Dirty room in a poorly built hotel. Shower fixture was practically hanging off the wall. The hotel lost power and didn’t have a backup generator. No AC. Hot water ran out. Right beside the freeway so you can’t sleep. Marriott should be ashamed to have this hotel be part of their offerings.

Nice hotel in a convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. Suite is spacious, bathrooms are tiny, balcony overlooking the pool is a very nice touch. Restaurant on site pretty useless only offering limited options (no breakfast as is advertised) and open hours (5p-10p). There is a Waffle House that shares the hotel parking lot. No community coffee or water offered as most hotels have. Pool was closed long after a small rain shower passed through, and having only 1 washer and dryer available for a property that size created lines in the laundry area.

At first it was horrible we came in from Knoxville a very long trip that was suppose to be short! We get out in a handicap room where the beds where on the floor the bathroom shower was literally the whole bathroom drain in the middle of the floor and the tv didn’t work along side having to break the door down just to get in! I expressed my concern to Christine and she handle the situation with no problem! Customer service was amazing they made sure everything was perfect for our stay!
