America's Cup Inn Newport

Room was great. Bed comfortable. After I checked in I told the front desk there was a light out in the bathroom. This wasn’t taken care of. Breakfast and tea were fabulous. Sunday night there wasn’t anyone at the front desk so I couldn’t get ice. There is a rooftop terrace that we weren’t told about.

Great overall, very close to everything. The only thing to consider is the parking does cost in summer and you need to figure that part out. The lot in front was $21 via the app.

The parking was a major problem. Events were being help downtown and their only parking option was public parking lots which were all full. On street parking is never a good option there. I wouldn’t go back just because of that issue. Some kind of valet option should be available for guests.

This was an unexpected surprise! We felt like we were back in time! Very pleasant stay! The staff was amazing!!

Perfect location! Clean room and had exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway.
