Comfortable,clean, conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Lots of amenities. However, needs to provide a free breakfast to guests like all of the other hotels around. Had a restaurant and bar on site bit charged guest for breakfast. Should at least have a continental one available.

We were there for a wedding- Hotel was convenient to the wedding venue. Hotel had a nice feel to it. I am a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't free and that we had to pay for coffee! $15.50 for two cups..... I am not talking about the coffee you will find in your room.

Staff was very friendly, check in very easy. Hotel and room very clean. Only things that would be nice to add would be a couple different types of pillows and a complimentary coffee area in lobby (only has Starbucks for purchase (but each room has small coffee maker).

The pool is very small. The property was obviously overbooked and they didn’t plan very well so the check-in was not good thereafter the stay was just fine.

The Room was spotless and the staff was Really warm and generous if I needed some thing. The lady at the desk to recieve me was really great, she shared in excellent detail good information with meyabout future benefits.with Marrioyt Court Hotel...The hotel is set up beautifully for the Cafe resturant and breakfast bar. I have to tell you I was vety nervous and anxious about my Knne replacement Surgery. Everything about your hotel from chevking in , the stay in the Beautiful Room, was a calming abd relxung experience. Thank you! When i checked cout at 5:30 am the desk clerk was very cheerful as she sent.me on my way. Over all this was an excellent stay in every way. It is my first stay ever in a Marriott Court Hotel. And from now on it will be my first pick! Thank you again!!.....I appreciate everything that was handled for me. The whole staff is like a family, then they treated us like a part of that family. They made this trip and this hotel very memorable for us. Before we left, we told them “we are family now”. The complimentary in room coffee is delicious too! Even the Starbucks employees in the hotel are amazing! Same treatment from them. The food there is great too!

We didn’t spend alot of time at the hotel but we would definitely stay there again. It was clean, quiet the staff was very friendly. They do not offer free breakfast but breakfast is available. We didn’t use the pool or the gym but both looked nice.

The room was plenty clean. The staff was helpful at check-in. Wifi was fine. Our ONLY negative was that, having room 133, there was plenty of "noise" outside the room earlier in the morning than my wife was intending to awaken. (Presuming because of the breakfast prep and or room staff getting stuff from the closet/storage area adjacent to the room.) We get it ... but that was the one thing that could have been better.

Our room was dirty upon entry, to include black latex gloves on the floor, a recent coffee spill on the carpet (still wet, ruined a pair of my socks), and general dirt/rubbish throughout our room and bathroom. The staff was nice and the property itself was fine, but our room was incredibly disappointing given the price we paid.

This was my 2nd stay here and sadly it wasn't as good, the shower curtain had mold growing on it and there was hair behind the the door in the bathroom. I know this was beyond the staffs fault but there was a kids hockey team staying there and most of the day Sunday they were in the hallway playing.

Room was aesthetically pleasing. Shower had huge crack in the tile and there was hair in the shower. (Only 1 string, but hair nonetheless). Lighting could be improved, especially by mirror at the entrance. Very dark. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Did not use pool or gym.

It was okay, couldn’t check in at earliest check in time as room was not ready. Then after the supervisor inspected the room and we were let in it was not really clean. Short curly hair all over the bathroom, stuck to the door and up against the tub. It was an okay stay, but definitely not up to the standard set by previous stays at Marriott brand hotels, more like a holiday inn express.

The property is excellent. Above 100%. Only problem was. Being a blind veteran. Rooms were extremely dark. To the point that I’d rather stay outside and be in the room. we had to go to someone’s house to get a lamp just so I could see my way around the room. Will not be back too dark.

Staff was outstanding. Unfortunately my room was near a mechanical room and the pipes were making a loud pressure release every couple of hours. Also, very loud. I could hear other doors outside of my room slamming at all hours of the night.

Room was in good condition and clean but I prefer a more updated bathroom. Toilets was too low to the floor for senior. Had to completely remove the tub stopper so the water would drain out of the tub. The light switch by the door didn’t work and bedding covers weren’t warm enough.

My stay was a very pleasant one. Bed was comfortable along with the down pillows. Breakfast would’ve been better if there was a variety on the menu. I believe the hot breakfast only had like 4 choices which consisted of 2 sandwich choices. They also offered burrito and egg bites. I’m not a sandwich person, but the sandwiches were tasty.

This room was the best stay and layout. I can't be more pleased than I am. The bed was super comfortable. The desk comes out from the wall which was a great bonus. The restroom was clean and roomy. The shower was perfect. I would definitely come again.
This room was the best stay and layout. I can't be more pleased than I am. The bed was super comfortable. The desk comes out from the wall which was a great bonus. The restroom was clean and roomy. The shower was perfect. I would definitely come again.

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with room service. The housekeeping staff did not make the beds or change the bed sheets during our entire stay. I contacted the front desk, and while the receptionist assured me someone would be sent to take care of it, no one ever came. When I followed up again, I was told that the housekeeping staff might have skipped the room because we had left personal items on the beds — but this was simply not true. We made sure the beds were completely clear before leaving each day. This kind of service is not what I expect from a hotel booked through Expedia. The rest of our stay was fine, but the lack of follow-through and inaccurate explanation left us frustrated and disappointed.

I am glad that I delayed writing this review. I stayed at this property May 23rd-May 25th of 2025 and they refuse to refund my money that was held for incidentals. There were no incidentals and I keep getting the run around of why this money has not been credited back to my account. I have heard it would take 7 to 10 days, 15 days, and it's because you booked with a third party but the third party did not put the hold on my card, Marriott did. I have called several times and have so many cases and still being given the run around. This location's staff is unprofessional and will not work to rectify situations in a timely manner. I am so disappointed with this hotel.

The location is ideal. I stayed for three nights. The next day I excepted my room to be cleaned and it never was. I spoke to the front desk they noted that it was listed to be clean and they would reach out to someone to have it done. Later that evening the room was still not cleaned. I told them it was unacceptable and I was informed there was no way to have my room cleaned at that time because the cleaning staff was gone for the day. The staff made my stay memorable. First it was Chanel in the evening when I checked in then the other nice lady in the morning helped to add my Marriott number in the system. I will recommend this place to my colleagues and friends.

Despite being there during the Microsoft outage, the staff made the check-in process as simple as they could. I was checking into two rooms with my elderly mother and toddler grandchildren, this could have easily been a disaster (like my flight in), but it wasn’t. Kudos to the staff.

The pool is very small. The property was obviously overbooked and they didn’t plan very well so the check-in was not good thereafter the stay was just fine.

The Room was spotless and the staff was Really warm and generous if I needed some thing. The lady at the desk to recieve me was really great, she shared in excellent detail good information with meyabout future benefits.with Marrioyt Court Hotel...The hotel is set up beautifully for the Cafe resturant and breakfast bar. I have to tell you I was vety nervous and anxious about my Knne replacement Surgery. Everything about your hotel from chevking in , the stay in the Beautiful Room, was a calming abd relxung experience. Thank you! Staff were exceptional. Helpful, kind, and pleasurable to be around. We checked in around 9pm and were greeted like royalty. The room and bathroom was very clean. The AC did not make odd sounds and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. We stay here anytime we are in the area and in need of a place to stay.

We were there for a wedding- Hotel was convenient to the wedding venue. Hotel had a nice feel to it. I am a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't free and that we had to pay for coffee! $15.50 for two cups..... I am not talking about the coffee you will find in your room.

I really like the location and easy access on and off the freeway. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was better than I thought! No fault of the hotel, the guest in next room got a little loud at times. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was ok. No wow factors other than spinning the wheel if you are a Bonvoy member. The food was subpar and rooms and common areas were not the cleanest.

Comfortable,clean, conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Lots of amenities. However, needs to provide a free breakfast to guests like all of the other hotels around. Had a restaurant and bar on site bit charged guest for breakfast. Should at least have a continental one available.

This place is located in a nice quiet area. Our stay was short, however the place was clean which is very important. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with all our needs. Food choices are great and tastes amazing! The amenities offered were great, however our stay was short or we definitely would have made use of them. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend!

Staff was very friendly, check in very easy. Hotel and room very clean. Only things that would be nice to add would be a couple different types of pillows and a complimentary coffee area in lobby (only has Starbucks for purchase (but each room has small coffee maker).

The whole staff is like a family, then they treated us like a part of that family. They made this trip and this hotel very memorable for us. Before we left, we told them “we are family now”. The complimentary in room coffee is delicious too! Even the Starbucks employees in the hotel are amazing! Same treatment from them. The food there is great too!

My stay was a very pleasant one. Bed was comfortable along with the down pillows. Breakfast would’ve been better if there was a variety on the menu. I believe the hot breakfast only had like 4 choices which consisted of 2 sandwich choices. They also offered burrito and egg bites. I’m not a sandwich person, but the sandwiches were tasty.

Sophia went above and beyond from the moment we stepped inside the hotel!! Excellent service and hospitality!!! I would stay again just because of the way Sophia initially invited us! 10/10 would recommend!

The only reason I am giving all the five stars is because of the third shift front desk agent named Greg! I had an issue with the internet, Greg came up and fixed it willingly to make sure I was good. I’m a retired chief engineer for Marriott, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Aloft, Hampton Inn, Days Inn, as well as Motel 6. I have never seen an engineer caulk the grout on the floor. I have seen the baseboards be caulked, maybe even behind the toilet, but never on the floor you are supposed to walk on. The 3 bottles that are in the shower which are body wash, shampoo + conditioner, the body wash and the shampoo were the exact same thing even though there were 3 bottles there. If you were to ask me if I’d stay here again, my answer would be yes as long as Greg works there. Because working in hotels myself, a few hiccups should never override great customer service. Which is what Greg provided.
