It was clean but they have a lot of stuff on remodeling

They were renovating and it appears under new management. The threats of extra charge of $15 to take breakfast food back to the room when the breakfast nook was filled with boxes was a huge turn off from the get go. I’m not eating in a storage closet.

This is by far one of the cleanest and smoke free Hotel that I like. Staff is very kind and the renovation is coming along. As a solo traveler I feel safe hear and no one bother you.

The staff all of them were excellent and went above and beyond for me . The house keepers the front desk staff . All the office people everyone was very kind . I had to travel and be away from home on business and I was very alone and they just all treated me so very well . I will go back and I will refer. Again if they see this Thank you 🙏 room 411

The rooms have been recently remodeled and everything was new. Fresh, clean, and was super spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 customer service. There was no hot tub as they are transforming to a different franchise name. The pool was nice and warm and clean. It was indoors and we enjoyed it during our stay. The only downfall of the whole place and my stay was that they no longer have a business office. I did take my own equipment to work remotely but I could not get the internet to work well enough to connect my printer and laptop. Definitely need to upgrade internet provider and or bring back the business office. I was shocked that it was eliminated to begin with!! Overall we loved it and would stay again!!
