Average hotel. Not much offered with your free breakfast except coffee/tea station Stacks diner next door was great! Pool was nice and well maintained..Hot tub was hot but jets were minimal.

Stayed one night for concerts at Thompson’s Point in Portland. Hotel was nice if a bit run down. Clean and super easy to get to. Only real complaint is the free WiFi is horrendous. Dropped out repeatedly and depending on where we were inside the first floor room it wouldn’t always work at all. Restaurant was closed due to staffing issues.

Old property that needs work. AC didn’t work well, 2 hot tubs and one didn’t work and the other didn’t work well. It was ok for one night. No breakfast included either. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Room was dirty, found cat or dog food in the bathroom, hair and toothpaste on the sink in bathroom, wall was like falling apart with little bugs coming out in bathroom, hairs in bed, bag and lighter found tucked in the side of the bed, card got deactivated after the first night we stayed so had to get it reactivated, got put into a room that they said was for a one night stay, maintenance guy was rude to my husband down at the hot tub, mold around pool and hot tub area, ceiling above pool was rusting, and was told the restaurant wasn’t opened when we got there. Was expecting way better for the price we paid.

The gym was nice. The pool and spa were also great. I thought I’d get my room cleaned after 3 days of being there but I did not. I could have asked on day four but I didn’t bother. It was quiet inside the hotel. Had two restaurants attached one for dinner one for breakfast and lunch. It was nice overall.

Bed wasn’t comfortable with synthetic small pillows. The air conditioner was old producing a roaring sounds waking us up at night. The restaurant adjoining the hotel was ok for breakfast.

We got into our room, which smelled of body odor, had stains on the coverlet of the bed, and was clearly not vacuumed. The staff moved us to a new room, but it was right next door and had the same issues. There was evidence everywhere that the staff do the bare minimum to clean and flip rooms. No vacuuming, dust, smudges, stains, and bad smell. The pillows were in rough shape as well. We had an event that night so we left our things to attend. When we got back, a big bug scurried out of a crack in the bathroom. We checked out at 12:30 AM knowing neither of us would be able to sleep.

Hotel did not look full, I had made my reservation back in April , beginning of, and they stuck us in a room next to the exit of the highway, it was Jake brakes all night from truckers. You’d think that 3-1/2 months in advance hotel reservations, they’d put you in a room away from the exit.. not a good night sleep, having to be at airport at 5 AM, and listening to traffic all night

The hotel is conveniently located off the highway and with a restaurant right next door that you can walk to. It was quiet even though we were on a main roadway. The customer service was very friendly, quick and helpful at both the check-in and check-out. We ordered in pizza and were able to enjoy it comfortably in one of the three common areas.

Front desk was awesome! Very helpful and great in helping me. Overall however I would not say the room was worth $240 for one night. Sheets had stains as did the towels. The room had AC but had a funky smell to it. Again, the people and service were great! Quality of the room and hotel far below expectations based on the price. Would not stay there again.

The front desk ladies r amazing as always. They make me feel so happy , welcome, and comfortable. Also the housekeeping love them as well. Jim is amazing also Shane too. And the two younger guys that are always cleaning together always make sure I have everything I need and then some

Although dated, the property was clean, but was definitely not worth the asking price. The night staff was unfriendly and rude. They did not offer directions to the room and did not give an inviting vibe. The day person was friendly and very professional.

I had emailed the property weeks ahead of time to ask for an early check in time, and they responded saying they noted my reservation as a noon check in. Upon arrival the desk clerk was very rude with an attitude saying we can see what we can do. And when i repeated that i had confirmation about it she then again repeated with a huge attitude that she would see if it were possible

I’ve never encountered a ruder staff. This alone; I will never visit again. (I got a small piece of glass in my toe from the carpet in my room, and it’s secondary to how much I did not like the attitude of the staff we encountered. Terrible terrible attitude from front desk staff and especially the cleaning lady)

Stayed one night for concerts at Thompson’s Point in Portland. Hotel was nice if a bit run down. Clean and super easy to get to. Only real complaint is the free WiFi is horrendous. Dropped out repeatedly and depending on where we were inside the first floor room it wouldn’t always work at all. Restaurant was closed due to staffing issues.

This is just off the highway, so very convenient. Also very happy to have a fantastic breakfast resturant and a bar and grill there so we had the option of eating without having to travel elsewhere.

My room was OK but, the jetted tub was very dirty. The jets were not clean at all. Unfortunately, did not use it. Stacks was a great place to eat breakfast. Very large menu and the waitress was very attentive.

This is obviously a very old hotel. And that alone wasn't the issue, it was the fact that it was dirty and our room smelled awful. Upon entering the room, we could tell the carpet was the culprit. The room smelled heavily of body odor and dogs. The cleaning agents used could be smelled as well, but after those wore off, the room smelled so bad. And the carpet was just shy of damp. Really unsettling. The staff was super nice upon check-in. But this property is so old, it should be completely overhauled or demolished. The sliding doors are old and don't easily open. And paint is chipping all around the outside. You can tell some updating of the guestrooms has happened at some point, but the smell is just so bad. One other thing, is the photos on the listing on Hotels.com. They are extremely misleading. It looks as though this is a very well appointed hotel. But the reality is that this is not a nice place to stay or spend your money. Thanks!

The bathroom walls were slightly dirty and stained. Tub had some mold in the corner of the wall in the shower/tub. Mattress was a little soft. The staff was helpful with anything we asked for.
