Red Roof Inn Springfield, MO

The front desk was very helpful with accommodating a later check-in for me after some car trouble. Room was pretty small & was overall clean, but definitely gave off grungy vibes.

Room was dirty bed was dirty dirty mattresses in the hallway terrible rude staff still waiting on a refund

Friendly staff, nice location

We had 2 handicapped accessible rooms and they were run down. Fortunately we could all reach the soap dispenser but it was definitely too high for someone in a wheelchair. The bathtub had many bars to hold on to but the shower head was not on a hose or adjustable nor was there anywhere to sit. I'm not sure what about the room made it handicap accessible other than the doors being wider.

Property is in need of updating, carpet is old and worn, there is no breakfast, there is an area for it, but no dining facilities! All hotels in the area are overpriced!! Drury Inn and Quality Inn are forcing everyone else’s prices to go up without additional services!
