People throw trash around the entries, fast food bags, etc. I suggested that the hotel have someone check outside around the place for trash. There is also a place in the parking area where there are branches (recent storm?) and some tires that need removed. BUT THE HOTTUB AND POOL WERE OPEN AND WORKING!!!! 😊❤️

Good hotel to stop with the family as we traveled through on a road trip. Kids liked the pool. I appreciated the free laundry facility. Breakfast was decent.

I would absolutely stay here again. I always come the night before I leave out on a flight. The pool area was absolutely amazing and I’m just sad. I didn’t have the time to use it. I wanted to use the hot tub. The room was very clean everything was great and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I was able to walk right next-door to the outback steakhouse and that was great too.

Parking seemed/was safe. Pool and hot tub were really nice but they left windows open so it was cold. Breakfast was very good, and staff was nice. The heat in the room was really loud, making it hard to sleep. Overall ok!

Good breakfast, friendly staff, & nice hot shower. Room had a foul smell of wet dog and the "suite" had little bathroom privacy because the door was just a sliding door shared with the closet. Also, the hot tub was broke and closed.

Nice hotel, close to all types of shopping and dining. Comfy beds & pillows. The indoor pool was fine with the exception of being ridiculously hot. It was 95+ degrees outside & the indoor pool is in a glass-like enclosure, similar to a green house. It was suffocatingly hot when you walk in. As long as you staying in the water the entire time, it was doable. The only other complaint i had, was the exact same breakfast was offered every day. It was a decent breakfast, but 4 mornings in a row was not great. A little variety would be nice. One of the best perks of our stay was the free washers & dryers.

I liked the fact that they always had fresh water and sometimes lemonade available for free. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was great! Water pressure was great! Elevator was slow to summon, but fast enough once in it.

The property served its purpose for a place to rest our heads. The main complaint was our room didn’t look/feel clean. You could see hair and trash on the floors and the bedding was all stained. Very outdated for the price! Otherwise we liked the noon checkout and breakfast provided.

Don’t ever stay here! This was a bad experience right from check-in. My room smelled of dirty laundry and mold. The AC didn’t work right. The pillows were old and smooshed. The bed linens were gross and smelled awful. Stains on the carpet. TV signal went in and out constantly. Just a nightmare. Never again!

It was dirty, I don’t know if it was the carpets or mold but the hotel had a musty smell. The room smelled like a smoky old wet dish rag. I went to make coffee in the room in the morning and when I opened the lid to put water in the coffee maker there was mold and slime all in the coffee maker. The walls were thin. You could hear every noise. The room A/C was really loud when it kicked on, the window shades wouldn’t close and there was a parking lot light that was blasting in the room all night. It made it feel like it was daylight all night. The staff was friendly at check in but I will not be staying at this hotel in the future or any comfort inn, if this is the expected outcomes.

I would not recommend staying here especially with baby/toddlers. My son who is almost 1 played on the carpet in our room for probably 30 mins. When I picked him up his knees were black from crawling around on the carpet! I went down to the front desk to request a room with clean floors. I was given a key to a new room but was advised that they couldn’t Guarantee that the floors would be any cleaner. Well they were not! I asked them when the carpet was last shampooed and they could not tell me when the last time was. So anyways if you stay here expect nasty capet!

This hotel is very outdated and dirty. The room we were given had hair everywhere (bed, shower, floors). The room smelled like mildew. The staff was nice and the manager was understanding and allowed me to cancel my reservation. The reviews are very misleading and the picture make the hotel seem much more updated than it is.

There was a lot of doors slamming close. I assume it was guest returning to their rooms. I was on 3rd floor and heard people walking above me from 4th floor. Once I turned fan on the noise was not as noticeable.

It's a decent hotel. A little out of date compared to others. I couldn't call it a 3 star hotel. The beds are in need of a serious upgrade. The staff was friendly. The housekeeping always made our son's bed up nice with his stuffed animals and blanket, he loved seeing what they did with his bed. The hot breakfast was nice!

We had a very pleasant stay! The trash can out front was filthy! The room was a but smaller than we expected as we have a mobility scooter and thought there would be a little more room for it. But we did request a main floor room when we checked in and it had a jacuzzi tub which might have been the issue.

The hotel itself was fine for 1 night. Nothing fancy but appropriate for the price paid. The young man at the front desk needs to work on his people skills. He felt the need to comment on my drivers license picture and told me "that must be an old picture of you." Who says that????? :)

Nice hotel. Friendly staff until I was woken up at 3:30 a.m. and again at 4 a.m. and again at 4:30. Stepped into hallway to find night clerk laughing it up outside with a guest outside my door. Asked him if he was the one slamming doors and making a bunch of noise at 4 a.m. to which he replyed no. I asked him to keep the noise level down since i was trying to sleep and he started arguing with me that it was not him. I asked if he was going in and out of the door next to me and he replyed yes, he was preparing breakfast, to which i replyed and you keep allowing the door to slam shut and woke me and again he stated he did not so i stated you obviously did because you are the only one out here and I'm awake. Knock it off. I returned to my room and surprisingly the noise stopped. Unfortunately i was unable to return to sleep. Hence the low rating.

Girlinda is the best person I have ever met. I have traveled the world. I’m not even sure of her position. In 18-24 hours, almost every guest knows her. She is not at the desk…kindness and her personality are immeasurable. Please just ask for her. Just so you can meet her. She treats you like family. Made my Dad, who struggles 4 months post stroke, feel like a million bucks at breakfast. The rest of the stay was good too.

Girlinda is the best person I have ever met. I have traveled the world. I’m not even sure of her position. In 18-24 hours, almost every guest knows her. She is not at the desk…kindness and her personality are immeasurable. Please just ask for her. Just so you can meet her. She treats you like family. Made my Dad, who struggles 4 months post stroke, feel like a million bucks at breakfast. The rest of the stay was good too.

This was a great location for my family. It was close to the things we wanted to do in Springfield. We went to Branson for a day, so it was not a bad drive there either since we were already on the south side of town. Very clean and just what we needed

Our stay was for sleep purposes only. We were driving and needed a place to rest overnight. Location was good and convenient to restaurants and shopping. In a better part of town so felt safe. Check in was easy.

The location, property and room were about as expected. Not the least expensive but clean, seemed safe and I would recommend it. I would love to get this level of motel for $60-$70 still, but the reality is if you don’t pay more than that the places are usually marginal. I would highly recommend this place, it’s not the Ritz, but I don’t believe you’ll regret being there. Also, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The Comfort Inn is in a perfect spot easy to get to Walmart and dinner spots. The bed was wonderful the mattress was nice and firm and pillows were just right. The room was very nice size.

Receptionist who checked me in was super helpful with my requests. Room was specious and comfortable! I appreciated the quietness and felt safe during my stay. Additionally, the warm breakfast selections were plentiful. Much thanks to one of the breakfast hosts for her kindness and humor.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was with the breakfast. The eggs, sausage, and coffee were all empty when we were there. And we waited for about 10 minutes, and they still were not replenished.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved the walk in shower, but there is no edge on the shower floor and we had to use towels to soak up the water that ran onto the bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Our room was directly across from the dining room. We could hear them getting the breakfast ready as we woke up, but it was nice being on the first floor and close to everything. The full breakfast was great. We definitely would stay there again!

Excellent dining options nearby. Pool and hot tub were being cleaned on our first night’s stay and no one told us this upon check-in. I had two disappointed kiddos, but at least they were able to swim the second night and enjoyed the pool. There was a huge insect crawling on our door on our first night’s stay and I couldn’t identify what it was, and I’m from Arkansas! Lol. I appreciate the breakfast options, but I will say it was one of the most lackluster, tasteless I have experienced as far as hotel options go. Watery eggs, bland coffee, pastries that were as tasty as cardboard, and biscuits that weren’t far off. The sausage links were dried out but edible. We didn’t even bother with breakfast on morning two. We ran out of toilet paper and the lady at the front desk had it up to our room in 10 minutes or so. That was much appreciated. Overall, comfy beds and friendly staff made the stay a good one. The location is nice as well and great for a short stay.

Saturday morning breakfast needed more staffing and service. By 8:15 coffee, waffle batter, and several things were completely empty and one poor person seemed to be scrambling in the back. Bagel old. Should know this is peak time. Nobody wiping tables or anything. Trash full. Pull from other staff to help restock.

Nice hotel, close to all types of shopping and dining. Comfy beds & pillows. The indoor pool was fine with the exception of being ridiculously hot. It was 95+ degrees outside & the indoor pool is in a glass-like enclosure, similar to a green house. It was suffocatingly hot when you walk in. As long as you staying in the water the entire time, it was doable. The only other complaint i had, was the exact same breakfast was offered every day. It was a decent breakfast, but 4 mornings in a row was not great. A little variety would be nice. One of the best perks of our stay was the free washers & dryers.

Unfortunately the shower did not work. After a long day in 100° weather at the raceway it was horrible. When we went to the front desk to ask for help, they couldn’t do anything for us because the hotel was sold out and the maintenance person didn’t come in until the next day. The breakfast was OK. The staff was nice.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. The room had a bit of a musty smell, but not over powering. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The 12:00 check out was one of the best features that we appreciated.

One of my usual go-to hotels to stay at when I'm in Springfield....stayed here many times. Great location, reasonable price, decent breakfast, very comfortable beds and lots of dining options nearby.

I booked a handicap accessible room but we did not realize we did not get one until i needed to use the restroom at 9:30pm...my wheelchair could not fit through the door and had to use the public restroom down the hall. Also my chair could not fit between the beds so transferring from my chair to the bed was difficult. the front desk clerk could clearly see i was in a wheelchair. We have stayed a few times in the past but now the grounds and hotel is showing age. the beds are comfortable...
