This motel was very dirty, a plugged toilet when we got there, leftover soap still in the shower. Very noisy all night. Police showed up after very loud fireworks were going off or gunshots. Not sure yet.. A rough motel that’s for sure.

The toilet was clogged and overflowed. Had to use a plunger. I asked for a printed receipt and was told I could not get one from the front desk. It was quiet at night. But probably the first and last time I'll stay there.

Nothing fancy, dated decor, old building, but it was very clean, no carpets, hardwood laminate. Beds were comfortable. Incredibly inexpensive, especially for Summerfest! I will absolutely stay there again!

This property was awful. The rooms looked like they had t been cleaned in months. The beds looked like they had been slept in and never changed. The attendant was very rude. We didn’t stay here. We left and drove to our final destination. I would not recommend staying here!

Didn't get the room I reserved (no air conditioning). The single bed room was disgusting. The one chair in the room was not suitable for sitting in, nasty dirty. The curtain had a big burn hole. the cupboard was dirty and scratched up. The people they allow to stay there for housing were loud and scary. The couple next door fought half the night in and out of their room screaming at each other and slamming doors on both nights we were there.

The bed was supposed to be a king size but was a queen. Could not adjust the thermostat so it was freezing in the room. Not enough lighting. Room was dark.

I paid for a non-smoking room and it reeked of marijuana and irritated my throat. There was no air conditioner in the room and they supposedly controlled the air cond. from the main office. Non-smoking room and air conditioner was advertised. The staff in the main office were defensive. After a half hour there and an irritated throat they only offered me air freshener. I had to leave to sleep well and not have an irritated throat for my presentation the next day and find another hotel. I paid for a two night stay and they wouldn't even refund the second night when they could have maybe found another guest. The windows didn't open well and were grimy. They misrepresented the room and were surprised I left even though I paid for the stay. They were dishonest and took no responsibility. I think the other rooms were all booked to let me try another room. Hopefully no one is ever desperate enough to stay there. I am grateful to find another hotel nearby for a comparable price.

Check-in was fine. The gal who checked me in was friendly. Got to my room, which seemed clean enough, and at that point I thought it was going to be a decent stay for the affordable price it cost. I was wrong. Traffic from the busy road was bad, but it wasn't the worst part. There were people coming and going all through the night. One of the first ones called someone a "(expletive that starts with an f) idiot", then they literally burned rubber out of the parking lot. It sounded as if someone was going back and forth near my door with a suitcase on wheels. This may have been the person that cars came to see before quickly leaving thereafter. I was too sketched out to watch what was going on, but I could hear it. The thermostat was broke, or maybe it was just meanr to be made inoperable, but I had no control over the room temp. It was probably around 60-65 tops. The bed wasn't comfortable and made lots of noise when moving in it at all.

Nice comfortable bed, clean sheets, the temperature of the room was phenomenally amazing (nice and cool). Tv, remote, lights all functional, relaxing shower and very relaxing stay/I would recommend to all and even return.

I'm giving this stay an okay. The rooms are older but up kept furniture is old but very cozy bed. Average size television doable 43 in or so. Staff is very welcoming and polite. There are balconies off of the rooms which is convenient if you're a smoker. I'm giving my stay an okay do too uncomfortability with other guests who seem to have been staying there a very long time. And we're not shy to ask how long we were planning on staying. So we made sure we hurried up and got out of there. This place gets an okay.
