Wonderful staff and walkable distance to the airport. However, we had some large pieces of luggage to manhandle and the front desk person was quick to call the airport shuttle to arrange for a free, quick ride to our departure point at the airport. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Outstanding place to stay if you’re flying out of Rochester. Front desk staff was great. You can pay to park at half price of parking out the airport. They provide a shuttle back. You can literally walk to to airport in a minute and your in. Rooms we’re comfortable.

Parking was very safe at the motel. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind. Gary, the manager, was so helpful with my bags and my car. They both helped make my stay a very pleasant experience.

First room there were black specks all over the pillows and sheets at top of bed. Staff member switched rooms and comped us selection from hotel store, which was sweet. However, hot water was nonexistent in shower and Jplug Ev charger didn’t work unless you jostled the handle. Props for having gluten free cereal and dairy free milk and compostable silverware.

This was our first time at this particular Fairfield Inn. We've always enjoyed our stays with the Marriott Bonvoy brand. We were amazed at how quiet it was at the airport. There was a lot of space all around the hotel and breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and hot protein that we always appreciate. Unfortunately, we checked in quite late and only handicapped rooms were available. Our room wasn't very clean, there was a film on all table surfaces, also what appeared to be dried feces on the bathroom floor and on the edge of the toilet. The thing that bothered us the most was that there was no full-length mirror on the wall!

Our room and the rest of the hotel were very clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the convenience. We had to take a 5:00am flight and were able to walk straight to the airport with ease. (Even with snow coming down)

We choose the hotel for the fact that it was on the airport and we had an early morning flight. I was disappointed in this Fairfield. The floor in the room looks like it had not been vacuumed. There were not enough towels in the room. And we had NO hot water in our room in the morning!!!!

Got totally grossed out with all of the ants in the bathroom and throughout the room. Also the feather pillows were super uncomfortable.

I stay here often when flying in and out of Rochester! Can’t beat it for convenience as it is a short level walk from the Terminal. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The service is top notch!

Room handed over late. Not cleaned well. It was smelling bad. Airconditioner sound is vey loud. Hard to sleep. Requested them to change the room but no luck. This hotel is not recommended at all.

The hotel is literally a one minute drive from the terminal. NO NEED FOR A CAR. After arriving on a late flight around midnight, the 1st room they gave us had a broken A/C unit. Fortunately, they had another room available so that worked out We would’ve preferred not to have had that extra 20 minutes getting into a room though. Breakfast the following morning was very nice as was all of the staff.

I couldn’t have asked for an easier place to stay the night before our early morning flight. It was about a 1 min walk to the terminal. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness. Breakfast started being served at 4AM. Would definitely recommend.

Location is supper convenient being on the airport property. The hotel is relatively small. We were on the second floor.the room was ok, clean but there was a lot of noise from the hallway. The lobby was very small. Overall a good place to stay before an early morning flight. You can actually walk to the airport and they discount shuttle parking for your time away.

Was difficult to into, signs are misleading, staff not very friendly. Rooms are not very sound proof or updated. Might be convenient for a layover but not for a weekend getaway.

The hotel is located AT the airport, not near the airport. As in, in order to get to it, you drive your car through departures. It can also mean you will hear airport sounds. We were booked into a room where the air conditioning wasn't working, which is a total nightmare for a family with 2 toddlers. The hotel refunded $75 of the room, but the room was $300 before that, so it left a bad taste in our mouth. I have no concerns otherwise with the hotel. The best part about it is the breakfast - really decent with options even for picky kids. Staff are also very kind and helpful.

The property is great when we have early flights. convenient. The room needs some attention. Wall paper coming off the walls, Heater/Air unit is very very loud. Nice place but it needs some updating. Rate seemed pretty high compared to previous stays. Staff did a nice job working with us.

The shuttle driver yelled at me for not walking to the hotel from the airport. So I was a little worried that it would not be a good stay. He was the only thorn on this rose. Great place. Friendly staff.

Very convenient location for a weary traveler. Just feet from the baggage claim area. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very quiet. Thick pane windows keep out the noise. Buffet style breakfast daily. Not much of other food nearby nor shopping. A car is required.

This is where you stay when you have to catch a 6am flight and need to arrive at the airport by 4am. I’m not going to ask a friend to get up at 3am to drive me. Nothing special about this place other than location. They offer a cold breakfast at 4am, then you can roll your suitcase across the road to the lower entrance of the airport. Better have dinner before you arrive. There are no bars or restaurants on the premises.

The hotel itself was excellent. The only issue was that the address was the same as the airport. So when we arrived at airport arrivals, the GPS said we had arrived. The complementary breakfast had great variety, including waffles. Parking is free. Have free charging station for the car. Room is clean hot shower. Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Check in and out were a breeze.

The breakfast was terrible. They ran out of “eggs” or what they called eggs by 8am on Saturday and it did not stop service until 10am. They had eggs on Sunday but they were cold and there was no glasses to even get juice. I asked for my room to be serviced on Saturday and Sunday. It did not get serviced at all on Saturday. On Sunday they brought a couple of clean towels but did not empty the trash. The location is good for the airport but the service was terrible.

I couldn’t have asked for an easier place to stay the night before our early morning flight. It was about a 1 min walk to the terminal. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness. Breakfast started being served at 4AM. Would definitely recommend.

Came in late, very nice young lady at the desk! Traveling, very tired, beds were very comfortable & we slept great! We left early & didn't use the shower, towels, etc. - though the bathroom was very clean. Couldn't find local TV stations, but there were plenty of others. The breakfast at 4:30 am was great - fresh food, nice variety and a nice dining space.

This is where you stay when you have to catch a 6am flight and need to arrive at the airport by 4am. I’m not going to ask a friend to get up at 3am to drive me. Nothing special about this place other than location. They offer a cold breakfast at 4am, then you can roll your suitcase across the road to the lower entrance of the airport. Better have dinner before you arrive. There are no bars or restaurants on the premises.

The front desk manager, Chardonnay, was just amazing - so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel and the room it was in was beautiful with all of the windows and sunlight. Beautiful clean rooms. Even though it was right at the airport it was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

We called for early check-in due to a golf tournament, Dee said she would do her best, and she did awesome! We were able to unload and get ready…THANK YOU DEE! The place was clean, parking convenient and a walk to the airport for an early flight!

I would stay here again, I could walk from car rental drop off to the hotel and from hotel to the airport, Check in lady was excellent, very helpful and considerate. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, professional and very accommodating, however the building itself is old and needs repair. The elevator door is very noisy, our room was as big as a match box (tiny). Our room, below the window, had water stains and patches of plaster which made the room feel and look like an old motel room. The breakfast was great and the breakfast area was very clean. I wouldn’t stay at this location again only because of the look of the room.
