Parking in the garage was a little bit confusing, since we are not from the area. We also thought it was a little ridiculous that there was bottled water in the room for $5 a bottle. If coffee is complimentary to the room, a basic, non-designer bottle of water would be appreciated as well. The bathtub faucet sounded a little bit like a chain saw when turned on. Loved the quality of the shampoo and cleansing products in the shower. Appreciated the quality and amount of blankets and pillows on the bed. Also very much appreciated that there are nightstand tables on both sides of the bed. Room was clean, temperature was comfortable. Front desk staff were polite. Overall a very good experience and an affordable room rate. Thank you!

Appreciated that the garage is next to the hotel, but did not feel super safe walking from the car to the hotel by myself, since they were not attached. The room itself was fine and I appreciated having a shower stool, but the bed was hard and uncomfortable for me.

The building was under construction during the visit and wasn’t made aware of it before arriving or when I checked in from the staff. Didn’t realize it until I got in the elevator and saw a sign saying that the water would be shut off for a couple of hours during the day. Then went I got to my room I heard all the banging, dropping of items, etc. I’m just glad I wasn’t in the room majority of the time but when I tried to sleep in some or take a nap during the day it was hard with the noise. The staff was friendly though, but was just expecting more from my stay.

Had reservations for my wife, no parking garage in the facility you have to walk few blocks from the parking to the holler with all her luggage, should have valet parking at least if there is no parking at the facility, then you have to pay $18 for parking which should’ve been free if you are a guest, no breakfast as any other reputable hotel you have to pay for breakfast and your coffee also. very disappointing experience as my wife was by her self and felt unsafe walking around

Nice enough Hotel, but they nickel and dime you for everything. $ 7.00 for two coffees? Because it was Starbucks! No complementary breakfast but rather a menu that costs as much as dinner. $ 16.00 a day for parking. It just get's tiring after paying $ 170 a night.

It started out that the hotel key system was down so someone had to escort you to your room to open it every time you left and came back. Then the elevator went down, fortunately we were only on the second floor. The room was clean but we had the view of the mechanical systems on the bldg. next door plus our refrigerator made a whistling noise all night. When we checked in we had to pay $20 per night for parking, but was not told where that was. Now there was a parking lot right next door so we assumed that was it - fortunately we thought to asked later that evening and it was not! It was around the corner in a parking garage! We most certainly would have been towed if we had’t asked. Needless to say, we will not return.

The property itself was undergoing renovations. The cleaning staff were friendly and the woman I had at checkout was nice. Some of the staff were incredibly dismissive and almost rude - I asked about late checkout and was told outright they were booked out and that it would not be possible, even if I paid. The person was very short with me on the phone and made 0 effort to help in any way. I then booked a half day via another provider and stayed. They didn't even offer an apology or anything - after explicitly telling me the hotel was booked out. After even trying to be nice then the lady was rude and doubled down - it wasn't great.

I was assigned a dirty room Housekeeping never took care of it. I checked in around three when I finally went into the actual room. It was close to midnight due to an event that I was at for Dîner En Blanc. I have a video of how the room was when I went into it. They did not accommodate me for giving me a dirty room. They simply placed me down the hall into another room. They did not look after they did not check on me they did not ask if everything was OK what the receptionist was concerned about was whether I took pictures of the room or not

A little hard to find the parking lot, probably because it's not right next door, but around the corner after you've parked in front of the hotel itself. But it was easy to find, once check-in was done & the rep pointed us exactly to it. Inside the hotel the attendants, service & other people were great ... although. The greatest, most helpful attendants possible, could not ask for better service. Outside the hotel, it was a little leary at first, not used to a quiet business district, but it was after hours (NYC is never this quiet). But it was the perfect place to stay to get to the Nemour Children's hospital (only 5 min without getting on a highway). If I needed to go to that hospital again, would definitely stay there ... was not sure if any others were staying at the hotel on our floor, that's how quiet it was (great thick walls).

What a great place to stay! Conveniently located downtown, clean, comfortable and updated room with an amazing walk in shower room! Very nice bar/ bistro. The highlight of the stay was the staff, from the friendly and caring front desk to the amazing manager who went above and beyond to insure our stay was everything we had hoped for!!

Ants. Lots and lots of ants in the room. I left a ziplock bag of trail mix on the desk and when I got back to the room that night, it was covered in tiny ants!! I took care of the situation with a wet towel and alerted the front desk the next morning, and when I got back that evening, they had done nothing!!! I still had a towel covered in ants in a garbage bin. It’s not the ants that bothered me so much as the lack of action by the staff.

The check-in was quick and easy. The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Plus they were able to accommodate the late check out time we needed. All in all, it was a very good experience.

The hotel was exceptional in all aspects. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable in all areas. I appreciate the support and understanding of the staff because mynstay was due to a family emergency. They were awesome. Thanks to everyone there

Booked a room 3 weeks ago got there , was told they over booked so they gave away our room and they called two places that were also booked and did not try anywhere else and they did not care that it was 10 pm and my guest had no where to stay after driving down from Canada and the customer service person was horrible I had to find a place for them to go and pay for it , it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. Don’t do it stay anywhere but here, this is the short version of what happened but there is much more. Do walk run

The staff was nice and the kept the place clean. However, when trying to extend my stay. The manager made me feel like she didn't want me there. Not giving other guess problems. Management customer service was not good.

The property itself was undergoing renovations. The cleaning staff were friendly and the woman I had at checkout was nice. Some of the staff were incredibly dismissive and almost rude - I asked about late checkout and was told outright they were booked out and that it would not be possible, even if I paid. The person was very short with me on the phone and made 0 effort to help in any way. I then booked a half day via another provider and stayed. They didn't even offer an apology or anything - after explicitly telling me the hotel was booked out. After even trying to be nice then the lady was rude and doubled down - it wasn't great.

The staff at this property are extremely rude. The front desk clerk called me a liar several times, mistreated my daughter and was just the worst front desk clerk I have come in contact with. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they want to be treated like crap and have their character questioned.

Parking in the garage was a little bit confusing, since we are not from the area. We also thought it was a little ridiculous that there was bottled water in the room for $5 a bottle. If coffee is complimentary to the room, a basic, non-designer bottle of water would be appreciated as well. The bathtub faucet sounded a little bit like a chain saw when turned on. Loved the quality of the shampoo and cleansing products in the shower. Appreciated the quality and amount of blankets and pillows on the bed. Also very much appreciated that there are nightstand tables on both sides of the bed. Room was clean, temperature was comfortable. Front desk staff were polite. Overall a very good experience and an affordable room rate. Thank you!

The parking was terrible. Public parking garage. Have to leave hotel to park. Area is semi unsafe. Was stated on website parking was $8.00 but they said $16.00 and would not budge to take care of the customer. Staff not friendly. My first ever disappointment with Marriott.

A little hard to find the parking lot, probably because it's not right next door, but around the corner after you've parked in front of the hotel itself. But it was easy to find, once check-in was done & the rep pointed us exactly to it. Inside the hotel the attendants, service & other people were great ... although. The greatest, most helpful attendants possible, could not ask for better service. Outside the hotel, it was a little leary at first, not used to a quiet business district, but it was after hours (NYC is never this quiet). But it was the perfect place to stay to get to the Nemour Children's hospital (only 5 min without getting on a highway). If I needed to go to that hospital again, would definitely stay there ... was not sure if any others were staying at the hotel on our floor, that's how quiet it was (great thick walls).

Appreciated that the garage is next to the hotel, but did not feel super safe walking from the car to the hotel by myself, since they were not attached. The room itself was fine and I appreciated having a shower stool, but the bed was hard and uncomfortable for me.

What a great place to stay! Conveniently located downtown, clean, comfortable and updated room with an amazing walk in shower room! Very nice bar/ bistro. The highlight of the stay was the staff, from the friendly and caring front desk to the amazing manager who went above and beyond to insure our stay was everything we had hoped for!!

Had reservations for my wife, no parking garage in the facility you have to walk few blocks from the parking to the holler with all her luggage, should have valet parking at least if there is no parking at the facility, then you have to pay $18 for parking which should’ve been free if you are a guest, no breakfast as any other reputable hotel you have to pay for breakfast and your coffee also. very disappointing experience as my wife was by her self and felt unsafe walking around

Overall the staff was friendly and accomidating to our needs. The hallway on the 2nd floor was freezing everyday all day. The bistro is very limited in selection of items. Most of the staff was very friendly and willing to assist us. There were two people that seemed like we were bothering them at tge dront desk and the bistro.

Convenient and comfortable stay, although there were not many dining options within walking distance. One issue was a small power outage which knocked out the Internet service for the weekend but otherwise we were very pleased with the stay.

Recently renovated hotel, but I chose the hotel because it had a restaurant and a bar. Having been out all day I wanted a dessert and a drink in the bar. I was told that it was closed. It was 8.30 on a Friday evening. So as I had some biscuits in my room I asked for a glass of wine to take to my room. I was refused this simple request.I asked for the manager who did not appear, the reception told me it was not possible. I did not expect this level of service from a Marriott hotel. There are no shops or cafes in the area, just multi-storey car parks and a couple of restaurants. All the time I was there I did not see anyone in the restaurant or sat at the bar. It had no atmosphere and the menu very limited. Although the room was good the fridge would not stop making a loud noise and the water froze in the plastic bottle. I had to unplug the fridge at night in order to sleep. The morning staff at reception seemed pleasant and helpful. I would say that this hotel needs better management.

Nice enough Hotel, but they nickel and dime you for everything. $ 7.00 for two coffees? Because it was Starbucks! No complementary breakfast but rather a menu that costs as much as dinner. $ 16.00 a day for parking. It just get's tiring after paying $ 170 a night.

Rooms and check in were great but avoid the bar. The man working there during our stay was very rude and disrespectful. We sat there for about 10 minutes waiting for service. When he finally emerged from the back he began lecturing us for "scuffing up his floors". There was no wet floor signs and the bar was open another hour. We found another place down the street that was happy to serve us.

This the 2nd time thst I've stayed at the property. It was much more pleasant this time since the pandemic. The room was clean, staff welcoming, the only nitpick is that my breakfast was not according to the description and I had to ask for the arugula and avocado that should have been on it.

Only one room was ready at 9 pm the second not til 10 pm. It was a real hardship with two elderly parents and two children to have to wait while the clean rooms to order. Not your typical Marriott stay at all and I am loyal to them. I will say the gentleman on the desk that night was trying his best to accommodate not only me but other guests. It’s a shame they do t set staff up for success with those conditions! I will not stay there again.
