Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester/Henrietta

Very friendly staff with convenient location for a great price

Breakfast was not good. We were 30 minutes before closing and they were out of almost everything. The room was good, except there was no shampoo and soap.

Room was spacious and very clean

The room was located next to a mechanical room that was very loud all night long. We found a bug in the bathroom and a dirty sock in the dresser. 1TV remote for 2 TVs. They could not change our room due to being fully booked. Homewood stated they would not charge us for the home if we were able to have Hotels.com contact them. After 45 mins on the chat and phone with Hotels, they opened a review. After 24 hours, hotels.com stated the charged stays. So basically paid for a sleepless night. Most decent hotels in the area were booked. Not sure I will continue to use Hotels.com or stay at a Homewood Suites again.

Everything was great. The pool was a bit cold.
