I wasn’t sure about staying here because of things that went on before it was motel 6 when it was the travel lodge but I needed somewhere to stay that allowed pets and I must say the staff is very friendly easy to approach the rooms were clean towels were clean parking was good we had no trouble at all during our stay the only complaint is the fridge didn’t work that good but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much the rooms are very nice everything is within walking distance from motel which was nice

Not enough towels, & towels need to be upgraded. Cobwebs which could easily be cleaned or eliminated, bathroom floor was not clean, bedspreads without cigarette burns, larger bars of soap, some days soap was not even provided. Air conditioning worked great. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was almost nonexistent. Power went out for approximately 10 hours, third night of our stay. Nothing was said or communicated by hotel staff. Is there any compensation for that? Our refrigerator defrosted with water all over the floor. We use towels to take care of the water. The staff in the office were friendly. Not sure I would ever stay here again.

Very pet friendly, we stayed due to evacuation from fires and had all of our animals with us. Wish they had an elevator as we wanted down stairs and couldnt. Need toake a space for a dog spot. Must be careful as maybe your dog is good, but not everyone else's. Its nice & close to cvs, McDonald's, carls jr, taco bell and jackn box all walking distance. One thing is short drive down diamond just past the stadium is summerly park that has good size dog park to be able to take fur babies out to stretch their legs.

The rooms were recently updated which was nicer than most motel 6 but our room was a party room. There were several beer caps and a random belly piercing. Staff was friendly. I felt safe but parking is tuff if u arrive past 10pm.

We stayed in an ADA room because of my disability. There was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. The facility has been recently remodeled and thay did not put a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Also they mini fridge was old and did not work. They brought us toilet paper and replaced the mini fridge with one that worked. Otherwise it was not bad for the price, however my next trip I will pay more for a better facility.

The room had numerous maintenance issues. The toilet would not flush, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, the floor boards in the bathroom felt like they would give way and have me fall through to the first floor at any moment, and there was no TV remote. Also, the attic was left open in the room. There were stains on the towels that made me question whether they were cleaned. Overall, I would not stay here again especially for the relatively high price I paid for the quality of the room.

The staff was nice but the room in general was not in good condition at all. The walls had holes and drywall ripped out. Bathroom had toothpaste on walls and around toilet was not fully cleaned. Only stayed for one night.

I booked 2 rooms for our stay Tues-Sat. First problem the large gap under the front doors (had to buy pool noodles and cut them up to stuff under the doors each night to keep out bugs which kind of worked still had a few bugs get in) our rooms were never cleaned (told front office but our rooms were still not cleaned) so in order to have clean towels we had to go to the front office to get them. The last night we were there the cops were called on the people next door to us. It wasn’t a crazy ordeal but it took them a long while to get them out and they were very loud. I booked here because the reviews were great but was very disappointed. Even if the prices are the lowest I’d never stay here again.

Room smelled clean but the bed sheets were dirty and so was the bathroom sink. There was hair on the bed and the sink. Unsure if it was actually cleaned or just mopped up? The towels were also dirty. Really regretted staying here and contemplated leaving the hotel and not sleeping here.

This motel was near the highway I-5 so it made it convenient to visit family. It was quiet in the rooms. I really appreciated not having to hear anyone on either side of me. No talking. No bathroom noise!! The linens did have a few stains and the caulk in the bathtub was black. No coffee but I was glad there was a fridge. No microwave either.

We always enjoy our stay here we had a problem with the door not staying shut and kept opening they gave us another room and was very friendly and helpful when we checked out Sam apologized about the problem we had with the door I highly recommend this motel we have never had a bad experience there

Terrible stay! The room lacked basic essentials like shampoo, body wash, and an iron/ironing board. When we asked for an iron, they made us get it at the front desk. Zero customer service skills from staff. They allowed us to check in early but then tried to have us check out by 8:30am. RIDICULOUS! 1/10 stars. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

We needed an accessible room. The website said to contact the motel to get one. I called them the Sunday before our reservation and was told we had an accessible room. When we arrived we were placed on the second floor without an elevator. There were no bars in the bathroom and my dad was unable to use the facilities. I had to book a whole new hotel and request a refund for the extra days. They did nothing to make it right. They told me we had an accessible room and then did nothing when we arrived to actually fix their error. I had to basically beg for a refund when we were unable to actually use the room in its entirety. Terrible. Absolutely terrible.

I was in the area way too earlier than check in time and they had a full house the night before. They were very accommodating too let me know when a room was ready so i could leave my event check in quick and head back to my event.

I went for my son’s high school graduation and on the way back, police were blocking the entrance to get to the motel. They told me I could not enter. So I had to wait a few hours.

I wasn’t sure about staying here because of things that went on before it was motel 6 when it was the travel lodge but I needed somewhere to stay that allowed pets and I must say the staff is very friendly easy to approach the rooms were clean towels were clean parking was good we had no trouble at all during our stay the only complaint is the fridge didn’t work that good but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much the rooms are very nice everything is within walking distance from motel which was nice

Very pet friendly, we stayed due to evacuation from fires and had all of our animals with us. Wish they had an elevator as we wanted down stairs and couldnt. Need toake a space for a dog spot. Must be careful as maybe your dog is good, but not everyone else's. Its nice & close to cvs, McDonald's, carls jr, taco bell and jackn box all walking distance. One thing is short drive down diamond just past the stadium is summerly park that has good size dog park to be able to take fur babies out to stretch their legs.

Plumbing issues, floor was dirty, no coffee machine or blow dryer in room. Main door had large gap. No breakfast. Overall value was not worth it, would not recommend.

When I first arrived, excellent customer service five stars across the board I called. I believe I spoke with Casey once again excellent customer service I checked in on Saturday. I didn’t catch her name once again. Excellent customer service. I hope that was Casey. The pole was clean. We didn’t see much staff. We stayed for one night, which was amazing thank you Motel 6. We’re leaving the light on.

I am not sure how this property is rated as high as it is! Part of the rooms were updated but the rest was not! The shower barely had any pressure, the towels were disgusting they either had not been cleaned or they were really stained! Yes they have a tub/shower combo but there was not plug so you can bath. My daughter found a bug in the sink one morning! Yes they have a pool (that closes at 8) but no hot tub!
