We arrived at 4 PM checked in. As soon as we went into our room, we noticed there was urine stains on the toilet bowl. We asked the front desk person to give us another room which they did, and we went to our wedding. They also advised us that a manager went in and checked out the new room and made sure it was clean. we got back to the hotel close to midnight and noticed there was pubic hairs, and or regular hair on the bedsheets. We once again told the front desk person, but they let us know that there was no manager on site and that the manager will be back the next day at noon and we were free to call them and complain. We call the next day and the manager was not even there until 3 PM. When we did call, we were waiting for at least 30 minutes and kept getting disconnected and had to call back multiple times to get through to the staff. Initially, I only got 50% of my purchase back until I called Hotels.com and explain the situation and then they were able to force the manager to give me 100% refund on the dirty rooms. I would not stay here ever again. Horrible experience. The worst part was having to drive from Livermore back to Sacramento at midnight after a wedding.

The room was nicer than expected. Plus me and my dog were able to eat in the dining area. There was plenty of areas for him to walk and do his business. The only thing was that they didn’t do maid service the first night. I didn’t need new towels but it would have been nice to do the bed and clean up a little bit. Other than that, everything was great.
