The staff are very friendly and accommodating. A few hours after checking out we were still allowed to use a bathroom before living for house. The spa area was nice and tastefully decorated. The room was a bit boring regarding interior and the bed was terribly hard to my taste. A boxspring would be better.

There was not enough light in the room.Reading in bed was difficult. Putting my make up on also because of the lack of good lightning. The corridors were also much too dark.

This is a beautiful Hotel, there is a great ambiance in this place, it is very warm, tranquil and inviting. The staff is excellent, the attention they provide to their guest is outstanding, everybody working in this Hotel makes you feel welcomed every single day. Kim at the front desk was marvelous helping us with the luggage to our beautiful and spacious apartment.
