Quality Inn Richmond North

Quartos extremamente sujos, cheirando cigarro incenso que pedir pra trocar o quarto por duas vezes vezes pois o primeiro entregue estava ocupado com outros hóspedes e o segundo o cheiro de cigarro e limpeza eram deploráveis, reservervamos 4 quartos para uma noite e todos eles estavam muito sujos, recepção sem recepcionista, tivemos que aguardar alguém na recepção por 15 minutos quando chegamos! Enfim não recomendo a ninguém.

The room door was not secure when I arrived at the room. The hallway carpet was filthy. The room was no smoking but had a smell of smoke. The bed linen was filthy as if it has not been washed or changed in weeks I would never stay at or reccomend this to any one to stay at.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean upon arrival—the toilet was dirty and not functioning properly, which was extremely inconvenient. The shower was also unclean, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the phone in the room was not working, so I was unable to contact the front desk for assistance when issues came up. This lack of basic maintenance and cleanliness is unacceptable, especially for paying guests. Overall, the experience did not meet even basic standards of hygiene and service. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The place overall was unclean, definitely too expensive for the conditions. There was bad carpeting in the hallways. It was not vacuumed. There was a broken, smashed in doorway across the hall. The breakfast was very limited. I can't see a good reason to stay here again.

Horrible! Hallways dirty and with an aroma of marijuana throughout. Dirty stained towels, used loofahs in the shower, and no hot water. The door to the outside was propped open and when closed wasn’t secure. . This place should be condemned. We will never select Quality Inn again.
