Best Western Manchester

To anyone about to stay or thinking about staying at this Best Western Hotel. Be aware that if you book multiple days you will be charged in full instead of one night before you check in even if you stated pay at hotel. Second if you need to check out early on a multiple day stay you will be charged the full stay no matter what the situation was for you leaving early. When things are fine the staff was friendly. But as soon as you need something done, like leave early and get refund for the nights that you did not use, they are not so nice. Front desk clerk was very rude and did care about my situation. He made an already stressful situation worse and I had to pay for two night I never used. Just a shameful practice. The hotel was not even sold out not even close to sold out. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was kind and accommodating. The location was convenient.

Beautiful hotel. Super clean and spacious room. Very quiet! Breakfast had so many tasty options. Convenient location.

I will never stay here again. I’m reporting this hotel to board of health had to leave at midnight due to toilet not working at all Told no one can fix it and no other rooms. Drove 2 hours home to come back again next day for a graduation. Now fighting to get my money back. Nasty employee. Had a hard time from minute we entered hotel.
