This hotel was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was great! The pillows in the rooms weren’t the best, and the water in the pool was a bit murky. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

Overall I was happy, but there were 2 issues. The internet kept cutting out and I had to hook up to my cell phone to get a decent connection. Also, the gate situation was not explained properly to me. While trying to leave I was not able to exit the gate I entered. You have to go all the way around the hotel to a DIFFERENT gate to get out. There was no signage to explain. This was frustrating and cost me a lot of precious time.

The room itself was clean. No bad odors or weird smells. The breakfast buffet was also great. I’d say the only downside to this hotel is the location and the pool. The pool was straight up gross. The water was green and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

A sauna is a rare amenity! It's too bad it didn't work. It's also too bad that the pool and hot tub were overrun with children. That said, the gym is adequate and the rooms are updated. And free parking!

We have stayed at this property many times, but it had been a while since our last visit and we were pleasantly surprised with the new renovations. Everything was very clean, super clean rooms and bathrooms. Happy hour is an added bonus, and the bar area is very nice and comfy with a great bartender. In addition, you do get a full hot breakfast with plenty of options and lots of seating. The staff where all very polite.

This was a fantastic hotel and I will 100% be back next time I am in the area! The staff was so friendly. And the property was so clean and modern. I really loved the decor in the room right down to the neat wallpaper in the bathroom. They offered a free drink to guests in the evening as well as a yummy breakfast. We ordered food for dinner and it was tasty too. When they heard it was my birthday, they went out of their way to make it even more special. All of this for a very reasonable price! I really applaud what you are doing, bravo!

I found a hair when I climbed into bed, and one of the coffee condiment packages were open prior to using the coffee machine. The breakfast food lacked seasoning and a complimentary water station in the lobby would’ve been wonderful. Other than that, I loved my second stay at this hotel and hopefully come back.

I stayed here for busines one other time and it was amazing and flawless. This trip was for business as well and apparently my room was in the unremodeled section of the hotel which felt like a bait and switch. Also the wifi was nothing but trash the entire 4 day stay. I couldn't do work from the hotel at all. But those ladies in the kitchen can pump out a killer breakfast.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of four and had the 'suite' which had a pocket door between the bed and sofa couch. This is a good option for families, as there is free breakfast and a pool. There is a small fitness center as well. The breakfast is ok, but try to go early as they start to run out of the hot items like acrambled eggs and pancakes. There is an omelette station too. The only downside of this hotel is the noise. The walls are thin and you can hear people walking up and down the halls as if they were in your room. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

It’s super clean. Even though you can hear the runway but the noise is minimal and only in the morning. The air conditioner is not loud like most hotel room. It’s good value for such a nice hotel. It also comes with breakfast with made to order omelets if one wishes.

This is a very nice hotel. Modern features in the room, an incredibly comfortable bed and a reasonably sized room. My only complaint is the shower. It had very low water pressure, but at least the rain shower part of it was nice. 9/10. We'll definitely be staying here again.

LOUD!! I would have loved this hotel but the thin walls ruined the experience. It was horrible! I won’t be going back for this reason. The room was great space wise, the bed was comfortable, it was cleanish but could tell it was rushed, and the floors were dirty, the bed looked and felt clean so that’s what mattered most. The curtains weren’t black out as expected though. The AC in the room malfunctioned in the middle of the night and was screeching SUPER loud and scared the **** out of us. The thin walls were the deal breaker. You could literally hear every foot step outside the door and from the room above us, and hear people talking on the other side of the walls. It was like a stampede in the room above us. It was crazy loud! We were only able to get a total of 4 hours of sleep broken up as it was SO LOUD. It was a great place to hang out but if you need sleep I’d definitely stay at a different hotel. It felt like a waste of a vacation night due to the inability to sleep. I don’t like leaving reviews but had I known this I would have made a different decision because it’s impossible to enjoy your next day when you’ve had no sleep. I wish I could get my money back.

The hotel was nice, and stuff was nice as well. The only issue was that I requested housekeeping and they forgot to do it, then when I went to front desk to ask again they apologize and said they will send it, but didn’t happen until I called again. So I got towels and trash bags twice in a 3 days-stay. Staff is friendly and polite, breakfast was very good. They just need better communication and action, but overall good experience.

The bartender, Daniel, was amazing! He interacted with all the guests & remembered their favorite drink & food orders! Daniel, has a mind like a steel trap, how does he retain all of the guest’s preferences? He is exceptional! The bar was full every night because of his over the top customer service & he did it all by himself! He is truly dialed in! Thanks for a great exchange Daniel!

Stole my money! I cancelled thru Expedia agents who kept calling them to cancel before check-in time but they never picked up the phone ! Horrible customer service as they tried to charge me extra $$ before I arrived and they labeled it as “other” !!! They keep sending you emails and links for early check-in fee , lake checkout fee …etc very profit oriented with no regard to customer service and clients satisfaction!

The front desk night staff, Grand, was incredibly friendly. He deserves a big raise or bonus for his top-notch hospitality and kindness. He made our entire 2-day stay perfect, and we’ll definitely come back to this well-managed hotel. Truly the best of the best!

The hotel was fine, but getting there was bad due to traffic ! The next morning the breakfast buffet was almost non existent i.e. no coffee, no bread, not even cold cereal, a long line for omelets. The pillows were super hard! We received free drinks every night which was nice. Due to traffic wevwill never stay here again. We thought we could walk to the Expo Center but that was impossible!

This property has recently been renovated and is very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the staff was very kind. They have many hospitality freebies including evening soup and bread sticks, breakfast buffet and a reception drink. It was a great place to use as our jump off point for exploring thr area. The neighborhood is a bit run down with many vagrants. However, this property has excellent security and we felt safe in the gated parking lot as well as the building.

I like Oxford Suites overall, good amenities and clean. Beds are comfortable, room spacious. Wish breakfast was until 10 on weekdays, though. Teen missed eating ‘cause he rather sleep than eat. The only downside to this property is location…traffic on the 5 is horrendous in Portland, and you have to get on the 5 to get to the hotel. We left in the morning (after commuter hrs, still took 20 min to go 4 miles), and didn’t come back until after 8pm. Couldn’t pop over to hotel to drop/pick up things, or rest before heading out again. If you need access during the day, i recommend you don’t stay on Hayden Island.

This property is uniquely located on an island between Portland and Vancouver, WA. We chose it for this location and convenience to Fort Vancouver. Parking is fenced in which gave us a little hesitancy about the safety of the area. Once inside the hotel it was fine. Rooms were quiet and dark. Beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size. The complementary hot breakfast with made-to-order omelets and lots of fresh fruit was a great touch. There are complementary drinks in the afternoon/evening too but we were out sightseeing.

Property was nice. The person who checked me in did a really great job. Coffee in the room was not so great and in the common areas the coffee in the carafes was cold. Breakfast buffet could have been better. There was one person making omelettes and the line of people was very long. There were not a lot of other options as no one was refilling bread or other dishes. I couldn’t tell you what else was available as the dishes were completely empty and display next to the toaster was empty.

Rough check in- they send you a text for pre check in which I filled out but then I had to answer all the same questions at the front desk so no use for that- the front desk person was pretty needy and needed a ton of information that I been never asked in other hotels/check in’s- she also gave me a little attitude when I asked why so much info? Anyways that was a bit rough for a first impression- I really enjoyed the room, nice beds and seems to be recently updated- breakfast was probably my highlight for this hotel! Best continental breakfast I have had in a while- you can also order omelets to your preferences on ingredients. If you are traveling with kids and counting on the pool then you need to know its kinda gross- we always pick hotels with indoors pools and this must be one of the dirtiest.

Hotel is top shelf in every way. Onsite restaurant and bar was outstanding. Best hotel buffet breakfast we’ve ever had. Dinner menu was great and strongly recommend the turkey club as it was the bomb!! Bartender Daniel was the best and most talented person on the property. Free drink per person per day starting at 4-7:30pm. Very comfortable bed and rooms are spacious.

This was a fantastic hotel and I will 100% be back next time I am in the area! The staff was so friendly. And the property was so clean and modern. I really loved the decor in the room right down to the neat wallpaper in the bathroom. They offered a free drink to guests in the evening as well as a yummy breakfast. We ordered food for dinner and it was tasty too. When they heard it was my birthday, they went out of their way to make it even more special. All of this for a very reasonable price! I really applaud what you are doing, bravo!

When I first pulled up I was a little nervous of the area. They do have it gated in though, so after you get your key card you’ll have access to a secure area. My room was perfect. Everything was clean… until I went to go to bed. When I pulled back the covers, there was really bad piling on the fitted sheet and pieces of hair everywhere! I was totally grossed out. The bistro downstairs was good. Food was priced well and tastes good. You get a free drink voucher everyday to use. The bfast bar was setup weird. You’re having to walk back and forth for everything. Tiny area and pretty crowded.

The hotel is in a decent location between Vancouver and Portland. Only downside is that other guest can be respectful while others may not be as respectful when it comes to noise levels. From the moment I walked in and Rachel greeted me, I felt welcome and rejuvenated. Due to delayed flights, I had been traveling for over 15 hours and I was exhausted. So, I really needed the warmth. The buffet breakfast was good, hot and well stocked. My only misstep was at the bar the bartender was not friendly and appeared to be overwhelmed. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again.
