From beginning to end our stay at the Wingate by Wyndham Louisville was fantastic. Friendly staff, great facilities and even a laundry room for guests qas available. Plenty of breakfast items to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable. Thank you Wyndham!

Good value for the money. Clean, up to date and well maintained. Many restaraunts nearby and convenient to freeway. On the negatives: couches ( hideaway) in the rooms extremely uncomfortable; pool always full of kids ( some unattended). Would stay there again.

Pool was open until 10pm so that went over well with kids!

Wonderful, helpful friendly staff. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Loved that we could charge our car at no additional cost. Breakfast was good too.

The room was very clean and bed was actually quite comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful. Lots of parking and nice big indoor pool and a really nice sitting area outside to sit and relax and eat or just enjoy the day or evening. Will definitely visit again.

Great spot for us, location wise. It is a nice hotel with free breakfast and a gym. Had a swimming pool too but we just didn’t have enough time to check it out.

The pool area was really run down, paint coming off of the floors and walls, paint flakes all over the floor, the pool area was so hot it was unbearable to see in and watch kids play. Other area seemed dirty as well. Will not be staying here again.

Pool out of service

The property has 4 EV chargers; 2 Telsa and 2 CCS. One of the CCS chargers was not working. Breakfast was lacking a "meat" option every other day.

I’d personally never return. We went thru 3 rooms upon checking in - before we received even a somewhat clean one. We arrived at 7p and weren’t in our final room tile 930p. It was a complete nightmare. We had 2 small kids and had planned on a night of swimming and fun- not what we got; instead I feel like I paid them money to be miserable and grossed out. The first room had a wet bathing suite and booze laying out on the nightstand- second had candy and sex dice and crumbs on the floor and was missing bedding,the third was a downgraded room from way we book with dirty sheets and even our final room which was a “suite” was less than great- The bedding was stained, couch had a broken leg and wobbles and leaned back a major toe smasher, the heating wasn’t working very well, & the cleanliness was subpar and grimy. Overall the hotel was run down, dirty, and ill maintained. The pictures online are deceiving; and it’s basically a half polished turd. For the price point and reviews it was incredibly deceiving and a major let down. There are MANY nicer hotels to choose from, I’ve stayed in many ultra budget ones that put this facility to shame. The staff was nice; and mostly helpful- but severely understaffed. The pool was nice; although the area was old and not the cleanest; the water was nice and the kids had fun. The breakfast was decent; basic bare bones fare, but seemed fresh and was warm.

Great place for our vacation stay! Very clean

This is not what I expected from hotels.com. The room smelled like chemicals (not like cleaning). The bathroom was horrible. The fan didn't work. The paint in the shower ceiling and floor was half done. The floor was not completed. The towels have seen better days. The only lights that worked was the one by the bed and over the fridge. I wish I took pictures but I really wasn't going to say anything but you know we relay on these websites to steer us in the right direction and this location was not it. I went to move my daughter into school and I will be back in the area but will not stay here again.

Room was very clean when we checked in and was just as clean the days the room was cleaned by the maids.

I truly enjoyed my stay. My bed was soooooo comfortable! The room was the cleanest hotel room I've been in, in a while. The staff were all welcoming and pleasant that I encountered. I definitely would stay again.

On the last step of the pool, you were unable to see your toes because it was so cloudy. I'm surprised there were no diseases contracted. The whole place was dirty, sounds could be heard above you, below you and next to you. Hallway reeked of weed.

Overall, this hotel was outdated. The room was not clean. Stains on carpet, bathtub floor was filthy, toilet base had what appeared to be blood on it. Elevators were dirty. Will not stay there again.

Sink in bathroom barely drained. Mold on soap holders in shower.Ledge around the bathroom counter very dusty. Haven’t been wiped in a while. Tops of Lamps were very dusty too. Rooms could be cleaned a lot better.

There was poop on the toilet seat in our bathroom when we checked in, coffee spattered on the walls, stains on the carpet, and the beds were uncomfortable. Steer clear.

Rooms are very old. Shower handle didn’t work properly. Our room smelled and we were given a bottle of Lysol to spray it:(. Breakfast was good.

The room was fine upon entry. Later in the stay, the hair blower almost exploded or started a fire. Front desk brought a new blow dryer. When trying to use the microwave, discovered that all non-numerical buttons were in French! None of the buttons worked and there was no microwave in the breakfast area. Eggs & bacon were cold, not luke warm, actually cold. The last day water was unavailable after 10:30. Beds, sink, tub, tv were fine. WIFI unreliable

Bed was comfy and loved the extra pillows. Shower had no water pressure. Room and hotel was clean and quiet. Blackout curtains worked well. Breakfast was same as everywhere and served it's purpose.

Cable tv did not work despite notifying the front desk on 2-3 occasions.

Check in was easy. Hotel was clean. Rooms could use an update. Old carpet, old yellow shower head, air conditioner was a bit loud so we turned it off at night. Pool was cold but clean. Breakfast was not great only cereal, bagals, make ur own waffel station, wet scrambled eggs and sausage was available. Girl working breakfast area was Zero help.

The facility and room were clean. The internet went in and out during our entire stay. There were not very many food choices at their breakfast buffet and they ran out of several items.

The hotel is in need of renovation.

We arrived at the hotel and check in was easy. The lady at the desk gave us suggestions for dinner options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was not noisy. The hotel was away from the major freeway where you never heard the noise. We would make a return trip to the Wingate and would highly recommend.

Very nice stay! Clean, quiet and relaxing. The cooling system was not really working though; we turned it on but it was noisy and did not cool our room.

I had a scary experience staying in this hotel. Someone opened the door of my hotel room but because of the deadbolt of the door, they were not able to open it widely. They tried to push the door twice but unsuccesful. I freaked out and yelled out that someone is here. Also before this there was no knock or warning before the door was opened. And also I had interaction with housekeeping before this incident and I told them that I won't be needing anything today. So it could not be them. I hope not. But anyway, I called frontdesk right away and told them what happened. They told me they will relay the message and talk to housekeeping manager. Few minutes later on my way out I had stopped by at front desk again and ask for the manager on duty and to really find out what happened. Guy in front desk said that manager will be in at 3pm, and i was there at around 12noon. But when I came back it was a different person at told me that there's no Manager on Weekends and this was on a Saturday and they said to come back on Monday morning. I'm supposed to check out the next day. I just felt like there was no urgency on my concern and why the incident happen. The lady has said that it could probably a guess mistakenly open your room because they thought it was theres, but Ma'am why do they have access to my room? She could not explain that and assured me that it won't happen again. Attached is a picture of the night of the incident.

Staff was very professional and nice. Enjoyed our stay

Two consecutive days, house keeping didn’t fully clean or clean at all in our room. After night one, they came and emptied the garbage, changed towels, but didn’t make my bed. After night 2 they didn’t do anything. Didn’t empty my trash, didn’t make the bed, didn’t change my towels. The room was left completely untouched. I went to the front desk about it and they said that the cleaning staff marked the room clean. They didn’t offer anything to make up for it, just fresh towels. Needless to say, this was my first and land last time there.

Exceptional staff

Clean, comfortable and breakfast was well cooked. Staff at front desk was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. Good breakfast choices. Only negative part was our room keys had to keep getting re-done. Took 5 trips to front desk

I was well pleased with the staff as they were very helpful with directions, the room was very clean everyday, and the location was very convenient to the interstate. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great stay. Doug Cocklin

Front desk was very courteous and quick to check-in. I had to come down to the desk for a few other things needed and everyone was nice. It was refreshing to have customer service reps actually be customer focused and friendly.

The staff were amazing. My room was clean and quiet. There were several restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when passing through Louisville.

The woman at the front desk was nice and quick to get me checked in. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious and nice. All around great place to stay the night!

The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants and was reasonably priced.

It was located in a nice area with plenty of options of places to go. Nice and quiet stay and breakfast was available. Needs some updates in the rooms, but worth the price.

Far enough away from downtown to be safe. It is convenient to the interstate. Staff is great. Hotel is clean

It was a very quiet, clean and close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. For the amenities, the pricing was reasonable. My only dislike was how very close the property was to so many other Hotels.

Easy and convenient location. The rooms were clean and in good shape. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a nice variety and the seating area was nice. Had a great little coffee bar, tea, and hot cocoa available all day. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Outdated. Terrible breakfast. Not great service at the front. Things falling apart in the room. I would never stay there again

The hotel was very quiet. Bed was comfortable and easy to find. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles and cereal. The only thing that was irritating was that we got there on Friday and was told breakfast was til 10. On Monday when we left the time had changed to 9 so we missed breakfast on our travel day. We would stay there again

The hotel worker did not great us when we walked in. The whole hotel smelled like pot. Breakfast was less than desirable. Shower never got warmer than lukewarm. Room was spacious and fairly quiet.

Bed and pillows were riduculously lumpy and hard. Breakfast was absolutely minimal. It was very clean and affordable.

Good overnight stay. Bed comfortable. Basic hot breakfast. Sausage, eggs, waffles.
