We stayed with our 2 teens and appreciated the twin beds for them. Hotel is clean and has air conditioning but it wasn't very efficient. It's right across from a large parkade that is connected to one of the castles. The dinner was very expensive in the hotel. This was halfway point of our trip so I went about 15 minutes away to a laundromat that was very clean. Grocery and pharmacies nearby.

The location was good - 10 minutes walk from the station and convenient for local buses and close to the centre so local restaurants etc were close. The hotel provided a Ticino ticket for us to use for free travel on local buses and trains. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We dined in the hotel on a couple of occasions and the food and service was good. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.

The room was small but adequate and the hotel is well situated for everything. The staff were helpful and polite and the air conditioning worked just fine. We did not have the breakfast but it look OK and cheaper than in many hotels in Switzerland.

Soggiorno eccellente! Hotel curato e pulito, a 500m dalla stazione e con i mezzi davanti. Comodo parcheggio sia pubblico che privato. Colazione eccellente, ottima accoglienza con acqua gratuita all'arrivo e un caffè in camera davvero buono. Personale cordiale, siamo stati benissimo!

I stayed three nights at this hotel. The property is centrally located with beautiful views of all three castles. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, and the air conditioning worked really well which was important given that while we were there the temperatures were close to 40 degrees C. We also had breakfast one day, and it was expensive for the selection, but the food was fresh and there were a number of options. Overall, I would rate this hotel an A+ and I will stay again next year when I am coming through the area.

We had a terrific 2 night stay. Nice room, good breakfast, helpful staff. Very close to the elevator to Castle Grande and old town. Enjoyed our visit.
