Days Inn by Wyndham Williamsburg Historic Area

The room needed a good bit of updates, and the needed repairs are definitely being neglected. That being said, the room served its purpose of a bed, running hot water, and coffee. One issue that wasn’t a big deal was that the bathroom outlets didn’t work. There was an outlet close to a mirror in the room, which was fine. The only big concern was that the shower faucet was starting to pull away from the wall, so one hand held it in place while the other pulled to turn the water on. The knob was stripped, which made it very hard to adjust the water temperature. Although happy for the hot shower, I had to dodge in and out so as not to scald myself. I would stay there again, but make sure the shower worked properly upon arrival.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean but could use some updating. Had to ask for wash rags as all there was was towels and it would be nice to have a micro fridge for people who travel from far away to keep their water cold. Otherwise I would stay there again

The stay was great but the wifi keep going out and there was a coffee left in the microwave when we got there.

Shower and half of the sink did not work. We had to move rooms on the first day. The staff were nice and helpful but everything else I would not recommend

First room had not been cleaned. Was quickly to another room. The hot & cold labels on the shower faucet were reversed. No fridge in rooms. Paid for 3 adults to be in room but only 2 towels were provided. No ice in machine.
