Great location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Nice touches with access to filtered water and hot complimentary tea at reception. More hot options and more fruit options for breakfast would make it even better! A fridge in the room would also be great. Thicker toilet rolls too as the rolls were very thin!

L'emplacement de l'hotel sur la superbe place du Capitole permet de visiter le centre ville sans utiliser son vehicule. Le partenariat de l'hotel avec le parking sous terrain à proximité est un vrai plus. Bravo pour le petit dejeuner qui comprend du pain sans gluten et du lait vegetal, ideal pour les allergiques ou intolerants.

Ubicación excelente para visitar el centro, parking de pago en estacionamiento público pero con descuento del hotel. Muy recomendable, limpio, desayuno bueno y de calidad y servicio excelente. Volvería sin duda.

Lovely hotel and staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Sat outside in the garden and had a drink. Breakfast was included, bacon, eggs and pancakes. Very walkable to restaurants. Beds very comfy.

Located right by Le Capitole. Centrally located. Everything is in walking distance. Appreciated being able to check in early upon our arrival, having morning breakfast included and access to the fancy water fountain throughout the day.

Friendly informative welcome, modern clean room and bathroom with large shower. Nice and quiet with no corridor noise. Really liked the cool water in the foyer. Plentiful breakfast with wide choice. Excellent location on main square.

Schönes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Würde dieses Hotel aufgrund der Lage auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber völlig ausreichend. Schöne neue Bäder. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Freundliches Personal. Somit eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden.

La chambre était propre mais des petits détails sont à revoir : le TV de travers, le sol avec beaucoup d'impacts (101 et 102). Nous sommes venus en famille et l'ambiance de Noël était superbe même si nous avons eu un réveil militaire le dimanche matin a cause de l'alarme feu. C'est super, elle fonctionne bien !! ve

Emplacement idéal. Personnel agréable. Mais petit dej de qualité moyenne avec un grille pain misérable. Œufs brouillés au goût bizarre. Rien d’extra. Chambre spacieuse mais lit un peu trop ferme et portant en guise de placard. Gobelet en carton dans la sdb pour les brosses à dents et qui n’est pas changé régulièrement. Pas très hygiénique.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helped us with vehicle access for our luggage - in the middle of a festival! The room was modern and very clean, but very small. 위치는 그야말로 시청 앞 광장이며, 밤12시 넘어서까지 많은 인파로 무섭거나 하지 않습니다. 전반적으로 방상태는 괜찮았으며, 조식도 먹을만하나 다만 일주일간 구성변화는 없었습니다.(커피 맛있어요). 단점으로는 아쉽게도 방에 냉장고가 없습니다.

Great central location on pl. Capitol. A long walk with luggage from the shuttle bus stop from airport so took a taxi for 37euro- easy. Breakfast was buffet and plentiful with good coffee and very convenient on the ground floor. Wi-Fi and hotel was good felt very secure. Not a fancy hotel, comfortable and great valueDefinitely recommend. Don’t be surprised when you check in that. You must pay a small extra tax I think is standard

Elegant and clean rooms. And even though my room overlooked the Place du Capitole I couldn't hear any outside noise. Super comfortable bed too! Very helpful & friendly staff. I would stay here again on my next visit to Toulouse!

We were a family of four so were given two adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean but pretty dark and cavernous with no view to speak of (across to a blank wall in a dark inner courtyard) which made things feel a bit depressing/oppressive. Otherwise the hotel was just fine. Excellent location. Clean. Good breakfast included.

Lovely room, clean, modern and stylish. We were just there for one night but any longer and the facilities in the room wouldn’t have been adequate, there was very limited storage space for clothes. However, it was a huge corner room with windows on two sides and a great view over the Place du Capitole.

Absolutely every single person on the staff was sweet, attentive, and helpful always. I can’t say enough about them! The hotel is comfortable, quiet, clean, and has a nice courtyard with chairs and tables. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was perfect. The bed was wonderful and there was always plenty of hot water in the shower. The wifi was strong and reliable. This is a terrific hotel! The best Ibis I’ve stayed in! If I had to choose one thing to emphasize it would be the fantastic staff.

Egentligt ok hotel, beliggenhed er helt perfect. Lidt kommunikation problemer i forhold til engelsk - og det blev ret hurtigt kompliceret. Det bør de blive bedre til, Dan man jo regner med et rigtigt svar på turen til lufthavnen osv! Morgenmaden ok, men jeg vil anbefale “less is more”, det bliver lidt rodet!

The staff were very friendly, spoke English, and were extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were great, especially the family adjoining corner room. The location was excellent, and the rooms were clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great central location on pl. Capitol. A long walk with luggage from the shuttle bus stop from airport so took a taxi for 37euro- easy. Breakfast was buffet and plentiful with good coffee and very convenient on the ground floor. Wi-Fi and hotel was good felt very secure. Not a fancy hotel, comfortable and great valueDefinitely recommend. Don’t be surprised when you check in that. You must pay a small extra tax I think is standard

Perfect location for exploring Toulouse. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room not huge but the central location on Place du Capitole more than makes up for that. Would highly recommend.

superbe hotel chambre top très calme. Petit dejeuner tres bon et compris dans.le prix... Sur la place du capitole donc vraiment bien place pour visiter le centre de Toulouse. On reviendra avec plaisir.

I found the staff to be really friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping services were consistent in keeping the room and bathroom clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable though hotel breakfast items were fairly basic.

Great location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Nice touches with access to filtered water and hot complimentary tea at reception. More hot options and more fruit options for breakfast would make it even better! A fridge in the room would also be great. Thicker toilet rolls too as the rolls were very thin!

Emplacement idéal. Personnel agréable. Mais petit dej de qualité moyenne avec un grille pain misérable. Œufs brouillés au goût bizarre. Rien d’extra. Chambre spacieuse mais lit un peu trop ferme et portant en guise de placard. Gobelet en carton dans la sdb pour les brosses à dents et qui n’est pas changé régulièrement. Pas très hygiénique.

El hotel tenia el aire acondicionado parado, sin posibilidad de activarlo en la habitación (a pesar que en la reserva constaba que habia aire acondicionado). Desayuno escaso y con muy poca reposición. Muy por debajo de otros estableciminto Ibis Styles.

Friendly informative welcome, modern clean room and bathroom with large shower. Nice and quiet with no corridor noise. Really liked the cool water in the foyer. Plentiful breakfast with wide choice. Excellent location on main square.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located right in the heart of Toulouse which is great. We had one of the recently renovated rooms facing the square and it was a nice and clean room with basic interior. It met our expectations. The room had an efficient AC which was very important to us. The size of the room was okay, not too small but not large either (compared to american sized rooms). The disadvantages were the breakfast which we only decided to eat one of the days, and the parking which you have to do at the public parking garage beneath the Capitol square. The hotel gives you a discounted price for the overnight parking. We really appreciated the front desk staff which were super helpful and nice! We recommend this hotel for a simple but pleasant stay.

El petit-déjeuner es sumamente limitado y la calidad deja mucho que desear. No hay cafetera en las habitaciones, y el café gratuito que se ofrece en la recepción es soluble. Convendría mejorar estos dos aspectos. Lo demás, muy recomendable.

I was able to stay in a newly refurbished single room that was lovely. Very kind and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable! The breakfast off property ( across the street) had plenty of choices. I believe is was there because of the refurbishment that was happening. The refurbishment did not impact my stay! I highly recommend this hotel and this location was perfect!!
