unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the constant noise from the elevators. My room was located right next to the elevator shaft, and every time the elevator moved — which was all night long — I could hear loud mechanical noises, vibrations, and a dull rumble through the walls.

Breakfast options were good and plentiful. Newer building and clean. Pool was clean, parking free and easy, electric car chargers(paid). Bed was comfortable. Although, we were missing a pillow and we had to make the pull out couch ourselves, neither a big deal, but we had to pay more to book for 4 people, and at 300 a night... i think it should have been done for us. If this were 150 a night, I wouldnt have mentioned it. Also a member(s) of the cleaning staff needs to be spoken to about personal hygene. The room didnt smell, but when they went through the hallway, it honestly smelt for 2 hours in the hall after they left. Again, rooms were very clean but it was disheartening that at least 1 member of the cleaning staff couldn't keep themselves clean. Honestly the worst b/o I have experienced myself, and im not the cleanest guy. Im a sweaty blue collar worker.

Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Aircondition/Heater unit was extremely noisy. Woke up in the middle of the night and thought a plane was taking off. Very noisy unit. Breakfast was plentiful with some healthy options. Staff was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The hotel was gorgeous. The only downside was I left my Lululemon tights on the bathroom floor and I guess the caulking in the tiles got stuck to my tights and wrecked them.

The room was claen and tidy. The staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. The breakfast staff, especially Michelle, were very helpful and courteous and provided a very nice breakfast buffet that was fresh and tasty. Our room door got double locked but a very nice employee was able to unlock it quickly. Well done to all staff and we lokk forward to visiting again in the near future. Cheers!

The hotel was very clean with spotless rooms. The staff was very kind and courteous with amazing customer service. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with a great variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were excellent. But I do have one small issue and that is the ac or thermostat. It loud when it comes on during the evening. The pillows were a little uncomfortable. Other than that I will come back.

This was a new property at the time of my stay. Very clean. Staff were approachable and very friendly. Breakfast buffet well presented and monitored. I have stayed here twice … the second stay was not as nice because my room was next to the laundry facilities, which operated to clean linens and towels all through the night and it was difficult to sleep with the machine alerts and noise.

The staff was excellent. On check in, Mansubha was so friendly and welcoming. It was our 60th anniversary and while we were out for dinner she had a gift and special treats put in our room. The other staff were also very friendly and helpful. Didn’t give excellent for property because the air conditioner made an awful racket every time it came on and shut off so that was disturbing. We reported this to the desk in the morning and staff were looking into the matter.

Over all the stay was alright for the price. However i paid via the hotels.com app and then charged a second time one I arrived at the hotel. Once I brought this to the ladys attention, she said she would contact hotels .com and submit a refund. Its now 3 days later and I'm calling the hotel again to obtain a refund

The front desk staff were terrible. The lady tried to charge me again for the hotel stay and when I told her I had paid online (I showed my receipt) she didn’t apologize but walked away and said someone else had to deal with it. Then when I checked out I was charged for wifi when I shouldn’t have been. I called a few days later and was told I’d get a call back for the refund, never happened. Property was fine, breakfast was basic. There’s better places to stay at in the area for the price.

Went to Gravenhust to take photos of the autumn colours. The hotel is in a great location close to many parks. Clean rooms, all the staff were very helpful, especially the staff setting up the breakfast and there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

One word - amazing! My family and I stayed 2 nights at Fairfield Inn & Suites Gravenhurst during our vacation in Muskoka. The property exceeded our expectations - the staffs were all very welcoming and friendly, the hotel/room were extremely clean - room was very spacious. The complementary breakfast included many different options - food was good, and Michelle who worked in the kitchen was such a sweetheart. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Hotel is conveniently located around many amenities (many in which are walkable) such as Canadian Tire, Sobey’s, Dollarama, LCBO, A&W, Subway, Domino’s Pizza, Subway, ect. We will definitely be back in the near future. This hotel was a 10/10.

The property is close to the main highway providing easy access to and from places. There's lot's of fast food within easy walking distance of the hotel, plus a Sobeys grocery store handy. Easy access to downtown Gravenhurst. Works very well for us.

The room was claen and tidy. The staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. The breakfast staff, especially Michelle, were very helpful and courteous and provided a very nice breakfast buffet that was fresh and tasty. Our room door got double locked but a very nice employee was able to unlock it quickly. Well done to all staff and we lokk forward to visiting again in the near future. Cheers!

ice place, and we enjoyed our stay! During breakfast, it was quite busy, and it wasn’t easy to find an available table to sit at, but other than that, everything was perfect!

The rooms were clean and everything feels very new. The breakfast space was bright, clean and cheerful and the staff helped my family make delicious waffles. This was a great place to stay. There is a grocery store and several chain restaurants near by, so the location is kind of urban and surrounded by parking lots, not cottagey or very natural. The one downside was that none of the electric car chargers were accepting payment, nor were they on a popular charging payment platform. So they were essentially useless. I really think the hotel should just make car charging free, or for a small fee that you can pay at the desk.
