I’ve stayed here one time before and it was comfortable. This time not so much. The elevator was out, I wish it was posted so I wouldn’t get the room, I have issues with my ankle and the only room they had for me was on the 4th floor!! The attendant at breakfast took the waffle mix exactly at 9am right when I was to make one, with a bit of attitude, u think she would at least let me finish it. The room was ok.. bed was comfortable. Only one washcloth for 2 guest. Won’t be going back

It's an average hotel that could use some updating. The most annoying thing by far was the shower curtain. It won't stay closed. It just slides down the angled bar on both sides. There only seems to be one elevator and it's pretty slow. The AC in my room was freezing and nothing seemed to happen when I adjusted it. The toilet handle needs to be held down a bit too long to flush. That being said, the staff were friendly. They have an outdoor pool (which I didn't visit). I believe they offer free breakfast. They offer free parking and there are plenty of spaces. The hotel stay wasn't perfect, but it was okay. I would stay again.

Stay away from this property. Elevator was not working. When asked, the front desk was irresponsible. They are not sure when the elevator will be back up and they book my room on 4th floor. They except customers pay for walking to 4th floor.. rediculous.

The shower looked like it had been bleached after some problem. The shower drain wouldn’t drain. The shower curtain didn’t stay closed making the toilet and towels hanging wet. The toilet flush woke up everyone each time it was flushed, wrong toilet fixture for a hotel with flushing system. The sink in the washroom took forever to get hot. The air conditioner smelled damp and moldy, The toilet looked like it had been cleaned with a dirty rag, Room looked like it had been through a flood. The air conditioner was extremely loud. They offer only 20 min extra for a late check out. The room smelled like marijuana- carpet floors. The surrounding property was dingy- and didn’t offer much nature vegetation. Overall very unpleasant stay, towels seemed musty and not bleached. Management needs to provide better care to their hotel.

Please see Google review for pictures. Disgusted at how shabby our room was!! Bathtub had brown stains; wood mirror frame cut and splintered; cigarette burns on tissue holder; huge unprofessional spackle patch on large hole in wall; ac/heater unit so old that the thermostat didn’t work and indicator lights didn’t light up. Tub filled with water while showering. Am totally disgusted and will never trust Comfort Inn brands again. I have no complaint with hotel staff- they were nice.

Bed was extremely comfortable was the only plus- I did a whole check when we got there didn’t see anything except a few ants on the floor. Last day there saw a baby bed bug crawling out from in the vent area— so there is definitely more I’m sure. Room 429. Also, saw a small cockroach coming out from the gap in between cupboard and refrigerator. Wish I saw these things sooner when I looked cause I would have been out of there. Won’t stay again.

This hotel is in serious need of a remodel. It is not clean and it is really aged. Pictures show mold on the shower head shower curtain. Tub does not drain properly. The lobby floor needs replacing and, if they can't even take care of that, you know what you need to know about this property. I think Comfort Inn would not be proud of their branding on this place.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Diamond Nation. It was a last minute booking. Rooms were advertised as two queen beds however, when we arrived, we were told there are no queen beds in the hotel. There are only doubles beds. Breakfast was standard, but it started at 6 AM which was helpful since we had early games. Overall, it was clean and had free breakfast and free parking. The lobby had a musty smell however, our room had newer carpet and a good AC unit. It was about 30 minutes from Diamond Nation, but it was only 10 minutes from TD Stadium, where the Somerset (Yankees)Patriots play. We did attend a game and the boys enjoyed it!

It was fine. Room was big for the price but a little noisy, especially the refrigerator and A/C. Walls are thin too. Convenient location near major roads, but no dining options really in walking distance except a Ruby Tuesday across the street. Breakfast was basic cereal and eggs but good that it was included. Staff was friendly enough.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. It had a mini frig but no microwave. The TV worked well, had a clear picture and an easy to see guide. The bathroom was on the smaller side but clean and functional. The bathroom door was in poor condition and needed to be replaced. It appeared to have an excessive amount of water damage on the bottom of it leading to deterioration on the first 10" of the door from the floor up. The room also lacked a sitting chair, only a desk chair was available.

The first room we were given the air conditioner wasn't working. We were told the maintenence man would have to check it first. My husband got sort of angry because we hadn't eaten and had been driving all day so he asked for another room sooner than later. The 2nd room air was working beds comfortable. Food ?. I made reservation well ahead for this property and at the time of reservation it was mentioned that the room area would be 400 ft but the room given to me was around 250 ft and it was the corner one. I had checked with the hotel management regarding the same but they did not assist me in doing that and were quite rude. I had a terrible experience with this hotel . At least what I expect from the property staff is the courtesy towards customers but that’s not the case here. Worst experience !

The overnight staff who checked us in was great. The very next day the toilet stopped and I contacted the front desk to request maintenance. She said someone would be right up. An hour later I called back to see what the delay was and I was informed that she messaged him “on the walkie” and thought he came but he “checked out” and clocked out for the night. Had I not called back I would have been stuck in the room with my teenage son without the ability to use our bathroom.

Young lady who checked me in (6/30/24 @ 6:00) was extremely efficient and pleasant. I'm sorry I didn't get her name because she deserves recognition. She could teach a course on customer service. Location was quiet and safe. Will definitely stay here when I return to the area.

For starters the GM had an attitude from the moment I got to the counter and threatened to cancel my stay. He decided to start over and try to shake my hand and I said negative I don’t shake hands with people like you very unprofessional. The bathroom shower was filthy from the water not draining correctly as I was showering in water that wouldn’t drain. The water took forever to drain and left filthy dirt around the tub. The ac unit was filled with dust and dirt that looks like they have yet to clean out the filters and when you turn on the heat all that dust was in the air so when someone like me who suffers from asthma I wasn’t able to even put the heat on and instead was cold. The facility looks like it’s not ran correctly and needs major upgrades.

Arrived at the property to check into my king room I had reserved, the hotel clerk told me there was only a handicap accessible room available. I specifically ask could I get another room that was not handicapped but was told no other room was available. So I went ahead and got the room. This was a work trip and I had to go and work that evening until about 2 am, tired I just jumped into bed and quickly went to sleep. I woke around 4 am to an awful smell almost gagging me, got out of bed to see what was going on and the smell was coming from the middle of the bed.. Someone previously had urinated in the bed and the hotel had just put another sheet over top of the urine soiled mattress. The smell was awfuland I had to shower to get the smell off of me, it was beyond bad. I went to the front desk around 5am and they did have a king room available that didn't smell like urine.

It took and hour for check in I stood in that line for an hour with others behind us because the staff put up a sign to wait 10 minutes because they were solving other problems behind the desk and they never went to clean my room even when I asked.

The hotel was very convenient to my husband’s office where we were leaving our car while we were out of town. The hotel was clean and in a safe, quiet area.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Diamond Nation. It was a last minute booking. Rooms were advertised as two queen beds however, when we arrived, we were told there are no queen beds in the hotel. There are only doubles beds. Breakfast was standard, but it started at 6 AM which was helpful since we had early games. Overall, it was clean and had free breakfast and free parking. The lobby had a musty smell however, our room had newer carpet and a good AC unit. It was about 30 minutes from Diamond Nation, but it was only 10 minutes from TD Stadium, where the Somerset (Yankees)Patriots play. We did attend a game and the boys enjoyed it!

It was fine. Room was big for the price but a little noisy, especially the refrigerator and A/C. Walls are thin too. Convenient location near major roads, but no dining options really in walking distance except a Ruby Tuesday across the street. Breakfast was basic cereal and eggs but good that it was included. Staff was friendly enough.

Our stay was good. Though not accessible to restaurants, only 1 across, i mean we are tourists and no car. We have to take Uber just to get to other food chains. Breakfast has the same variation every day. But it's good.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Decent towels and plenty of them. Cons: Many sockets didn't work. TV worked but volume would go up and down on its own and the socket had a short so the TV would go on and off. Also, lots of construction noise that started very early in the morning. They stopped breakfast before the posted time. We got there just before 9 and everything was cleaned up and gone. Also, the heaters are very loud and the one in the bedroom knocked all night long. It was an average stay, but not worth the $122 we paid.

The staff were all kind to us. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The whirlpool did not work, it wasn’t warm but pool was nice. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from.

Terribly disappointed. No breakfast both days.. to "allow our employees to spend Christmas w their families" (eventjough the cost included it) .elevator broken, plumbing issues, heat blows cold air, tried to get into fitness room 3 times, no one offered to help. I've stayed at several NJ hotels to visit family....this was by far the worst experience ..and during the holidays..lesson learned , you get what you pay for..will never stay here again

So far it is good. Bed was very comfortable. I was greeted warmly when I arrived for check-in and everything looks very clean. Check-out was quick Breakfast had a good variety, but the eggs were cold. Also in my room the shower curtain wouldn't stay open - it kept sagging to the middle of the bar and sagged down so the shower leaked out at each end. Generally I'd give it a good review though.

The basics were fine. Refrigerator didn't work. But the biggest issue was the strong smell of pot in the room, hallway, stairwell, etc. I went to complain but two front desk workers were smoking outside. Couldn't get receipt due to a maintenence guy working the morning desk (10am) and he said he didn't know how to check someone out. Again, the heavy smell. Gave two of us headaches. Attempted to complain to corporate but their system doesn't allow it (or may be hidden on their site). Ps. I never complain about hotels but this one could be an easy fix.

We were comfortable enough in the room to get a decent sleep but were disappointed with the overall condition of the bathroom (very dark and poorly lit). The hotel has seen better days and is overdue for some updates and improvements, especially in hallway lighting which is gloomy.
