Extended Stay America Suites - Louisville - Dutchman

This is an inexpensive stay, clean with comfortable beds. It's kind of run down and some of the individuals that were staying there were a bit sketchy. There were people sleeping in vehicles in the parking lot when I left at 5A.

We booked two rooms for this stay, and unfortunately both rooms were not in a condition consistent with Extended Stay America’s advertised standards or basic expectations of cleanliness. Upon arrival, both rooms showed concerning issues including:     •    Visible stains on walls and ceilings     •    Suspected mold or buildup on at least one air conditioning unit     •    General lack of proper cleaning consistent with a guest-ready room The condition of both rooms raised legitimate health and safety concerns for everyone in our group. We paid over $200 for each room. Left this facility feeling scammed.

Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable & Convenient I had a really solid experience during my stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. The bed was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and organized. The staff was friendly and professional from check-in to check-out. They were quick to answer questions and made the whole process smooth, which I appreciated. Breakfast was simple but good—plenty of options to get your day started, whether you want something quick or a full plate. The dining area was clean and restocked regularly. This is also a great spot if you’re traveling for business. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the room setup made it easy to get some work done without distractions. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a solid choice for both short visits and longer stays.

Awful. Do not recommend. Would not stay here again. Low quality, didn’t feel safe, dirty rooms, boogers on walls, smokers den - smelled awful had to open windows while watching outside that no one suspicious was around windows. Found sewing needle in bed after it got stuck in my daughters clothing. The surrounding area was booked up and now I know why this place was available. Pictures did not match our rooms. Plumbing didn’t work well, stains all over rooms etc. gross.

No toothbrushes, bag over fire alarm, run down, staff was lazy. But it was quiet and the beds were clean..
