Poor ventilation in fitness and dining areas. Washer and dryer broke... pool down for maintenance but looked nice. Some machines down in fitness room and no fan or wipes for machines. Very Nice and helpful staff.

Liked proximity to restaurants and room was good size and comfortable with working hair dryer and iron/board. Did NOT like plastic mattress cover as it's noisy and the sheets slip off. Do understand why one is used. The hall and dining area was kept far too cold..even our room was a bit chillier than we liked but the bed and pillows were comfortable and desk was appreciated. Indoor Pool was a bit cloudy and the hot tub was not as hot as usual and not bubbly, tho warm and relaxing. The toilet in ladies bathroom had not been cleaned since someone left their business in it the previous day and the repairs in that room were not professionally completed.

The indoor pool was nice., the hot tub it was not hot at all, her room had ants, but they were happy to move us to a different room. Overall, it is an older hotel which was just fine and the staff were exceptional. Definitely needs to be updated!!!

Was super dirty. Tub didn’t hold water , hot tub was really dirty with a really strong chemical smell and pool was broken. Food on the floor in pool area since we checked in , I told them and never got cleaned up . Bedding was visibly dirty . I cleaned the rim of the hot tub (tag in pics)

Our room smelled musty and the a/c didn’t work very well. When we got up and I opened the curtains, there was mold all over the curtains! I’m very allergic to mold so we basically left early in the morning to get out of there. Went to check out, because I was going to tell them about the curtains, but no one was at the desk and no one came.

The room smelled damp when we arrived but overlooked that part. Went to bed and wheh we woke up there were ants all over the nightstand. Talked to front desk they said they would send someone. We left for a tournament so I can't confirm if they actually did or not. Saw a couple of ants when we returned and even more through the night. Over night staff didn't seem to care or be bothered by it.

The room smelled moldy and felt damp. Went and bought air fresheners and damp-rid bags and it still didn’t help. Our blankets had some questionable stains on them. The floors in my room were disgusting. They felt wet and left my child’s feet black. We all woke up with a cough after sleeping here. I wonder if they’ve got mold issues or something. I would give zero stars if I could. Wasted $250 on this disgusting place. I feel like I need a chemical bath after staying here.

Quality inn was the perfect place to stay for a couple of days while we were near town for our grandsons birthday! It was clean with very comfortable beds. The staff were great, very professional, helpful and kind. The internet was excellent. We had no complaints whatsoever!

The room was really old. Old furniture. A drawer that wouldn’t close. Also the air conditioner made a flapping sound that was really annoying. I won’t stay here again. We come to Indiana often because our daughter and grandchildren are there. I would rather pay more for a nicer place.

I had to make a last minute change to travel without a plan. I wanted to save money, as I had already invested a good deal into an upcoming professional conference that starts on Sunday 10 26. I found this Quality Inn for 116 total on Expedia and the reviews were good. Terrific conditions for the money. Responsive staff. Incredibly clean. Large room with a desk and desk chair. Mini fridge. Mircowave. Bathtub. Comfortable bed with nice sheets. Good H/AC controls Thick drapes. Large breakfast room with acceptable food Good location off of 65. This is a bargain motel that is actually a bargain

Climate was ok AC ok and staff helpful when asked. Did not explore the breakfast Community areas of the motel needed sprucing up. Entry doors were worn out and needed refinishing. It was the most comfortable bed and pillows we have had in a long time and gave us a sound nights rest

This hotel was disgusting. I had been driving all day and needed to stop to sleep. The desk clerk didn’t even stop talking to his friend on the phone (on speaker) while checking me in. The first room was absolutely filthy and the tv didn’t turn on. I asked for a different room. It was equally filthy, however the tv worked and the bed was good.

There was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was supposed to be open at 6am, and it was not. We waited until 6:15am and left. People were running through the halls above us during the night.

There was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was supposed to be open at 6am, and it was not. We waited until 6:15am and left. People were running through the halls above us during the night.

The only thing that was served for breakfast. What's cereal? We went early and there was no eggs or sausage. The tray was empty but other than that. The place was clean and nice for the price

The bottom of the bed kept falling off. The pillows were great! The coffee maker didnt work. The Continental breakfast wasnt up by 615 so we left without breakfast.

The place is great. The room and bathroom were clean and roomy. Nice hot shower this morning. Easy check in. Nice staff. Breakfast was good this morning. What you expect, waffles, yogurt and biscuits with gravy. If you need better, get a $200 a night place

Quick, overnight stay on our way home to Michigan from Gulf Shores, AL. It was a quick, easy check in by a nice guy at the desk. Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfy. Quiet night, and good, quick breakfast in the morning. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, etc. No complaints.

This was exactly what you would expect out of this chain of hotels. Clean, comfortable, welcoming… But nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was helpful and the rooms were spacious. There were no surprises and everything you need for a great night stay is there.

It looked like the lobby had been cleared out of everything but a few pieces of furniture. The ice maker was broken and the staff pointed in a direction to tell me where the pool was because the ice maker by itself worked. The outlets in my room didn’t work so everything that I put to charge over night didn’t charge. The carpet was stained, and since I had my dog, I didn’t want any charges for cleaning because my dog didn’t mess in the room at all. The door to all the rooms looked like they needed painting and they were dented so it looked like someone had tried to enter without the key.

Just Dirty and run down.Damage in the room..Broken Tile on Floor Bathroom Door was totally Crap ..Had to pay a 100.00 incidental free..Which was dumb because the room had Damage allready.

The room did not get cool enough to sleep comfortable. The staff did give me a fan to use to help, but I would have rather not had to bug them about it at 3:00 am. The Continental breakfast was average. No meats. The maintenance on the room was of poor workmanship. The painting around the trim was quite unsightly. Overall, I will probably pick a more updated hotel in the future.
