors. Housekeeping had already left so someone from the laundry room came up quickly. She was very nice and found all kinds of things inside of the sofa, including a whole tangerine. She attempted to clean the floors, even using a mop, However, I cleaned after her with a white washcloth and not only ended up with a very dirty white washcloth, but also a lot of debris on it. I have no idea what that debris was that was on the floor. The hallways also remained dirty and unvacuumed during my stay. The furniture is in need of replacing and repairs. The positives- The breakfast was good. Everyone I interacted with on the staff seemed helpful and professional. It is just REALLY hard to get past a dirty room.

The property fully booked and room reeked of smoke upon entering, and my 10-year-old started to cough. The bathroom had blood on the toilet and in the toilet. There was a pill lying on the floor in the bathroom. White and round with coating wearing off. The room appeared very dusty and had not been cleaned in a long time. We did not feel safe.. The room felt used and unsafe. I feel drug use had occurred there or room was being used by staff to smoke and utilize for breaks perhaps. Something was not right here and I have never ever felt this feeling before on entering a room scared to sit down or use the facility.

Sticky substance on the floor next to bed, about 2 1/2’ diameter. We mopped it up. Chip crumbles on floor by bed and in bathroom. Toilet was quite full of wadded toilet paper. Suspicious red splatter stain at top of wall and onto ceiling between beds. Numerous cigarette burns in bedspreads. Quite a few ants on bed and around desk. (At no time did we leave food or drink out. We did not have a choice to find another hotel, all in the area were completely booked due to Railbelt festival and baseball tournament. Had we had an option, we would have left. We cleaned the sticky floor and left Do Not Disturb for the 4 days we were there

The first room we were given was dirty and visible mold in the shower. When we found a roach in the second room, we checked out.

Parking was very cramped. The building is dated to include an early 2000's television. The floor had trash under the furniture (Used floss/toothpick, Christmas ornament bow, etc.). The toilet barely flushed as it used a mechanism in the tank that fills a bowl and only after the bowl is full will the toilet fully flush with minimal pressure. Overall 2/5. Definitely not worth the price I was charged in comparison to other more modern hotels.

Bedbugs found.

Stayed from Friday to Sunday. I have stayed at this hotel in the past with no issues. It is clean and affordable and in a good location. About 2 hours before check out on Sunday, as we are sitting on the bed we find a bed bug crawling on the pillow. Then in a panic....look at the other bed and find ANOTHER bed bug. Bagged everything up and took it to the dryer. I was too afraid to even tell the front desk since it was checkout time and would look like we were trying to scam them out of a refund. Room 202 needs to be checked! I will not be staying again.

We found a cockroach in the first room. They moved us, and while that appeared cockroach free- I wouldn’t exactly call it clean. The breakfast was solid.

Average hotel. Could use upgrading in hallway carpets, in-room lighting. Location is right on noisy, heavily used street, makes for a noisy room.

We had a good stay for the most part. Hotel is getting some age on it and is in need of some repair. Or thermostat on the wall did not work. The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic for some reason. The sall way to our room had a bad smell in it. The parking was not the best. The pull thorough unloading canopy was not pull through. You had to turn around or back out. and the parking lot was small. the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast.

The lock that was supposed to keep my door from opening had clearly been jarred loose and therefore was unaafeective .

The TV was not working when we first arrived. The phone also did not work so we could not call to front desk. The lady at the front desk did come up to the room and had to unplug the TV to reset it. The 2nd night of our stay, when we came back for the evening, our keys would not work to get into our room. Apparently they had only been set up for one night instead of the two night stay we had booked. The man at the front desk quickly fixed the issue - thank you. However, I recommend putting a new phone in room 308. It is not functioning.

The room was nice and clean! The people were very kind! The only problem was that we were on the 4th. floor and it took at least 15-20 min. before we could get hot water. They need to take a look at their pluming so that it will not take so long to get hot water on the 4th. floor rooms.

It was overall a good experience. I was not pleased with the beds. They were not comfortable. Staff was very pleasant, a gentleman that worked evenings was very nice and accommodating. I would probably not stay here again, just because I couldn’t sleep well because of the beds.

The bathroom could use some maintenance. Tub/shower faucet needs to be replaced. Toilet has trouble flushing.

Bed linens had tears, mattress was hard

The rooms were very clean. It was very easy to hear what was going on outside the building and room. Thin walls.

Had to move rooms because of a broken dead bolt. Our shower didn’t drain in the new room and toilet didn’t flush correctly

We complained about noise level because we were by ice machine and he upgraded us to a suite no extra charge! Breakfast food kinda limited. But the place was clean.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Our stay was only one night as we were travelling. We arrived a little earlier than planned, but we were checked in and given a room immediately. Everything was clean and in good condition. We’d love to stay there again.

Jason, the desk clerk was exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly. Location was walking distance to a choice of restaurants.

The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and all necessary amenities were conveniently located nearby. I will definitely be returning next week and will choose to stay here again.

Convenient location

Easily accessible from I-75, near Lexington Airport, the property has an inviting lobby, easy parking, and a friendly staff. It’s also located very close to two shopping malls with ready access to a variety of food options. The morning breakfast is included in the price. Reasonably priced.

It was a good deal, close to I-75 and downtown Lexington. Clean and comfortable room.

Only stayed one night passing through so this property was OK for that. It’s next to a very noisy road. Nothing the staff can do about the noise from other guests slamming doors, but it started at 3 AM. We had two rooms. Both were clean beds were comfortable.

We had a good stay, but the property is definitely showing signs of wear and tear. Looks like time for renovations. Breakfast was really good but the serving area could be set up better, we felt like someone was always in the way and that made it tough to get through the food line. Lastly, there was so much traffic noise on the highway in front of the property.... Motorcycles and hot rods where racing up and down the road well past 1am in the morning.

Great location and value

Our problem had nothing to do with the hotel. It was awesome. However, trucks, cars and motorcycles like to race from the light nearby. And it was very loud throughout the night...

Close to eating and shopping and interstate

The property was well maintained and the only downfall was our room was right next to the 60 and the big rigs would Jake Brake in the early morning hours

Check was a little confusing qqbecause I forgot my drivers license but with other IDs check in was great service. Room was lovely, couch and lg chair in sitting area. Huge bathroom and wonderful breakfast

Shower gels water and did not properly drain; but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. FREE breakfast was very lacking and the eggs were cold. Needs more variety.

Watch pricing. Thought I had 2 nites at $116, instead 2nd was at $166. To make it worse room never got cleaned and breakfast was closed.

Staff very friendly felt got a great value for the price paid. Very convenient to interstate. BREAKFAST was top notch with numerous hot and cold choices i.e. waffles eggs sausage and fresh fruit yogurt etc. Dining area was very clean etc. Had indoor pool but didn't check it out. Overall would revisit again---

Furniture was old and very used in the room. Breakfast was bad. Had to wait a few minutes at check in until my room was ready. Floor was still wet when I entered!

This hotel was rated pretty high for what we experienced. 2Q bed was a spacious room and there was ample parking. It is on a busy street and we asked for a quiet room, if possible. Being on the 4th fl was a good start, but we ended up with a window facing the street with heavy traffic throughout the night. The ceiling plaster was broken out above the shower head. The 4th fl hallway had an odd odor. The breakfast area was the biggest disappointment. There must not be a breakfast area attendant. The waffle maker was out of service with a large mess of batter that ran, not dripped, down the base cabinets and spattered across the floor. It was already dry…halfway into the breakfast period. There were biscuits, but no gravy. A garbage receptacle is needed in the breakfast room in addition to the one at the exit. There were several housekeeping people on the first floor, but not heading toward the breakfast room. On my way out of the hotel I mentioned the batter mess and she said ,yes, she knew.
