I chose this hotel primarily for the EV chargers out front. There are 2 chargers and they worked great! The hotel itself is a bit on the older side but was good and clean otherwise. I would def stay again.

We felt the hotel was well managed and clean. Used the nicely equipped gym and had a very satisfying breakfast. The women running the breakfast room impressed us as very dedicated and detail focused, everything tasty and hot.

The staff is excellent here. The suite we reserved was an exceptional value, and it was very well maintained and one of the best conditions of any hotels we've stayed at - and we've stayed at some really nice ones! Pros: wonderful staff, value, cleanliness, condition, spatious suite, pet friendly, game room for the kids. Cons: only one elevator (shared with housecleaning) that is not climate controlled, it serves only 3 floors but it's also very slow and smaller. The area is hard to walk (no crosswalks near light). The parking lot is very well lit and I felt comfortable leaving lots of valuables in our vehicle while we were mid-move. I was really surprised in the best way possible with how nice Best Western can be.

Great location with easy access to the highway, shopping and restaurants. The building was clean, very quaint and comfortable. During my four night stay, I was thrilled to have a refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer in my room. Friendly staff and convenient /well lit parking area.

This was a great hotel. Check in was easy rooms were extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable. This is a big hotel, with a game room and exercise room a very nice breakfast room and breakfast was decent. I was pleasantly surprised and we will certainly stay here again. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

We picked this hotel for ev charging, but the chargers are in handicap spots. These should be separate. When we returned later the spots were full with no one charging. Otherwise experience was good.

Walls between rooms were so thin, one could easily hear conversations next door and across the hall. We had 3-4 young men enter their room about 11pm and while they were not terribly loud, their normal banter kept us up. The babies across the hall, the children in the room above us sounded as though they were our room. The bathroom shower had not been cleaned; there was a clump of black hair on the shower drain. My lower back was so sore in the morning I could not even put on my shoes! This was a 1-night stay so we ‘sucked it up’ and stayed the night. We will never stay again, and we have now crossed ‘Best Western’ off our list of acceptable hotels. We are not terribly picky, but do expect comfortable, clean and quiet!

Comfortable stay. Only complaint was our room was near the lobby and there was a loud group talking until 2 am. We did not deal with it that night. We did let the front desk know the next morning and they apologized and said they would take care of it. There was no noise that following night. Of course it's hard to know if the loud group was just gone. Good breakfast. The TV system was very user friendly. Found it very easy to login to our own Netflix account as well as watch broadcast television. Near shopping and dining options.

Great place. Rooms are big. Very clean. Evidently they just remodeled and it looks great. We had to go to another hotel later in our trip that cost more and was supposedly fancier but both my wife and I said we liked the Best Western better. Very nice staff. Will stay here again when we're back up here.

After leaving the Philadelphia Independence Park location, I knew to expect a downgrade in the look of the hotel but not in the service. The Manchester location staff was not inviting. Maybe we just caught them changing shifts but none of the common courtesies were extended: WiFi password, laundry facilities cost, time for breakfast. They changed the card and that was it. The breakfast was sad. The hostess did not greet the guests and the food was less than appetizing. I didn’t book here for the food but offering one that is actually edible would be nice. The laundry services is $3 a load to wash and to dry. I may as well send it out. The truly good part was the clean room, bed and the hotel location. Anything left to the staff was lack luster and priced too high. The ratings were good so I took a chance. I now know all BW are not consistent in their customer experience.

Better than expected. The room was recently redone very upscale and extremely clean. Swipe problem with the key not working on the first room, but then check-in lady gave me a quieter room in a different location. Great night sleep and very pleased.

I didn’t like the fact the I was called at 2am to be asked if I had checked in. And house keeping just closed the door while we were having breakfast, we had kids there that was in town for a dance competition so getting everyone to eat in the amount of time we had was hectic but they didn’t have to just shut us in a room

Quick weekend trip to drop off my UCONN student. Hotel was only 20 minutes away and close to many options for food and shopping to pickup last minute things for my daughter. Room was nice, breakfast buffet was added bonus. Would stay here again!

My daddy use to say you get what you pay for. This hotel is perfectly fine for the amount you pay. Pretty clean, bed was comfortable, clean towels & plenty of parking. Sure the wallpaper was lifting in places but that doesn’t bother me. Don’t try to check in 20 minutes early as I did. The staff stated that the system would automatically charge me $25 to do so. Located across the street from Kohl’s & minutes away from mall.

Comfortable stay. Only complaint was our room was near the lobby and there was a loud group talking until 2 am. We did not deal with it that night. We did let the front desk know the next morning and they apologized and said they would take care of it. There was no noise that following night. Of course it's hard to know if the loud group was just gone. Good breakfast. The TV system was very user friendly. Found it very easy to login to our own Netflix account as well as watch broadcast television. Near shopping and dining options.

We felt the hotel was well managed and clean. Used the nicely equipped gym and had a very satisfying breakfast. The women running the breakfast room impressed us as very dedicated and detail focused, everything tasty and hot.

Great place with very friendly staff. I didn’t give it a 5 star because I stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was the same every day (sausage links, egg patties and pancakes from a pancake machine)

Just fine hotel. Breakfast is very minimal with very few options. Usually there is more fruit , yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. There was a yogurt machine but it was full of sugary sweet yogurt. Lobby was stinky and not sure what smell. Staff is helpful. Felt like a safe location and area.

This was a great hotel. Check in was easy rooms were extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable. This is a big hotel, with a game room and exercise room a very nice breakfast room and breakfast was decent. I was pleasantly surprised and we will certainly stay here again. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Spacious room for a family of 5 to share. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean and fresh. The shower doesn't drain well. My only complaint about the hotel is that the cleaning staff uses Fabuloso which for me is is overwhelmingly scented. I'm glad they do such a good job cleaning but but I wish the used something less perfumed.

The hotel was immaculate, and smelled very clean. However, they don't make up the room for less than three nights, and also don't tell you that. So no clean towels. No more coffee and what I went to ask for that, the staff member was a little short with me. I don't think I got a discount for reduced services on day two. But overall the room was very nice and the hotel was very nice. I didn't eat the breakfast but there was coffee available in the lobby and so that was was nice but it wasn't decaf. Saved me a tip anyway.

Subjective reviews… lobby smelled of wet dog and dirty mops and the smell remained when we checked out the next morning. Very cleaned but little things were not well maintained (fixtures in bathrooms were all loose or put on upside down). still clean though. Elevator leaving the 3rd had a big sideways motion then a “thunk” like it was hung up on something before lowering to the lobby. We used the stairs the rest of the time. Walls are very thin. Could hear everything being said by our neighbors and their tv and they were just talking normally; not yelling, volume on tv was not excessive. We asked to swap rooms and the front desk mentioned that the adjoining rooms do have thin doors, but were very accommodating. Breakfast was great. Overall, clean, safe, but a little unkempt.
